Whenever I’ve read the Oct 13, 1973 message of Akita everything but one line made sense to me. “The priests who venerate me will be despised by their brethren.” This line was fulfilled today.
For the last 2000 years Our Holy Mother the Church has added honour after honour to Our Blessed Mother. For as St Louis Grignion De Montford said it is impossible to honour her too much. Now for the very first time in 2000 years the Church dishonours her taking two titles away from her. Thus saying the Popes and the Church in the past were wrong but that they, themselves, are right. That's says all that needs saying about it really. This will greatly anger heaven. On their own heads be it.
I'm almost done reading the document. It is full of fluff and contradiction, it betrays a lack of depth of faith, and it is more comfortable with elevating man in general than in elevating our Blessed Mother. It claims to be Christocentric but in its tone it is humanistic. It is catering to protestantism. After taking my thoughts and feelings on this to Jesus in prayer at Mass today, I am convinced that now is the time for all of us to rise up in defense of our Mother. We can do this with charity and peace. But now is the time to pray more rosaries, honor Mary more publicly, and defend her with courage, conviction, but always charity. Pray that God raises up some great Marian saints of our day! We need them now!
She also gave strength to Jesus while He was going through hell, inspite of all her interior pain. Such nobility is incredible.
It will be on all of our heads, not just theirs. We will just make her more loved! That must be our response. I think every single Catholic who loves Mary should start writing to the Vatican every month professing our love for her and asking for her title to be reinstated. The cardinal seems to think that the request for the 5th Marian dogma is coming from some obscure but pushy group on social media. Let's show him otherwise!
It would do as much good as writing to Count Dracula asking him to put out Holy Water Fonts around the Castle.
Not my pope. Not my prefect. The Barque of Peter has no one at the rudder right now. This document holds no value, no authority whatsoever.

Most Share 1) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Supremi Apostolatus officio. Sept 1, 1883. ASS 16, 1883. 1113. We judge nothing more powerful and better for this purpose than by religion and devotion to deserve well of the great Mother of God, the Virgin Mary, who is the treasurer [sequestra] of our peace with God, and the mediatrix [administra] of graces.... 2) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Superiore anno, August 30, 1884. ASS 17, 1884. 49. ... may He hear the prayers of those who beseech through her, whom He Himself willed to be the mediatrix [administram] of graces. 3) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Octobri mense adventante, Sept 22, 1891, ASS 24, 1891, 196. ... it is right to say, that nothing at all of that very great treasury of all grace which the Lord brought us--for 'grace and truth came through Jesus Christ' [Jn 1.17]--nothing is imparted to us except through Mary, since God so wills, so that just as no one can come to the Father except through the Son, so in general, no one can come to Christ except through His Mother. 4) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Iucunda semper, Sept 8, 1984. ASS 27, 1894. 179. ... when He [the Father] has been invoked with excellent prayers, our humble voice turns to Mary; in accordance with no other law than that law of conciliation and petition which was expressed as follows by St. Bernardine of Siena : 'Every grace that is communicated to this world has a threefold course. For by excellent order, it is dispensed from God to Christ, from Christ to the Virgin, from the Virgin to us.' [Internal quote from S. Bernardine, Sermon on Nativity of B. V. M. n. 6.] 5) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Adiutricem populi, Sept 5, 1895, ASS 28, 1895, 130. For thereupon, by divine plan, she so began to watch over the Church, so to be near and to favor us as a Mother, that she who had been the minister [administra] of the mystery of human redemption, was equally the minister [administra] of the grace to be given from it for all time, practically immeasurable power being given to her. 6) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Diuturni temporis spatium, Sept 5, 1898, ASS 31, 1898, 146. For from her, as in a must abundant conduit, the drafts of heavenly graces are given: '... in her hands are the treasures of the mercies of the Lord'; for 'God wills that she be the principle of all good things.' [Internal quotes are from St. John Damascene, Series I De Nativitate Virginis and St. Irenaeus, Against Valentinus III. 33.]