A small reminder of all the times that Satan tried to manipulate people tu turn them against God, and failed miserably. Whatever may happen, let's just have Faith and keep praying...God is in charge In the beginning: Lucifer, after being cast out of Heaven, sought revenge. Being nothing in front of God, and unable to attack him directly, he tempted Adam and Eve so that with their sin all humanity should be separated from God and perish. He succeeded in a way: Eve sinned and made Adam fall. However, God forgave Adam and Eve and taught them about performing sacrifices in reparation for humanity's sins, and little did Lucifer know that by doing that God also announced the coming of His Son, the last and most perfect sacrifice for all of our sins. "O felix culpa quae talem et tantum meruit habere redemptorem," "O happy fault that merited such and so great a Redeemer! Satan's plans turned against him. Later, when Jesus Christ was among us, Satan tried to tempt him (of course he failed). Realizing that He was going to destroy his realm, he tried and managed to have Jesus arrested and crucified. Surely Satan thought that with Jesus' death he would win...little did he know that by His death on the Cross He completely crushed Satan, and open Heaven's door for all Humanity that would believe and love. Satan's plans turned against him, even harder this time. Then came the persecutions of the first Christians. Surely Satan thought that with the persecutions, Christianity would die on the spot, within a few years, and people would once again forget about God. However, Christ appeared to someone who did the persecutions (St Paul), and sent him so that, far from dying on the spot, Christianity would spread all over the world. Satan's plans turned against him (once again.) "Since Christianity spread all over the world, let's have people that rule the world deal with it", though Satan. The Roman Empire started persecuting Christians like no one did before. Little did he know that God would put on the throne of the Roman Empire someone named Constantine...a Christian. There were so many conversions inside the Empire, which at the time was considered the whole world...the Church began to shine into the world...And Satan had failed, once again. There are so many more worldly or local examples of Satan's failure through History that we should not be afraid of what is coming. Yes, we may suffer great persecutions in the near future. We may have the full return of Communism (communism ideas are already well implanted all around the world), we may have wars, famines, we may witness even greater confusion inside the Church, we may witness the rise of a so called "New World Order", Satan's end is near so he'll use all he can to do as much damage as possible. Be assured that he will fail miserably at the end, once again. "In the End My Immaculate Heart Will Triumph". Will God send Mary to deliver one of the last blows?
