I believe that Trump already issues a pardon to Flynn. It is pending before a Judge appointed by Obama who refused to dismiss the case. A higher appeals court told the Judge that he had to explain himself and the case needed to be dismissed. [by the way: I was a federal attorney for the US government for 32 years. I have never heard of a federal district court Judge ever refusing to accept a prosecutor's request that a case be dismissed. I have received numerous correspondence by email and phone from other attorneys who have said the same thing: the Judge is doing something that has never been heard of before. Thus, the Judge appears to be bowing to the liberal media, in my humble opinion.]
Judge Sullivan did not have a prior reputation for being so outside the fairness side. Sydney Powell once commended him in one of her writings for his fairness. So this is quite a turn for him and why many believe that he is being blackmailed or somehow threatened as it would appear he is getting orders on how to proceed from the outside....like from Obama. The President, Sydney Powell (Flynn's current atty) and Flynn himself don't want Flynn pardoned since that would mark his recored throughout history as having committed a crime that was necessary to pardon. They want him fully exonerated.
