There was a post several days ago about a prayer... It included a verse from the Bible that an exorcist said is the verse Satan hates the most, or is really powerful against him, something like "Arise, Lord, and scatter your enemies." Can someone point me to that post or where I can find what that was? I had intended to add it to my daily prayer, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks! Edit: I found it online! I just came upon the Devotion to the Holy Face and the Golden Arrow Prayer and am moved to take on this holy activity as a part of my daily prayer routine. I have a strong sense that the Holy Spirit is urging me to partake in this devotion as reparation for the sins of my nation. I also have had... for quite awhile now... a special attachment to St Veronica who first received his Holy Face on her veil. What a coincidence . Maybe it was she who actually led me to this devotion ....to honor and make reparation to the Holy Face of Jesus? I just ordered the book The Golden Arrow from Amazon to find out more about it. Anyone else including this devotion in their daily prayer life?
Ellen, I have for many years had a devotion for the Holy Face for America. It promises to stop communism! I think it is for our times!!!
Mary, You are right! Progressiveness, socialism and all the the hallmarks of Communism are here at our very doorstep. I sense the urgent need to offer reparation and prayer to alleviate this scourge that is taking over not only the USA but the world! God help us!!! If heaven is calling me to enter into this "battle"..... I will do so.
AED , You certainly should restart your devotion! To those of you who are already doing so ...what does this devotion include? I know there must be more than just the recitation of The Golden Arrow Prayer.
There is the Golden Arrow prayer, the chaplet (which includes the Golden Arrow prayer), the Holy Face Litany and a couple of prayers of reparation. I have a PDF of the prayers printed, which I got here: http://holyfacedevotion.com/pamphlet.htm I printed a few small prayer cards for myself years ago and had them everywhere (by my bed, in my handbag etc) so I could do them often. Well the devil must hate this devotion because every single card has disappeared mysteriously and I have to print more so I can do all the prayers. Yes! I discovered the Golden Arrow prayer when I was 9 years old and loved it so much, I began saying it frequently. However, I didn't discover the Holy Face devotion until a few weeks ago... When I did, it's like you said, I felt like it moved my heart and soul in a very particular way, like the Holy Spirit telling me to do this and to spread the devotion. I bought a bunch of Holy Face cards to spread around, and the Manual of Devotion to the Holy Face (which I haven't read yet because I'm finishing up a couple other books first). I just bought the Holy Face medal and chaplet yesterday.

Hi Purple Flower... I just came across this Holy Face devotion a couple weeks ago myself..it must have been the same breath of the Holy Spirit that we both caught onto! Where did you order those items from? Apparently there is alot of supplementary items that go along w the prayers..like a cross and a chaplet rosary? . I just emailed the headquarters to get more info on it all.
