The Warning, Or Illumination Of Conscience

As communism is the present day source of sin, Mary is the source of Grace. Seen in this perfect match of adversaries Her Triumph will have full recognition. This is why Russia is so important. No less than Jesus has told us he wants His mother to enjoy this Triumph; the source of Grace over the source of sin. Heaven's weights and balances are perfect.

 

Joe, I agree Russia spread er errors, all around the world. Im just drawing te point of our Ladys request at Fatima to Consecrate Russia (so many hung up on a word) and JP2 Consecrating the World, which communism had spread and infected. Our Lady warned before the germ was realized, in 1984 the germ was a world cancer.. Should the Pope who olds the keys, bind the germ or the wild bush.

Kinda reminds me in a reverse way of Evangelicals. Always going back to the Early Church roots.... Jesus told us about the mustard seed, how small it is, but when it grows, its a wild bush. Evangelicals are constantly going back to the mustard seed roots,they cutoff the branches and burn the bush...over and over again. They are stuck in a time, and many Faithful Catholics are still in 1917. We read things looking forward when the message was given, (like Fundies/Bible ) but never understand time looking backward to the revelation. Both groups seem to start at some imaginary start line that doesn't exist anymore...

Forgot to add... one needs to ponder this, probably comes across as a what? Truth sets us free...decenters don't, we become slaves

I have to thank Richard for confirming that there is some kind of provision for non-Catholic Christians to receive Communion in special circumstances.

I get the impression that some people are fixated (apologies in advance to Joe if that's too strong) on Russia and Communism. Our Lady told Sr. Lucy long before the 1984 consecration that Russia had already spread her errors. That tells me, if it wasn't already patently clear from the state of most of the Western world, that we need to be praying for the conversion of our own countries irrespective of our system of government. The Orthodox Church has a voice in Russia while Christianity is being silenced and pushed aside elsewhere. The way things are going, any future apparitions could be in Russia where Our Lady will be asking the Russians to pray for the conversion of Europe, the Americas and Australia before our errors are spread to Africa and Asia.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Good Lord inflicted a punishment on us and spared the countries where the faith is growing despite terrible poverty and exploitation by Western greed. We need to hit the beads lest Heaven decides to make an example of us for our ingratitude and pride.

 

What some have predicted will happen at the centenary of Our Lady of Fatima appearance in 2017, is not a chastisement but the greatest miracle Jesus will ever perform, where all present will be healed and converted and a sign will be given to mankind that will remain at the pines (in Garabandal)
for all time!

 

I’m going to repost a lot of what I believe and have already posted on the subject of the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

So you don't have to read through the following reams of information, I will try to give a succinct summary:


I believe all of Our Lady’s authentic apparitions are connected; those that have the approval of the church and some that still do not have the approval of the church but are connected to the approved apparitions by virtue of messages and tone of messages, such as Garabandal.


I believe, when placing all the apparitions together; a projection of events can be discerned.

Our Lady appears and gives the world her messages, Firstly] about the Love and mercy of God and secondly] she gives dire warnings of what may happen to the world if we do not convert and pray for those who are far from God.


1917 (Church approved)
At Fatima she gives not only her message, she shows the children hell, and gives the world an undisputable supernatural sign on October 13, to prove that these messages are true!
Our Lady is imploring us!


1947 (Church approved)
She shows to St Faustina, her son Jesus’ Mercy but also His arm of Justice which is about to fall on mankind if we do not heed her requests for prayer!
Our Lady is imploring us!


1961 (Not yet Church approved)
At Garabandal she shows children the tribulations and the chastisements during the night of screams!
Our Lady is imploring us!


1973 (Church approved)
She shows Sister Agnes in Akita the coming wrath of God and a statue of Our Lady cries 101 times!
Our Lady is imploring us!


1981 (Church approved)
She shows the children of Kibeho the coming river of Blood and the genocide of millions of Rwandans and states that this will happen to all mankind if her words are not heeded!
Our Lady is imploring us!


A warning and Miracle can surly be seen as a loving continuation of God’s Love and mercy, as also a chastisement can be seen as the justice of God and a means to cleanse the world of the innumerable horrors that we now live with.


When we look at the totality of the messages of Our Lady's apparitions, they speaks of the great battle between the Woman and the dragon in revelations 12!

God is preparing his faithful and saving souls at the exact same time that evil gathers strength! it all happens simultaneously just as we read in Revelations.