. 7) Leo XIII, Encyclical, Diuturni temporis spatium, Sept 5, 1898, ASS 31, 1898, 147. 'God wills her to be the principle of all good things.' [Citing St. John Damascene, Series I De nativitate Virginis.] 8) Leo XIII, Parta humano generi, Apostolic Letter, Sept 8, 1901, ASS 34, 1901, 195. So may the most powerful Virgin Mother, who once 'cooperated in love that the faithful might be born in the Church', be even now the means and mediatrix of our salvation. [Citing St. Augustine, De sancta Virginitate 6.] 9) St. Pius X, Encyclical, Ad diem illum, Feb. 2, 1904, AAS 36, 1904. 453-54. Hence that never dissociated manner of life and labors of the Mother and the Son... . there stood by the Cross of Jesus His Mother, not merely occupied in looking at the dreadful sight, but even rejoicing that 'her only Son was being offered for the salvation of the human race; and so did she suffer, with Him, that if it had been possible, she would have much more gladly suffered herself all the torments that her Son underwent' [St. Bonaventure I. Sent. d, 48, ad Litt. dub. 4]. Now from this common sharing of will and suffering between Christ and Mary, she 'merited to become most worthily the Reparatrix of the lost world' [Eadmer, De Excellentia Virginis Mariae, 9] and therefore Dispensatrix of all the gifts which Jesus gained for us by His Death and by His Blood.... But Mary as St. Bernard fittingly remarks [De Aquaeductu 4] is the 'channel' or, even, the neck, through which the body is joined to the head, and likewise through which the head exerts its power and strength on the body. 'For she is the neck of our Head, by which all spiritual gifts are communicated to His Mystical Body.' [St. Bernardine of Siena, Quadrag. De Evangelio aeterno, Sermo X, a. 3. c. 3.] Compiled by Father William G. Most
10) St. Pius X, Litterae Apostolicae, August 27, 1910, AAS 2, 1910, 901. We, to whom nothing is dearer than that the devotion of the faithful towards the Virgin of Lourdes, the treasurer [sequestra] of all graces, be more and more increased, think we should gladly assent to these wishes. 11) Benedict XV, Litterae Apostolicae, Inter Sodalicia, March 22, 1918, AAS 10, 1918, 182. ... the fact that she was with Him crucified and dying, was in accord with the divine plan. For with her suffering and dying Son, Mary endured suffering and almost death. She gave up her Mother's rights over her Son to procure the salvation of mankind, and to appease the divine justice, she, as much as she could, immolated her Son, so that one can truly affirm that together with Christ she has redeemed the human race. But if for this reason, every kind of grace we receive from the treasury of the redemption is ministered as it were through the hands of the same Sorrowful Virgin, everyone can see that a holy death should be expected from her, since it is precisely by this gift that the work of the Redemption is effectively and permanently completed in each one ... further, there is a most constant belief among the faithful, proved by long experience, that as many as employ the same Virgin as Patron, will not at all perish forever. 12) Benedict XV, Encyclical, Fausto appetente die, June 29, 1921, AAS 13, 1921, 334. For he [St. Dominic] knew well that Mary ... has such influence with her divine Son, that He confers whatever of graces He confers on humans, does so always with her as minister and decision-maker [administra et arbitra]. 13) Pius XI, Apostolic Letter, Galliam, Ecclesiae filiam, March 2, 1922, AAS 14, 1922 186. She, the Virgin Mother, [is] the treasurer [sequestra] of all graces with God. 14) Pius XI, Apostolic Letter, Exstat in civitate, Feb. 1, 1924, AAS 16 1924, 152. It is clear that many Roman Pontiffs ... have stirred up devotion among the nations to the most clement Mother, the Virgin Mary, the Consoler of the afflicted, and the treasurer [sequestra] of all graces with God. 15) Pius XI, Apostolic Letter, Cognitum sane, Jan 14, 1926, AAS 18, 1926, 213. We, to whom nothing is dearer than that the devotion of the Christian people be aroused more and more towards the Virgin who is the treasurer [sequestra] of all graces with God, think we should grant these wishes. 