I was praying for the new Pope (whoever he may be) to declare the Fifth Marian Dogma (Mary as Co-Redemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate), I had the thought - what possible dogmas could be declared by a future Pope or council? Else than the final Marian Dogma, some people have proposed that the pre-sanctification of St. Joseph or his title as “co-redemptor”.
bodily assumption of ST Josephnot so known about (as a theory)? but the tradition exists. I thought it's already established some saints like john baptist, jeremiah, were sanctioned in the womb, after conception. (Which is a bit confusing? they have any sins when they get born, can any level of sentience incur sin?)
I know there is something extremely special about St Joseph. The way he stayed in the background and was so truly humble.
Perhaps a series of dogmas on St. Joseph: his presanctification, his (theoretical) assumption, his perpetual virginity, and his title as co-redemptor? I haven’t heard of Jeremias. Only of St. John the Baptist being presanctified at the visitation. However that technically hasn’t been dogmatically defined, even if the Saints all supported it. Maybe there is a tradition for others I’ll need to read into that.
