I woke up this evening for the first of seven night shifts in a row with a heavy cough and a temprature. So I let them know I would not be in and booked a Covid test for 9:am in the morning.

Please say a prayer....

It's probably just the flu...but...

Please start treating it ASAP and not sit in it. Zinc, quercetin, zpac. Vit d3, vit c, diffuser with echinacea and rosemary. Electrolytes. I think people wait too long before getting helpful things in them. Even a gargle with listerine. And will add you to my prayer list.

Agree Katfalls! In addition, Padraig if you already have a heavy cough, also the doctor should give you steroids! Pedialyte is the best for electrolytes.

I just got over Covid and I am an asthmatic. I took my asthma meds, hydroxychoriquin, z-pac, steroids, cough medicine with cough suppressant, vitamins C, D, Zinc.

I haven't much else to do. Our Lady was telling me to pay attention to the family cross and take it down from the wall when I need help. I must post a picture. My father bought it for my mother as a engagement present. It always hung over their bed. From childhood I always prayed on front of it.
