I'm worried that I am damned and not going to heaven because of my sins. Its difficult but I try to stay positive. I went to confession again today and am trying my best. I have also done the Divine Mercy novena many times and I say the chaplet everyday.

I find the best thing to do is to keep surrendering and making acts of faith. It seems to help, thank God. Jesus I surrender myself to you. Take care of everything.
Didn't your MD give you inhalers or prednisone? Prednisone would help a great deal to help you breathe. It reduces the inflammation and the inhalers help you yo maintain normal breathing. What did the MDs tell you when you went before? This sounds like medical neglect if they didn't pick up on this. Can you go to the emergency room? Not being able to breathe is an emergency IMO.
Is it possible you are hyper ventilating? As an asthmatic i have learned to do a special kind of breathing. Breathe in slowly with your nose and then breathe out slowly through your mouth. Keep doing it and eventually it relaxes the bronchials. Prayers.
