Thank you for your suffering, Katfalls. God comfort and bless you.

I have been wondering for a while if the assassination attempt is what got to Trump. If he was threatened and very afraid, and was told that the attempt was purposely only to hit his ear and if he doesn't do what he's told it would be his life next. Wasn't it soon after that Melania came out saying she was pro-abortion? It was so strange and out of left field that I immediately believed she'd been threatened. Perhaps she did it to protect Baron.

Anyway, we should be praying for our leaders who are threatened by so much evil.

There are some fairly sensible and knowledgeable people on the internet saying that some ‘Authority’ stopped Trump from using nukes on Tuesday night. Some say it was shadowy figures in the ‘Deep State’ who were simply not going to let this happen. Others speculate that the ‘Authority’ was a Russian threat of retaliation, if Trump used the nukes. Both scenarios are plausible, but impossible, at this point, to prove. What is undeniable is that something stopped him and I don’t think it was Trump himself. His latest, desperate ruse is a consequence of his unwillingness to accept defeat and, while it is an improvement on nuking Iran, it has several other ways of becoming catastrophic. Is he going to sink Chinese or Indian tankers? Will the Iranians simply sink the US warships? What of the economic consequences, not just on the rest of the world, of which he cares not a whit, but on the US itself? We may pray that the sane voices that averted apocalypse on Tuesday might again come to the rescue.

I don't buy this... Let's say it's true; it means he would rather carry out aggression against seven countries like Trump has so far, support genocide in Gaza, and the suffering in Lebanon, Iran, Syria, and Yemen, where over 40,000 children have been killed. This will lead to an economic crisis where millions of people will lose their jobs, resulting in a high number of divorces, crime, suicides, loss of homes, etc. In Africa and Asia, there could be food shortages, mass migrations, and drownings...
I seriously doubt that Trump has to manipulate the market under threats for his personal gain and to enrich himself and his family.
It's easier to throw the whole world into chaos than to put an end to those who threaten... Realistically, Trump has always been a manipulator and a liar, an adulterer who ran "semi-nude" beauty pageants, a snake oil salesman who is extremely "loud" in speech and willing to trample on any moral, natural, and state laws for personal gain. For these reasons, he was chosen to turn this into action while pretending to be something completely different.

He only said things people wanted to hear, but he does thing he belives in...Trump is more or less a reflection of the average Western man who knows that morality, faith, and family are the foundation of civilization, yet is willing to betray all of that for the sake of fame, money, power, and to satisfy his hedonistic, decadent side... Saints subdued their earthly senses because they drew them away from God; a man who strives for worldly things, in my opinion, can be neither a good person nor moral, and even less a good leader, because a good leader has always been the one who goes into battle first and leaves last.

I think a nuclear bomb is not an option because, let’s say it were used. Iran would still have the capacity to destroy all oil infrastructure in the Middle East, which wouldn’t recover for the next 15 years, and to level Israel if all missiles were launched at once. Without oil, the world would fall into the worst crisis in history, and we’re talking about a hedonistic, materialistic society where people trample over each other for a 10% discount and behave like vultures over trivial things. This is no longer the society of the 1930s, when people knew how to maintain civility in war and famine with certain principles. That would collapse all puppet regimes of globalists, all perverse ideologies, and set their plan for global domination back by 100 years…

The goal is to slowly boil the frog; any sudden, unpredictable move they cannot control in outcome could backfire on them. Evil is always a kind of vortex—it begins attractively, like a light breeze and feels pleasant, but as it progresses it reveals more of its hellish side; you control it less and less, and it becomes more destructive. In the end, it always leads to the destruction of humanity, because that is the essence and goal of evil itself… and everything always moves toward its purpose, just as God’s plan has always been the salvation of humanity. And that battle is always being fought, but now it is no longer local as it once was, but global, with a clear plan to get rid of us all…

Even Orbán has been brought down today in election, and Trump’s support is like a kiss of death—probably the last backing you’d want to receive for anything. Maybe it’s intentional…

I've never thought Trump was any parragon of virtue. He reminds me very much of my dad...The kind of personality that is good-natured but easily swayed by people who appeal to his ego. My dad can swing back and forth on issues just depending on who is near him, because he wants to impress and please whoever is around him. He can also say some outlandish things that make me gasp, and if I didn't know him and how he'd give the shirt off his back for anyone he runs into, I would think he's a terrible person.

