A Miracle Healing for our sister Angela through the intercession of Sr. Lucia of Fatima

My dear brothers and sisters in Our Lord and Mother Mary,
I want to share with you that our sister Angela (Peter's sister) has been pronounced cured of all cancer!!!
This is the miracle that we have all been praying for through the intercession of Sr. Lucia of Fatima--whose cause for canonization

needed just one more confirmed miracle to proceed to the declaration of her as Saint Lucia of Fatima!

Angela was diagnosed only a few months ago with end stage, very aggressive cancer; she suffered tremendous pain, especially from a large cancer mass in her stomach. When they investigated the scope of her cancer at the Mayo Clinic about 5-6 weeks ago, they sadly found that the cancer had spread throughout the cavity of her body and had spread to several other organs--her lungs and pancreas were notably very involved in that time as well. It was the most aggressive type of cancer; the doctors gave her 1-3 months to live once they

saw the spread of cancer throughout her body.

All of our family and you, our dear friends, have all been saying hundreds of Rosaries, offering up our Masses, fasting and sacrifices,

and in our hearts, asking for the intercession of Sr. Lucia of Fatima and our Blessed Mother--asking for a complete healing if it was

God's will--for the glory and honor of God. Angela always said she only wanted to do God's holy will perfectly--whatever He wanted

    --she wanted.

Then the pain in her stomach grew to be unmanageable and the cancerous mass in her stomach now blocked the stomach from

accepting anything-even fluids. The medical team determined that she must have surgery so that she would be more comfortable

and would at least be able to hold fluids. She had not been able to eat for weeks--she was losing consciousness. She weighed less

than 100 pounds. She now had pheumonia.

She was rushed to Mayo Clinic in the middle of the night. Her husband Jim carried her from the car to the ER at 1:00 in the morning.

When he put her on the table in the ER he sobbed because he thought it was the last hours-days of his precious Angela's life.

That same day--Tuesday, the 14th--the Vigil of the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima and the Miracle of the Sun, she had surgery-it lasted

for over 4 hours. The doctors began the surgery at 3:03 pm (The Hour of Mercy). When they opened her up, they were expecting the worse....... ..she had been full of icky cancer just the week before, alive and messy... but what they saw was a dried up dead mass of cancer the size of a baseball! The doctors have said they have never seen anything like this! They were shocked and dumbfounded! The surgery continued looking for

    any cancer anywhere!

There was no longer cancer that filled her stomach cavity, no longer cancer in her lungs, no longer cancer in her pancreas!!! Nowhere was there any cancer!!! There was absolutely no cancer!

Angela had been completely and miraculously cured of all cancer--everywhere!

She is considered cancer free!!! The pathology report shows no living cancer cells....just the mass the size of a softball that was dead....completely dead!

She is now eating and drinking and will be discharged from the hospital another mystery for the doctors.

The Mayo team said that the norm is 10 days in the hospital for recovery and she is being released about 2 1/2 days after major surgery.

She is up and around and her beautiful smile looks like the sun! She radiates like the Miracle of Heaven that she is!
Praised be Jesus and Mary FOREVER AND EVER!
Blessed be God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!

What a Mighty God we serve! What a marvelous sign of his tender mercies! Thanks to Our Lady and her daughter Lucia! Praise God for the Communion of Saints! :D

Lord, pour into our hearts the grace of faithful obedience with with you blessed Lucia; give us the same love of the Blessed Sacrament that filled the soul of Francisco; and grant us a heartfelt concern for lost souls for whom Jacinta ever made sacriices and prayers!

Safe in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!

Is her case going to be submitted for the cause of Lucia's sainthood?

OH MY!!! That is a Wonderful story!!! With all the documentation they have, this should be one that can be proven! That is such a faith-building story? WOW!

    Speaking of the Mayo clinic...
My mom told me a little story the other day, that reminded me of what happened with my little Grandson, Adam. A woman was diagnosed with bone cancer here in our town several months ago...she and her family have gone through much anguish over this, of course. Well, just recently they sent her to the Mayo clinic for further tests to see what they could do to help her increasing pain especially in her hip. Well, when she went there, they overturned the bone cancer diagnosis, saying that she did not have bone cancer at all, she only needed a hip replacement! Well, now the family is intensely angry at our local Hospital for the mis-diagnosis, and they are sueing everybody they can over this. The family is Catholic. My first reaction upon hearing this story was, wow! a miracle! Not their reaction. What if she did have cancer and all the prayers of all her family were answered like the story above? I now think about the doctors in a way I never have before...I wonder how many doctors are sued each year for diagnosing an illness that later was cured by God? How many lawsuits are the result of miracles? Food for thought. Praise God!

I printed this story out for my Mom to read and to keep. Perhaps this will be the one that makes Sr. Lucia a saint...how great would that be!!!