16) Pius XI, Encyclical, Ingravescentibus malis, Sept 29, 1937, AAS 29, 1927, 380. ... we know also that all things are imparted to us from God the Greatest and Best, through the hands of the Mother of God. 17) Pius XII, Encyclical, Mystici Corporis, June 29, 1943, AAS 35, 1943, 248. May she, then, the most holy Mother of all the members of Christ, to whose Immaculate Heart we have confidently consecrated all people ... ask earnestly that most abundant streams of graces from the lofty Head may flow down on all the members of the Mystical body without interruption. 18) Pius XII, Radiomessage to Fatima, Bendito seia, May 13, 1946, AAS 38, 19465, 266. ... having been associated, as Mother and Minister, with the King of martyrs in the ineffable work of human Redemption, she is always associated, with a practically measureless power, in the distribution of the graces that derive from the Redemption.... And her kingdom is as vast as that of her Son and God, since nothing is excluded from her dominion. 19) John XXIII, Epistle to Cardinal Agaganian, Legate to Marian Congress in Saigon, Jan 31, 1959, AAS 51, 1959, 88. For the faithful can do nothing more fruitful and salutary than to win for themselves the most powerful patronage of the Immaculate Virgin, so that by this most sweet Mother, there may be opened to them, all the treasures of the divine Redemption, and so they may have life, and have it more abundantly. Did not the Lord will that we have everything through Mary?" Discorsi II, 66. "From her hands hope for all graces. 20) Vatican II, Lumen gentium ## 61-62. ... in suffering with Him as He died on the cross, she cooperated in the work of the Savior, in an altogether singular way, by obedience, faith, hope, and burning love, to restore supernatural life to souls. As a result she is our Mother in the order of grace. This motherhood of Mary in the economy of grace lasts without interruption, from the consent which she gave in faith at the annunciation, and which she unhesitatingly bore with under the cross, even to the perpetual consummation of all the elect. For after being assumed into heaven, she has not put aside this saving function, but by her manifold intercession, she continues to win the gifts of eternal salvation for us. By her motherly love, she takes care of the brothers of her Son who are still in pilgrimage and in dangers and difficulties, until they be led through to the happy fatherland. For this reason, the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Auxiliatrix, Adiutrix, and Mediatrix. This however it to be so understood that it takes nothing away, or adds nothing to the dignity and efficacy of Christ the one Mediator. For no creature can ever be put on the same level with the Incarnate Word and Redeemer.... COMMENT: Although Vatican II did not add the words "of all graces," it added a note on the above passage, in which it refers us to the texts of Leo XIII, Adiutricem populi, St. Pius X, Ad diem illum, Pius XI, Miserentissimus Redemptor, and Pius XII, Radiomessage to Fatima. Leo XIII in that text spoke of her, as we saw above, as having "practically limitless power." St. Pius X said she was the "dispensatrix of all the gifts, and is the "neck" connecting the Head of the Mystical Body to the Members. But all power flows through the neck. Pius XII said "Her kingdom is as vast as that of her Son and God, since nothing is excluded from her dominion.
Notice they’re picking the low hanging fruit first - • No one supports the death penalty anymore so let’s promote heresy on that. • No one condemns contraception any more, so lets says it’s OK to prevent a virus. • Everyone is getting divorced and remarried let’s admit them to the Holy Eucharist. • No one condemns those nice men living together any more so let’s give them a blessing. Only rigid trads think it’s ok to use those old antiquated titles for Mary today, so while taking away their TLMs, let’s eliminate these titles. All the cool Protestants are doing it!
This document is not just gravely evil and false ecumenism, its a persecution of orthodox Catholics of the worst sort.
Notice how quickly they pull these evil rabbits out of their wicked hat. The demons know they have little time left for their Satanic Agenda. They must not sleep at night plotting abominations.
These quotes are incredible. If I am reading this correctly, in a mysterious way, Our Lady became ingrained into the crucifixion itself. As in she was not separate from the event. Likely because she endured everything and gave everything at the same time. Thereby naturally becoming an avenue for the graces of our Almighty and All Good God. Which makes sense because she also was sinless, therefore the nature of Christ was operating in its fullness with Our Lady, as Christ died on the Cross. Christ observing Christ from a Mother's perspective. Does that mean she is fused into God?
