Ann, I've considered such a possibility, but I shudder at the thought because it would tie into a couple of other prophetic streams. In my mind, I see the unleashing of global hostilities, and what I perceive as Trump's ego, demonstrating a lack of wisdom. This all may well lead to such a choice by Russia. I know it has been part of the prophetic milieu for some time. Personally, it doesn't bother me as an individual: 90% of my life is spent. But as a grandparent it saddens me deeply. Still... Psalm 46: There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. 5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God will help her right early. 6 The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; He utters his voice, the earth melts. 7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Oh, by the way, our elder daughter, Rachel, just informed Geralyn and myself that she and Stephen are expecting their 6th child. If that doesn't prove God's in control...
It's certainly a great time to sink into much greater Depths of prayer. I was glad to hear Pope Leo speaking of the need for peace, bless him for this. I was glad to see someone as well known as Michael Knowles speak about this. This prophecy needs to better known. I would wish the President knew. Michael Knowles would be in good position to inform him. He might be much more cautious. I sense the President might be open to paying attention to such a thing, if he knew. The whole thing is very concerning.
Seek out St Joseph, he works wonders. You will be ok, we will pray for you. Also there is the 33 day consecration to St Joseph.
I remember St. Therese was talking to someone who was afraid of suffering, and she told them that the martyrs were given a special grace to be bold and courageous in the face of suffering and death...but that those who are actually really afraid but somehow still manage to accept God's Will merit more. Jesus Himself was afraid and sorrowful through His whole Passion. He didn't go through it singing and courageous. He merited more for us by being deprived of the grace of courage, feeling desolate and abandoned by the Father.
I can’t say whether Prince Reza Pahlavi currently has any effective kingmaker working behind the scenes, preparing his dawn. However, while researching on X, formerly Twitter, it seems to me that there is a whole political marketing effort around him as a kind of new King Cyrus—the man who will make peace with Israel. Search for the hashtag #CyrusAccords on Elon Musk’s social network and see for yourselves what I’m talking about. Incidentally, the symbol of the Persian monarchy is the Lion, which is interesting, as this comes just a few months after a new pope adopted this symbolism in the name he chose.
Our Lord was very courageous as He went through His Passion, carrying the weight of all our sin. He set the example for all of us. His Mother the same, she was there at the foot with John when all the other apostles had ran off. I am not sure where you got the idea that He was deprived of courage. Feeling fear or anguish doesn't mean their courage is gone. If Jesus lost His courage He would have fled once Judas was sent off.
I was talking about the feeling of courage. Many of the martyrs went singing and loudly praising God to their death. St. Lawrence, when being roasted over a fire, joked, "Turn me over, I'm done on this side!" This is a stark contrast to Jesus, who sweated blood and called out to His Father to let this cup pass from Him, though resigned to His Father's Will. The difference is because those saints were given a special grace to "feel" courageous, which made their martyrdom full of light and joy. St. Therese says that Jesus was not given those feelings of support to buoy Him during His passion, but instead felt desolate and abandoned. Jesus crying and sweating in the Garden in fear and anguish was worth more than the saints' martyrdoms (even accounting for the fact that everything Jesus did was of infinite value), because He bore it all without that feeling of courage. It is extremely consoling for those of us who do not feel brave and ready to suffer, that Christ showed us in His Passion that we need not feel joyful in embracing our suffering for it to be full of love and merit. Jesus felt all of our weakness and was not attracted to suffering itself...He did everything purely out of love, which is what made Him willing to bear that desolation of spirit and terrible suffering of the body.
Promethean Updates asserts that the removal of Maduro is the opening salvo in a war against the British Empire's world order that was established following WW 2. According to them the British established a private banking system centered in the Caribbean that uses narcotrafficking and other criminal activities to generate money. They assert that United States has never fought this order before now. Maybe that's what meant by "It will begin here."
I love this and my heart quickens to its truth. It doesn't diminish the Sovereignty of Christ one bit for me to know that He suffered fear and abandonment.