 

When our Lady stated in 1917 that the pope would eventually consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart and an era of peace would be granted to the world, she did not state that we would all be living in peaceful harmony!


But that a peroid of peace would be afforded to us, on a world scale.


I believe that the devil would have become even more ferocious after the consecration of Russia to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart ; so the battle beween the Woman and the serpant would remain and continue simultaneously even during Her period of peace that she promised!.


Of course we can all site the many wars that have taken place in the mean time (during this period of peace) such as the genocide of Rwanda and in Croatia; but these same civil wars and also many racial wars and other atrocities have occured and many injustices to many peoples and nations have occured prior to Our Lady's appearance in 1917 at Fatima.


Therefore the demise is of the totality of mankind which is at stake in the apparitions of Fatima;! not just this person or that person, or this nation or that nation, but of all of human kind!



and this is what Our lady is refering to when she states that a period of peace will be granted to the 'World'.

After which there will not be peace for any man on earth, until the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Regarding the consecration of Russia:

According to the records of the Archives, the Commissary of the Holy Office, Father Pierre Paul Philippe, OP, with the agreement of Cardinal Alfredo Ottaviani, brought the envelopecontaining the third part of the “secret of Fatima” to Pope John XXIII on 17 August 1959. “After some hesitation”, His Holiness said: “We shall wait. I shall pray. I shall let you know what I decide”.(1)


In fact Pope John XXIII decided to return the sealed envelope to the Holy Office and not to reveal the third part of the “secret”.


Paul VI read the contents with the Substitute, Archbishop Angelo Dell'Acqua, on 27 March 1965, and returned the envelope to the Archives of the Holy Office, deciding not to publish the text.


John Paul II, for his part, asked for the envelope containing the third part of the “secret” following the assassination attempt on 13 May 1981. On 18 July 1981 Cardinal Franjo Šeper, Prefect of the Congregation, gave two envelopes to Archbishop Eduardo Martínez Somalo, Substitute of the Secretariat of State: one white envelope, containing Sister Lucia's original text in Portuguese; the other orange, with the Italian translation of the “secret”. On the following 11 August, Archbishop Martínez returned the two envelopes to the Archives of the Holy Office.(2)


As is well known, Pope John Paul II immediately thought of consecrating the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and he himself composed a prayer for what he called an “Act of Entrustment”, which was to be celebrated in the Basilica of Saint Mary Major on 7 June 1981, the Solemnity of Pentecost, the day chosen to commemorate the 1600th anniversary of the First Council of Constantinople and the 1550th anniversary of the Council of Ephesus. Since the Pope was unable to be present, his recorded Address was broadcast. The following is the part which refers specifically to the Act of Entrustment:


“Mother of all individuals and peoples, you know all their sufferings and hopes. In your motherly heart you feel all the struggles between good and evil, between light and darkness, that convulse the world: accept the plea which we make in the Holy Spirit directly to your heart, and embrace with the love of the Mother and Handmaid of the Lord those who most await this embrace, andalso those whose act of entrustment you too await in a particular way. Take under your motherly protection the whole human family, which with affectionate love we entrust to you, O Mother. May there dawn for everyone the time of peace and freedom, the time of truth, of justice and of hope”.(3)


In order to respond more fully to the requests of “Our Lady”, the Holy Father desired to make more explicit during the Holy Year of the Redemption the Act of Entrustment of 7 May 1981, which had been repeated in Fatima on 13 May 1982. On 25 March 1984 in Saint Peter's Square, while recalling the fiat uttered by Mary at the Annunciation, the Holy Father, in spiritual union with the Bishops of the world, who had been “convoked” beforehand, entrusted all men and women and all peoples to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in terms which recalled the heartfelt words spoken in 1981:


“O Mother of all men and women, and of all peoples, you who know all their sufferings and their hopes, you who have a mother's awareness of all the struggles between good and evil, between light and darkness, which afflict the modern world, accept the cry which we, moved by the Holy Spirit, address directly to your Heart. Embrace with the love of the Mother and Handmaid of the Lord, this human world of ours, which we entrust and consecrate to you, for we are full of concern for the earthly and eternal destiny of individuals and peoples.


In a special way we entrust and consecrate to you those individuals and nations which particularly need to be thus entrusted and consecrated.


‘We have recourse to your protection, holy Mother of God!' Despise not our petitions in our necessities”.


