I love watching Raymond Arroyo and the Papal Posse. They have been an oasis of sanity when everything else seemed lost. Mother Angelica will be proud in heaven. I don't agree with them on everything especially when it touches on politics. But still they are a breath of fresh air.

 

Well I am not an American and so on politics there I am no expert. But on the Republican side there are still grounds for hope, for instance I think Thomas Massie is wonderful. Marjorie Taylor Green is good. I am not without hope for JD Vance I think he is distancing himself from a lot of bad things going on. However when I turn to the Democrats I can't think of anyone really for hope.

But what do I know? But anyway American politics are fascinating.

 

In fairness, there is one Democrat, I think he has recovered from a stroke, who actually seems to talk sense, can't remember his name. One.

 

There are all sorts of rumours flying. Perhaps the most disturbing is that the Trump administration is considering introducing a draft.

The world should ask itself if it is prepared to return to the Stone Age for Israel. Already, Bangladesh is anxious that it will have insufficient energy to water its crops. How many in a world population of nearly nine billion can survive without energy? These are the things that are at stake, now. Civilisation is a very delicate flower, one which we take for granted, but it is highly complicated, multi-layered and inter-dependent. The Trump/Netanyahu cabal are not aware of such niceties, it is difficult to imagine a group with less education and knowledge of history. Trump is entirely ignorant and so are the people he picked. Netanyahu, if he's still alive, and his cohort are evil psychopaths. Whatever 'victory' for them represents, they seem to be prepared to achieve it, at any cost, or die trying...with everyone else, if it comes to it.

 

I know things are looking very,very bad. But I still have the feeling that there is still some time before the axe falls. Yet even if Trump found some way to crawl out of the hole he has dug for himself and the World right now I think huge damage is still to come from all this.

The one thing that really concerns me is that they might become so desperate they might use nukes.

 

I hear Trump rang Putin so there is a chance that the Russians could help broker a peace deal in both the Middle East & Ukraine.

That's rhe best case scenario.

 

Well our God is a God of miracles. I just don't get the feeling that zero hour has come just yet. Though it certainly looks like it has.

 

I doubt Iran will accept a deal that leaves 'Israel' intact and the US remaining in the Middle East and, frankly, how could one blame them?

I think, ironically, that Iran's developing nukes might be the best hope. A nuclear-armed Iran with its accompanying Mutually Assured Destruction for both itself and Israel might sober people up and create a better foundation for mutual 'co-existence'.

It is said that Iran has Uranium that is 60% enriched and that this already could be used, but that 90%+ is the ideal level. Some say that this could be achieved by them in weeks. It's possible that Trump/Netanyahu might have assassinated the only obstacle to this.