I had never heard of this- very powerful Español . . . Français Thrice-Admirable Queen, Mother, and Mediatrix of All Graces (1946, near Pfaffenhofen, Germany) As the pleas, requests, and warnings sent to mankind by a merciful God through His Immaculate Mother at La Salette and Fatima went unheeded, He sent that same loving Mother once again to warn a prideful world in 1946 at Marienfried, a small town in Germany. Having promised to build a chapel in Our Lady's honor if the town of Pfaffenhofen were spared from destruction during the war, the pastor and several parishioners went to the nearby area of Marienfried to select a site for the chapel in fulfillment of their promise. It was there, on April 25th, that the series of apparitions began. As at Fatima, an angel had appeared to one of the seers, Barbara Ruess, prior to the visits of Our Lady, calling himself the Angel of the Great Mediatrix of Graces. Preceding the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary on May 25th, the Angel told Barbara to kneel in profound reverence as he prayed: "Act as the Mother of Grace; act as the thrice miraculous Mother; the thrice admirable Mother of Grace, Thou Great Mediatrix of Graces!" As the Angel prayed, Our Lady appeared... "unspeakably beautiful, brilliant, a blinding vision of most pure light and radiance... above Her head were brilliant rays forming a three-tiered crown." As the Immaculate Queen raised Her hand in blessing, She became as transparent as crystal. Barbara was completely blinded by the brilliance and could not look upon it anymore. Again as at Fatima, profound devotion to the Most Holy Trinity (as at the Cabeço) was emphasized by the Angel and, at the June 25th apparition, a large number of angels surrounding their Immaculate Queen, knelt on the ground and bowed over profoundly. They then prayed in adoration of the Most Holy Trinity. At Marienfried, as at Fatima, the importance of the Rosary was emphasized and at the conclusion of the Rosary it was requested that an appeal should be made to Our Blessed Mother as the Mediatrix of All Graces. (It was a fitting response to this request that the Founder and Superior of our own Religious Community composed a most appropriate invocation to Our Lady under this title which he ordered to be recited after our Community Rosary.) In addition to exhortations for greater sacrifice and a more perfect living of our total consecration, Our Blessed Mother exhorted Her wayward children to offer more frequent acts of love, praise, and gratitude to the Eternal Father and the Most August Trinity. She said that Almighty God wished the Church and Its members to acknowledge Her role as Mediatrix of All Graces, and She exhorted us all not to be seekers of self, but rather to spend every moment in giving honor and glory to God. The following is a compilation of the essence of the various messages given to mankind by Our Immaculate Mother and Queen during Her series of most significant apparitions in southwestern Germany: "I am the powerful Mediatrix of Graces. As the world can find mercy only through the sacrifice of the Son with the Father, so can you only find favor with the Son through my intercession. Christ is so unknown because I am not known. Because the nations rejected His Son, the Father poured out His cup of wrath upon them. It is true that the world was consecrated to my Immaculate Heart, but this consecration has become a fearful responsibility for many men. I demand that the world live this consecration." "I am the sign of the Living God. I place my Sign on the foreheads of my children (those who consecrate themselves to my Immaculate Heart). The star (Lucifer) will persecute the Sign. But my Sign will conquer the star." "Have unreserved confidence in my Immaculate Heart! Believe that I am able to do everything with my Son. Substitute my Immaculate Heart in place of your sinful hearts. Then it will be I who will draw the power of God, and the love of the Father will renew the fullness of Christ in you. Fulfill my request so that Christ may reign as the King of Peace." "The world will have to drain the cup of wrath to the dregs because of the countless sins through which His Heart is offended. The Star of the infernal regions will rage more violently than ever and will cause frightful destruction, because he knows that his time is short, and because he sees that already many have gathered around my sign. Over these he has no spiritual power, although he will kill the bodies of many; but through these sacrifices, my power to lead the remnant host to victory will increase." "Some have already allowed my Sign to be impressed on them; their number will increase. But I want to tell you, my children, not to forget that the very cross of those bloody days is a grace." "Pray, make sacrifices for sinners. Offer yourselves and your works to the Father through me, and put