The Pope then continued more forcefully and with more specific references, as though commenting on the Message of Fatima in its sorrowful fulfilment:


“Behold, as we stand before you, Mother of Christ, before your Immaculate Heart, we desire, together with the whole Church, to unite ourselves with the consecration which, for love of us, your Son made of himself to the Father: ‘For their sake', he said, ‘I consecrate myself that they also may be consecrated in the truth' (Jn 17:19). We wish to unite ourselves with our Redeemer in this his consecration for the world and for the human race, which, in his divine Heart, has the power to obtain pardon and to secure reparation.


The power of this consecrationlasts for all time and embraces all individuals, peoples and nations. It overcomes every evil that the spirit of darkness is able to awaken, and has in fact awakened in our times, in the heart of man and in his history.


How deeply we feel the need for the consecration of humanity and the world—our modern world—in union with Christ himself! For the redeeming work of Christ must be shared in by the world through the Church.


The present Year of the Redemption shows this: the special Jubilee of the whole Church.


Above all creatures, may you be blessed, you, the Handmaid of the Lord, who in the fullest way obeyed the divine call!


Hail to you, who are wholly united to the redeeming consecration of your Son!


Mother of the Church! Enlighten the People of God along the paths of faith, hope, and love! Enlighten especially the peoples whose consecration and entrustment by us you are awaiting. Help us to live in the truth of the consecration of Christ for the entire human family of the modern world.


In entrusting to you, O Mother, the world, all individuals and peoples, we also entrust to you this very consecration of the world, placing it in your motherly Heart.


Immaculate Heart! Help us to conquer the menace of evil, which so easily takes root in the hearts of the people of today, and whose immeasurable effects already weigh down upon our modern world and seem to block the paths towards the future!


From famine and war, deliver us.


From nuclear war, from incalculable self-destruction, from every kind of war, deliver us.


From sins against the life of man from its very beginning, deliver us.


From hatred and from the demeaning of the dignity of the children of God, deliver us.


From every kind of injustice in the life of society, both national and international, deliver us.


From readiness to trample on the commandments of God, deliver us.


From attempts to stifle in human hearts the very truth of God, deliver us.


From the loss of awareness of good and evil, deliver us.


From sins against the Holy Spirit, deliver us, deliver us.


Accept, O Mother of Christ, this cry laden with the sufferings of all individual human beings,laden with the sufferings of whole societies.


Help us with the power of the Holy Spirit to conquer all sin: individual sin and the ‘sin of the world', sin in all its manifestations.


Let there be revealed, once more, in the history of the world the infinite saving power of the Redemption: the power ofmerciful Love! May it put a stop to evil! May it transform consciences! May your Immaculate Heart reveal for all the light of Hope!”.(4)


Sister Lucia personally confirmed that this solemn and universal act of consecration corresponded to what Our Lady wished (“Sim, està feita, tal como Nossa Senhora a pediu, desde o dia 25 de Março de 1984”: “Yes it has been done just as Our Lady asked, on 25 March 1984”: Letter of 8 November 1989). Hence any further discussion or request is without basis.


In the documentation presented here four other texts have been added to the manuscripts of Sister Lucia: 1) the Holy Father's letter of 19 April 2000 to Sister Lucia; 2) an account of the conversation of 27 April 2000 with Sister Lucia; 3) the statement which the Holy Father appointed Cardinal Angelo Sodano, Secretary of State, to read on 13 May 2000; 4) the theological commentary by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

 

I have just realised something amazing!


Number One)

Exactly 33 years to the day prior to the great Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, that is, on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a remarkable vision. When the aged Pontiff had finished celebrating Mass in his private Vatican Chapel, attended by a few Cardinals and members of the Vatican staff, he suddenly stopped at the foot of the altar. He stood there for about 10 minutes, as if in a trance, his face ashen white. Then, going immediately from the Chapel to his office, he composed the prayer to St. Michael, with instructions it be said after all Low Masses everywhere. When asked what had happened, he explained that, as he was about to leave the foot of the altar, he suddenly heard voices - two voices, one kind and gentle, the other guttural and harsh. They seemed to come from near the tabernacle. As he listened, he heard the following conversation..........

The guttural voice, the voice of Satan in his pride, boasted to Our Lord:"I can destroy your Church."The gentle voice of Our Lord:"You can? Then go ahead and do so."Satan:"To do so, I need more time and more power."Our Lord:"How much time? How much power?Satan:"75 to 100years, and a greater power over those who will give themselves over to my service."Our Lord:"You have the time, you will have the power. Do with them what you will.