I actually don't believe Trump ever meant to nuke the entire civilization of Iran. I think it was all bluster and a childish tantrum trying to force a deal.

But what do any of us really know? Better to put our trust in God, because there are precious few truly morally upright people left in this world.

I can say that for me, the worst thing in this situation is watching all of this how practically the last healthy moral environments are collapsing one after another, how perverse ideas are dominating more and more as something normal, how those leaders who are traitors, full of hatred and decadent ideas, leading their countries and entire nations into ruin, are dominating in popularity and have taken over almost 99% of power in the West, people like Soros can do all they want without anyone stopping them in their evil plans … A person wonders if there is any hope. I know that Christianity is a religion of hope, but it is hard to watch all of this, where civilization is disappearing before your eyes.

As Bishop Fulton Sheen said, in wicked times only people guided by faith can recognize the nature of their times, because they have an objective measure by which they judge the world around them.

I look at this situation with Jew Zelenskyy—he came to power through a Western-backed coup, sponsored by jewish billionaires, and hasn’t held a single proper speech or debate, but operates through the media and social networks. He has dragged the Ukranian country into a bloody war with millions dead and displaced, where faith, media, opposition, and elections have been banned. Men are taken off the streets, forced into vans, and sent to the battlefield; children are trafficked into slavery and for organs; the entire country is a money-laundering operation, while his associates literally have golden toilets and the people have nothing to eat or heat their homes… they are buying villas all over the world, and in case of collapse, they will simply flee to Israel or the USA… And then you ask yourself—where is the justice in all of this?
Will this ever end ?? How worse can it get, and you know that this is all just beginig, that part is scary...

I also want to say, we are not abandoned. God is still in charge. He hasn't just thrown us into a pit of demons and walked away, washing his hands of the whole affair. When we get caught up in saying, "This is demonic, these people are perfectly possessed, the demons are in charge, etc" it can seem as if we indeed believe we're on our own and God has left the building. I'm sure the demons would love for us to believe that.

As my pastor once said, "If the demons really were in charge, we would all be dead already." Let's talk and live as if we believe that God is in control.

    I agree...

Gold is tested in fire, faith in trials... If anywhere Jesus Christ showed his humanity, it was on the cross when he cried out, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Not because, as God, he truly meant it, but because he revealed our very human weakness in moments of suffering crisis, and in the next moment also the divine nature of trust that ends in surrendering his spirit into God’s hands.

The saints have experienced those dark moments of abandonment, and I believe the world is currently in such a state... This is where faith is tested, and where God brings people back to Himself, turning their attention to what is essential. But it is difficult to watch all of this, to understand it, and often to feel powerless in our human meaning of doing something about it.

I think it was an option for Trump, but his hand was stayed. He has continually done the inadvisable in all this sequence of events, starting with the decision to go to war itself. His behaviour and comments suggest to me that a mixture of wounded pride and rage had impelled him to nuke Iran, but something of someone held him back.

    We’re in perilous times.

    Trump is not the antiChrist.

But he has become an anti-Christ in his zionist actions over the Middle east, his posting of a blasphemous image of himself as Christ on his truthsocial platform and also his latest personal attack on Pope Leo.

Not even Hitler or Mussolini attacked the Pope of their day.

Trump is either demon possessed or afflicted by a terrible neurosiphilis condition that can cause delusional behaviours.

    Perhaps, it is both?

I will pray for you Katfalls. And I agree with you on Trump. I think he’s much worse than we could ever imagine. Today Monday supposedly CNN has an interview with a Brazilian friend of Melania. It may be difficult to watch. She’s accusing Melania and Trump of some horrid crimes. It’s a soap opera. A terrible soap opera.
