I have a friend who had her first child at the age of 41. My sister-in-law had her first baby at something like 45. Another friend, who is a diabetic, had her second baby at age 43. Mothers and babies made it through just fine. Though I personally can't imagine how exhausted I'd be taking care of a newborn in my forties--it was tough enough in my thirties. May God give you lots of helpers and supernatural stamina . You're in my prayers.