Number Two)
100 years later on the25 March 1984which is (the feast of the Incarnation of Jesus the word made flesh and the annunciationof the Angel Gabriel to the Blessed Virgin Mary), the Holy father Pope John Paul 11inSt. Peter's Square andBefore the Holy Year Mass for Families, with the Statue of Our Lady ofFatima,brought from Fatima to Rome for this purpose by the Bishop of Leiria-Fatima next to the main altar, the Holy Father gave an introduction, also in English, where he said in part:


"....In remembrance of the 'Fiat' uttered by her at the moment of the Annunciation, I will today entrust to her Immaculate Heart—in spiritual unionwith all the bishops of the world—all individuals and peoples, repeating in substance the act that I made at Fatima on May 13, 1982. ..and also he added "the whole world,especially the peoples for which by reason of their situation you Our Most Holy Mother have particular love and solicitude.”


On August 29, 1989 Sr. Lucia affirms in correspondencethat the consecration of Russia “has been accomplished”and that“God will keep His word.”.
Here is the one hundred years of satans greater power granted by God, but Our Lady offered a period of peace afer consecration to her immaculate Heart,to sustain her children because she is such a gentle mother and (having greater power before God than satan ever had); So now is the time of the culmination or the show down if you like,The humility of the Blessed Virginopposing/versesthe the pride of satan!

I believe Pope John Paul 11 saved us all in 1984 from certain doom and now we await the tribulation and the final hour.!!!!

With the Passing of Sr Lucia in 2005, and if the 1984 consecration as some claim, was not valid... how can we ever verify that a future consecration will properly fulfill the request of heaven?
It would make more sense that Heaven would ensure that the one who is in a position to verify a proper consecration would be alive to announce it when it did occur....

I have started reading your detailed post about Fatima but it will take me a while to absorb it all so I just wanted to let you know now that I'm grateful for your patience.

 

If the Triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart and the Era of Peace has already taken place then 99.99% of the world did not recognize it and this is the most anticipated secret in the world for an event that is supposed to be so spectacular? Does anyone really think the past 30+ years is what God had in mind to honor his Mother?

Many older prophecies were given regarding a communist led war which resulted in the destruction of much of Europe, including the Vatican. Documents released in your media verify these war plans. But my people forget one important factor in this discussion: God. I alone govern the universe and the affairs of mankind. I even govern the affairs of hell. Nothing happens without my will being done. Do you even think one moment, I am going to give glory to Satan and man’s pride? Remember Isaias 42:8: I, the Lord: this is my name. I will not give my glory to another, nor my praise to graven things.

My son, John Paul II consecrated the world to the Immaculate heart of Mary, as you already know. Do you not think my son, these consecrations bore no fruit? For I the Lord God Almighty creator of heaven and earth prophesy to you: The result of the consecration of the world to my son’s mother Mary had two effects. It interrupted and changed the plans of masonic communistic forces and it gave the world an extended period of my mercy. Do you truly think a consecration to the Mother of Mercy would have no effect? It allowed more souls to enter my kingdom. Do not forget my primary purpose is the salvation of my children. If you remember this my son, world events will make sense to you. Look at events from the eyes of your Father in heaven, not with your human eyes and understanding.

My son at Fatima, my daughter Mary asked explicitly for the consecration of Russia by the Pope and the bishops of the world. This event has not taken place as asked by my daughter Mary. If it had my son, the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary would have already taken place. You would already be living in the era of peace. It is evident there is no peace in your world. Only a blind man would make such a statement.

My son, mankind has not responded to my mercy. Mankind has increasingly become more evil and sinful. A day will soon arrive which will cause my wrath to chastise my children. Again, I say these words not to frighten, but to wake up my children. If you live in my peace, there truly is nothing to fear. Again, only the ungodly and lukewarm need to fear.

My son, the Masonic communistic forces are again starting to rise in your world. The forces of Islamic terrorism, communism, and practical atheism are being used by Satan to cause another World War. For I the Lord prophesy to you again: If mankind refuses my mercy, another World War will be allowed and the man of sin will be allowed to chastise the ungodly and sinner. Read these words carefully. Jeremiah 9:24. What did my son command you to do above all other things? Love your God and your neighbor. Are you truly fulfilling these two commandments? If not, repent of your sins.

