There are certain posts that people respond to answering sensitive questions. I have answered a question concerning marital issues that maybe I shouldnt have. Im not sure about this but I do know that I am not an authority on church issues. I answered with my heart and not on knowledge of church teachings. So I found this list of Vatican e-mail of different offices . One in particular is one of family affairs. I sent an e-mail to this one to see what the response will be. Many, many answers to sensitive questions can also be found right there in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, although sometimes you need to dig around a bit to find them. Catholicanswers.com can also be a good resource, there are apologists on there that answer specific questions.
Be careful of the tldm.org website. It is run by followers of the false apparition at Bayside that has been condemned by the Church.
