I saw those last night. I actually videoed them, because they were stunningly close to one another, and sent the video to my wife. Is it me..... Or are the skies alive of late?
A couple of pages back someone referred to the vegetable shortage in the UK. This is due to a bad harvest added to the fact that the UK imports a lot of veggies. It has nothing to do with Brexit. Europeans are also facing this. The problem seems to be with salad ingredients such as tomatoes. I was in Sainsbury’s earlier this eeek and got the last packet of cherry tomatoes. Apparently we used to grow such items in huge glass houses but they went during the last war. The Dutch government subsidised the rebuilding of these after the war but we were left to fend for ourselves. We haven’t had a lot of inspiring leadership.
It could be worse, you could be a vegan... Seriously, the UK establishment has for too long treated food as a mere commodity. We in Ireland hear reports that British farmers are in dire economic straits, when their government should be supporting them. If the farming class, with all its knowledge and skills, disappears, Britain will be left totally dependant on other jurisdictions for increasingly scarce food, this in a country with a huge number of people incapable of looking after themselves, but looking to the government to provide all their needs.

another fierce storm hitting us today. Last week was ice and no power for two days . . .today we have a blizzard. Gonna get ten inches of snow by midnight tonight and 50 mph winds. An inch an hour, tomorrow more snow, and Sunday more snow. March is coming in like a lion.

That kind of suppression that we see in Nicaragua is not an existential threat to the Faith, I think, it probably only strengthens it. Ortega is an old-school Bolshevik. That carry-on in Brazil is far more disturbing. That article from Naomi Wolf, that I referred to previously, deals with this issue, questioning why it is happening. It's becoming more blatant and more universal. Wolf sees the substance and coordination as being of preternatural origin. Sacred Heart of Jesus, let us put all our trust in Thee.