My son, while my people argue over the validity of the consecration of Russia, many souls are going to hell. Do not allow yourself to be caught in Satan’s trap. The consecration has not taken place. It will take place. The message of Fatima was primarily concerned with repentance and the salvation of souls. The consecration of Russia is a message addressed to the Pope and bishops of the world. Pray my Holy Spirit will give the Holy Father the strength and wisdom to overcome the forces fighting against him. My son, I am gong to tell you why the consecration of Russia has not yet taken place. My church was not purified of the evil forces hiding among the clergy. Remember the Pope and bishops of the world are required to make the consecration. In the past, there were to many Bishops who were rebellious against the Holy Father for the consecration to have taken place. My Holy Spirit has led the holy Father to purify my house. Once my church is purified and my house is in order, you will see the consecration of Russia done. As you have read, my son told Sister Lucy it would be done late. Now Read Isaias 55:8 , 11. For my thoughts are not your thoughts: nor your ways my ways, saith the Lord. So shall my word be, which shall go forth from my mouth. It shall not return to me void, but it shall do whatsoever I please and shall prosper in the things for which I sent it. Do not presume in your pride to know the mind of God. Do not cause division among my people by arguing over the consecration of Russia. It is a deceptive trick of Satan to prevent my people from focusing on your mission: the salvation of souls. Again, I will repeat myself for you. Your mission is to lead souls to my son Jesus Christ for salvation, not cause souls to leave my church because of your proud and argumentative spirit. I the Lord will hold you accountable for your actions, words, and thoughts, which cause another to stumble. The consecration will take place in my time, not yours or Satan’s. I receive no honor and glory from your pride but only from your humility. Be a part of my son’s army and my daughter Mary’s army. Fulfill your mission. Let those whose mission it is to work for the consecration of Russia, fulfill their mission. It is not your mission. Do not cause schism or division, but love and unity among my people. I repeat myself to stop the confusion among my people. If you do my will, I will protect and guide you no matter what takes place. For I am the same living God of the Bible who is your Father today and forever. I love you my people. Return to the Father’s fold through the graces of my son Jesus Christ, the power of my Holy Spirit, and the intercession of my daughter Mary. These are words from Almighty God to my people. Amen.

I believe as you do. But no matter what timeline each of us has tentatively constructed, how we choose to move forward is what matters, and on that we should agree: confession, fasting, Holy Mass, prayer, Scripture, acts of mercy, etc..

The other night at Adoration, during the hour our parish designates as a time to pray ten decades of the Rosary to bring about the end of abortion, I was was sorely burdened and grieved! When, O Lord, will you act? When, O Lord, will you arise to protect the innocent? O God, how much longer must the world walk in darkness? The ugliness of sin, including mine, is so ghastly! O God, come in your power! Let God arise and His enemies be scattered!

Our trust in the midst of the darkness, our hands joined with those of Our Lady is what matters. Let us persevere!

Isaiah 50:10 Who among you fears the LORD and obeys the voice of his servant, who walks in darkness and has no light, yet trusts in the name of the LORD and relies upon his God?

 

Fatima, your post showing the message of Verne Dagenais @ 25th September 2007 is exactly what I have felt in my heart for a very long time.

To be honest I don't know if Verne is a genuine approved messenger; but one thing is for certain, that message is truly how I feel about everything relating to the Triumph of Immaculate Heart of Mary.

If we truly long for the Triumph we have to attend to making the 5 First Saturdays devotion, and leave everything else in the hands of our Awesome God.

Josephite, love your post about approved messages. But I have to say, Divine Mercy and Saint Maria Faustina was not approved until the late 70's and 80's. It had been silenced since the late 50's, and Saint John Paul had requested it be reinvestigated just about 6 months before he was elected Pope, and the rest is history praised be God.

 

Cardinal Bertone is a good, orthodox Catholic. The attacks against him are from the Devil.

Our Lady of Fatima never promised that evil would stop. Lessened, perhaps, but not eradicated entirely before the Second Coming and Last Judgement. God did not spare His own Son from the Cross. The notion that evil and suffering will end before the Second Coming belongs to the heresy of Millenarianism.

 

I don't see formal approval of the GSWYL messages, but I can say that I know that various known priests and theologians have read and believe them to be of sound theology and worthy of belief.
