I bet Peru will see great graces from this during the Chastisement. It might be a much safer place to live. In this godless age this seems a Divinely inspired move.

One might think that waaaay up there on Macchu Picchu might be safe for any tsunamis heading for Peru in the future, but a Consecration now should be like the blood on the doors during the passover of the death cloud....and keep those consecrated safe.

My fault, Mario, for not reading your comment correctly. I'm sure that upstate NY is very nice, but I'm a bit disappointed that you aren't Peruvian. Macchu Picchu was one of the places I wanted to visit in my youth but I never managed to go there. I was kinda hoping you had been and could give us a first hand account.
Actually, I don't think all the US Catholic Bishops would be required, just one or two, so long as it's the president making the dedication. Kings are linked to their land. It's why when kings in the Old Testament started acting up things went bad for Israel. It's why prior to the Reformation, kings could (and some did) perform exorcisms, because they had authority over all creatures in their lands. With the Reformation damaging spiritual bonds, and the role presidents have in this country, the binding to the land is damaged, but not completely broken. So a US President could do such a dedication.
Well, I was able to visit Cuzco and Macchu Picchu back in the early '70s with a friend, a missionary OP sister, living on the coast. Since then I have seen many other TV documentaries re: MP and learned that much more has been discovered of late.....many hidden things. They just needed funding to explore more deeply and find more magnificent and fascinating villages up high on the edges of the mountains. At that point of the world one does get a mystical vibe no matter if one is a believer or not. The unbelievers though have translate that "vibe" into rather New Age type of explanations. And with many studied and believing archeological types that region of the world seems even to connect to another or other dimensions, "portals" for perhaps earlier visitations of assistance to those ancients who could never have built such perfect structures without modern day tools of such precision! The simple indians had not means of moving such tonnage of stone nor carve it to fit so perfectly with absolutely no separation between. IOW, with this Consecration, Peru seems destined, perhaps from the beginning, for spiritual "connections"....and placed in the middle of the ever challenging war between good and evil powers. May our Lady with this Consecration to her and to the heart of her Son, in the Flame of Love devotion, "spread the effect of her Flame of Love (blinding Satan) [over Peru] and all of humanity"!!

Yes I see those often. The clouds have ice crystals in them and are very high in the atmosphere. They are called iridescent clouds I think.
