https://m.theepochtimes.com/former-...dium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2020-12-11-1 It wasn’t until recently that I started to hear about all of the foreign interference in our country. So many politicians and others have been bought off. Next few weeks are going to be interesting.
Saw where TX issued a statement that pointed out that the 4 states said NOTHING about any of the charges made against them, only that this was an effort by TX to overturn an election result TX didn't like.
AS OF FRIDAY AFTERNOON Supreme Court Flooded with Filings in Texas Challenge to Voting Procedures The Supreme Court has been flooded with filings since Texas launched its case against Pennsylvania and three other states on Monday night, increasing the likelihood that the Court will finally hear a challenge to the 2020 presidential election results. As Breitbart News was first to report, Texas sued Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, arguing that they had made changes to their voting process outside their respective state legislatures, which the Constitution says must control the selection of presidential electors. Texas also argued that there were differences in voting procedures within these states, in violation of the Equal Protection Clause. And it also argued that there were irregularities that resulted from these violations. In addition to the original filing by the State of Texas, there are other filings, including: A motion to intervene by President Donald Trump An amici curiae (“friends of the court”) brief by Missouri, on behalf of itself and “Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia” in support of Texas’s case An amici curiae brief filed by Carter Phillips and other “Never Trump” Republican opponents of the president, supporting Pennsylvania and the defendant states An amici curiae brief filed by Roy Moore and other “constitutional attorneys” in support of the Texas case. An amicus curiae brief filed by Arizona, urging the Court to act quickly Responses to the Texas filing by each of the defendant states An amici curiae brief filed by the District of Columbia and “States and territories of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington” in support of Pennsylvania and the defendant states A motion by Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah to intervene as plaintiffs Two amicus curiae motions by members of the Pennsylvania house and senate, respectively, urging the Court to take the Texas case An amicus curiae motion by the Christian Family Coalition in support of the Texas case An amici curiae brief by the speaker and majority leader of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in support of the Texas case A motion by “state legislators and voters” represented by the Justice Foundation and the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, seeking to intervene and join the case as plaintiffs; their complaint was also filed An amici curiae brief by 105 Republican members of the House of Representatives An amici curiae brief by elected officials from four states in support of the Texas case An amicus curiae brief by the City of Detroit in support of Pennsylvania and the defendants An amicus curiae brief by the Justice and Freedom Fund in support of the Texas case The sheer scale of filings in just three days — including from Democrats and groups on the left — for a case that the Supreme Court has not yet said it will hear may increase the chance that it will do so... https://www.breitbart.com/2020-elec...ings-in-texas-challenge-to-voting-procedures/

Why do we even have a Supreme Court then? Thomas and Alito were the only two who wanted to hear the case. I’m still unable to comprehend just how deep and high up the corruption goes. Next few weeks will be interesting.
God love him.....I really grew to love the man who truly looked out for the American people’s rather than himself. God protect him and his family....and God protect us from the evil that appears to be descending upon us.
Well, the Blessed Mother most assuredly heard our prayers. But sometimes she says no. There are no courts left.
Then again, this might truly galvanize the Republicans in Georgia to go out and vote, and insist their legal votes be counted. EDIT: Yet for some reason, I don't think that will happen; or if it does, that the powers that control who count the votes will ensure it doesn't matter.
Lin Wood's case made it on the SC docket today and there are others that were rejected in the states that are threading their way up.
Guiliani was just on Newsmax and say they are going to file the case in district court. Jenna Ellis was talking about the electors and how it’s not over yet. Hard to see any legal avenues coming through. ETA Seeing some comments on thedonald saying that the SCOTUS left the door open for more filings. All I know is keep praying!
I wonder what would happen if TX and the states that filed with them simply withheld their electoral votes and refused to submit them?
I believe those states have already certified their electors. The states would have to follow their own rules about calling legislatures back into session in order to reject any certification. If the certifications were done without the legislator's approval, that could be another SC case, since the legislators are supposed to approve the slate of electors. If some states try that and are successful, then it may be possible to deny Biden a majority of electoral votes, throwing the election to Congress.
I am broken hearted. But we must keep praying. There is always a little bit of hope if you look hard enough.
Read what the actual SCOTUS said, that Texas did not have standing. Folks don't let the heathens at the Washington Post wear you down. Yes, we were all hoping for this suit to solve this mess. But, God is still in Heaven; Jesus is Lord, and this will be resolved. Keep the faith, and please continue to pray to Our Lady. God Wins Always!
People... forget about the election. It does not matter. Advent should be a time for preparing for the coming of our Lord. He kingdom is at hand. God never changes his will. Everything occurring is fulfilling prophesy. Forget about Garabandal. Forget about all the people claiming that they recieved a message from God, or the Blessed Mother, or an Archangel. They are false. I suggest you begin reading scripture. Both Old and New testaments. All answers to your questions are there. Blessings and Peace