yourselves at my disposal without reserve. Pray the Rosary. Pray not so much for external things -- weightier things are at stake in these times. EXPECT NO SIGNS OR WONDERS (such as the many phony visions and apparitions deluging the world today). I shall be active as the powerful Mediatrix in secret." "After this, the Devil will be possessed of such power that those who are not firmly established in me will be deceived. There is a time coming when you will stand in this place all alone and will be frightfully calumniated. Because the Devil knows how to deceive men, they permit themselves to be completely blinded to the higher things. But you should establish everything on confidence (in my Immaculate Heart)... The devil has power over all people who do not trust in my Heart. Wherever people substitute my Immaculate Heart for their sinful hearts, the devil has no power. But he will persecute my children. They will be despised, but he can do them no harm." "I am the powerful MEDIATRIX OF GRACE. It is the will of the Father that the world acknowledge this position of His Handmaid. People must believe that I am the permanent Bride of the Holy Ghost and the faithful Mediatrix of All Graces. God wants it so. Only my children recognize this Sign because it reveals itself in secret, and for it they give glory to the Eternal God. I cannot manifest my power to the world in general. I must still hold myself aloof with my children." "In secret I shall work marvels in souls until the required number of victim souls will be filled. Upon you it depends to shorten the days of darkness. Your blood and your sacrifices shall destroy the image of the beast. Then I can manifest myself to the world for the glory of the Almighty. Choose my Sign, so that the Triune God may soon be adored and honored." "Apostles and Priests should consecrate themselves to me especially, so that the great sacrifices which the Inscrutable One demands above all from them may, when placed in my hands, increase in sanctity and worth." "Pray and offer sacrifices through me. Pray always; pray the Rosary. Make all your entreaties to the Father through my Immaculate Heart. If they are conducive to His honor, He will grant them. In your prayers ask Him not for things of temporal worth, but implore graces for individual souls, for the community; for the nations, so that all may come to love and honor the Divine Heart. Keep the Saturdays, which have been dedicated to me, as I have requested." "Bring many sacrifices and offerings to me. Offer your prayers to me as sacrifices. Be not seekers of self. That honor be shown to the Eternal and atonement be made to Him is required of these times. If you consecrate yourselves without reserve, I shall take care of all the rest. Crosses weighty and deep as the sea I shall lay upon my children, because I love them in my Sacrificed Son. I beseech you, be prepared to carry the cross that peace may soon be achieved." "I have already given many signs and spoken often to the world, but people have not taken them seriously. On account of these outward signs the greater multitude do not even grasp the essential things. Outward signs only succeed in distracting many, who do not draw the necessary conclusions from them." "I urge my people to fulfill my wishes quickly, because today more than ever such fulfillment of my will is necessary for God's greater honor and glory. The Father pronounces a dreadful woe upon all who refuse to obey His Will." Mary, Immaculate Queen of the Universe, Spouse of the Holy Ghost, Mediatrix of All Graces, Triumph and Reign, in the Name of Jesus, and for the Love of Jesus, Now and Forever. Amen.
She is uniquely related to the Holy Trinity and in a mysterious way reveals the Holy Trinity to us. She is daughter of the Father, Mother of the Son, Spouse of the Holy Spirit. In a sense therefore she is fused into the Blessed Trinity.
‘Mary has been unknown up till now, and that that is one of the reasons why Jesus Christ is not known as he should be. If then, as is certain, the knowledge and the kingdom of Jesus Christ must come into the world, it can only be as a necessary consequence of the knowledge and reign of Mary. She who first gave him to the world will establish his kingdom in the world’ (De Montford)
There is definitely this aspect, excellent answer. But there is something more and it's nagging on my heart. Because she is the only human to take on the full nature of Christ without also being God. Everyone else has sin so no one else can claim this. The crucifixion was the fulfillment of this Christ nature in human form for Our Lady. She became the fulfillment of the human as designed by God. We know that man was created in the image of God. A holy saint becomes a channel for God, this is normal and established. So Our Lady became the pure and perfect channel for God. THEREFORE SHE HAS ACCESS TO ALL GRACES!
