  2. Here's What RBG Said About Filling a SCOTUS Vacancy in an Election Year

    ........
When a similar scenario occurred four years ago, following the death of Antonin Scalia, the Republican-controlled Senate blocked Barack Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court. It was a controversial move, and Ginsburg had something to say about it: Ginsburg publicly called on the Senate to go through with the nomination.

“That’s their job,” she said in July 2016. “There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the President stops being President in his last year.”

“Eight is not a good number for a collegial body that sometimes disagrees,” Ginsburg said on the issue a few months later during an event at the Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who was with her, agreed. “I think we hope there will be nine as quickly as possible.”

“What we do is we automatically affirm the decision of the court below. No opinion is written, no reasons are given, and the affirmance has no precedential value,” Ginsburg explained. “It’s just as though we denied review.”

Guess what....Fr. Michel had said there would be an attempt on his life.

Yes, very strange. Especially since the date of her death was incorrect at 2019.
I know that networks have large files of material to put up at a moment’s notice when someone famous dies. They do that quite often. And since she was so frail and ill, they must have been expecting it. But still, it’s hard to explain. It’s creepy.

  7. Probally pro-life Catholic Amy Coney Barrett...

Remember the anti-Catholic remark by Feinstein during Barrett's United States Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit confirmation hearing...

"The dogma lives loudly within you, and that's a concern."

I could see taking the pressure off the Republican senators who are running for re-election by confirming her AFTER the election but before newly elected senators take office in January.

That way senators will have nothing to lose by confirming, they will have already won or lost thier seat.

“Ruthless” voted yes for Same Sex Marriage and was bull-headed on Abortion. The angry Left will never let go of their blood sacrifice, it would be like telling Catholics they can no longer have Holy Communion. Should the Court tip Left one day, we will see a ban on the Right to Bear Arms, a ban on Freedom of Religion, Pedophilia will become decriminalized, Euthanasia will be law of the land, the floodgates will open for all sorts of depravity. The spiritual battle that once took place in heaven is now being waged through flesh and blood here on earth.
