Interested in hearing your views Padraig. I am way on the fence on him too. There are things he says that I like and have taken some good personal things from him like more emphasis on the Holy Family in prayer and home, which I think is great, but as for his prophecies and timelines, I am having some difficutly with. I will say though, that I keep getting realy pulled to all things Noah and Moses these days. Just keep getting pulled to their stories. It has some deep meaning to me. Just as in the Days of Noah....keep ringing in my ear. I do feel this Chastisment has to come because honestly it has to. The atrocities have been so many. I do feel this sense of truth though in what Father says about if the Great Warning doesn't come soon then there is a great risk of losing even the elect in this world full of sin and suffering. Exodus because I still believe that God leads his people from bondage and slavery and leads us to the promise land, in this case for me spiritual and phycial places of refuge.
I adore the Marines singing this hymn, which was written by a gentleman in my own home city Gorgeous and to die for. Prophetic. Deeply so.
The Bishop has beaten you to it Padraig -- Priest, Mystic, Exorcist, Founder and Superior General of The Apostolic Fraternity of Saint Benedict Joseph Labre (founded in 2012) On April 23rd, 2020, Fr. Michel Rodrigue informed us that his bishop, Rev. Gilles Lemay, does not support Fr. Michel's messages; he stated to Fr. Michel, in writing, that he does not support the idea of "the Warning, the chastisements, the third World War, the Era of Peace, any construction of refuges, et cetera." Fr. Michel, wishing to remain obedient, has asked Countdown to the Kingdom to remove any mention on this website of his bishop's support of his messages, which we have done.
Fr. Michel, wishing to remain obedient, has asked Countdown to the Kingdom to remove any mention on this website of his bishop's support of his messages, which we have done. I can only hope the ;Countdown to the Kingdom'; folks might pay attention to this and rein themselves in. Not getting too taken away with things.
That's the problem, he is very OBEDIENT. If he was not obedient to his bishop, then that is a red flag for him.
I have no opinion about this priest, but I already have enough evidence that this whole group of ianuzzi, mark mallett, peterb, daniel connor etc, have no discernment and are involved with MANY false revelations and, ultimately, they are moving away from the true Catholic spirit, because they trust in unapproved locutions and not in the Church. there is a spirit of error among them, which they do not perceive, due to false humility, which hides a hidden pride, due to the fact that they obtain privileged information about the future. none of the prophecies they bet will come true and in the end they will be rounded off by everyone.
This is neither an endorsement nor a condemnation of Fr Michel, obviously a good, holy priest. I think we have to wait and see. But may I point out that every approved manifestation was once unapproved. Fatima was once unapproved. Garabandal is unapproved. If you automatically reject any unapproved apparition and had you been alive in Portugal in 1917 you would have missed the miracle of the sun!
Agree, Fr. Michel put himself "on a trial" now by releasing his prophesies which would prove if he is for real or not. He has until December to prove that what he is saying is true, after all he is the one who said that it would be Iran + Korea vs USA, and that there would come out something BIG in October the month of the Rosary. So I will give him his time. Something is really happening now in Iran with those Iranian gunboats problem and in North Korea, Kim Jong Un is reportedly in vegetative state or even dead
Bishop Lemay is a very wise man. Bishops have ways of doing things that need discernment also. Bishop Lemay seems to be taking the route of Gamaliel here. By saying that he does not believe in many of Fr. Rodrigue's prophetic writings, he is giving his discerned opinion (which carries great weight). But unless he has gone on record as forbidding Fr. Rodrigue from going public with more messsages, or unless he directs his faithful to no longer view the messages that Fr. Rodrigue's receives, Bishop Lemay is now on record as allowing the faithful to discern for themselves these messages (lest should he do otherwise, he could be fighting against God. Better to wait and see. If it is not of God, it will come to nothing on its own (Acts 5: 34-39). Peace, Ed
It is true, Father Michel has said some things not spoken in detail by other alleged messengers. Yet, of all the nay-saying about him, I still have not heard one thing alleged by him that is contrary to our Catholic faith teachings or scripture. If someone has knowledge of something he has said in this regard please speak. I am in no way saying he is a valid prophet of these times, but I am not at this point willing to toss the alleged messenger or his messages aside either. He is obedient to his bishop and that is a good sign as well. If his bishop is testing him at this time, then good for him, Father Michel has passed the first test in his obedience, but this does not discredit his messages in any way, fashion or forum at this point. I can imagine his bishop has heard from allot of naysayers himself, so to make this move is not surprising to me. Time will be his test and it will become more known soon, as he has made some comments to the period we are in now and what is soon coming. He is in my prayers.
On March 28, 2020, Fr. Michel wrote click here to read his entire letter of March 26, 2020 to those helping him to accomplish the Lord's project of the monastery for the Church of the future. In one letter, he writes: . . . Notice the fact that all those who know the coming of Christ in grace in our time are sons and daughters of Mary, our Mother. We are chosen for a special role: to be obedient to the Holy Spirit and our Mother Mary and to stand ready and able to help our brothers and sisters step into the journey of the Church. . . My dear people of God, we are now passing a test. The great events of purification will begin this fall. Be ready with the Rosary to disarm Satan and to protect our people. Make sure that you are in the state of grace by having made your general confession to a Catholic priest. The spiritual battle will begin. Remember these words: THE MONTH OF THE ROSARY WILL SEE GREAT THINGS! —Dom Michel Rodrigue Okay I will remember those words of his. His words are now on trial and marked. If it is false, I don't know if he can still show his face in public. If it is true, then he is a saint
We'll definitively know in 6 months. And I'm still going to make a general confession soon because it is a wonderful thing to prepare for and do. Divine Mercy cleanse me!
I found this on FOX News, posted 15 minutes ago: https://www.foxnews.com/world/kim-jong-un-mystery-north-korea-dictator-health Views from South Korea Sources in South Korea who spoke to Fox News on Sunday morning, however, argued that Kim probably is not dead but likely experiencing a difficult recovery from surgery. One source said he has seen nothing of value in the latest flurry of allegations and claims. “The rumors are mixing and merging, getting less reliable,” the source said, adding the prospect of Kim dying soon was a “remote possibility.” The more likely scenario, the source added, was that Kim was still recovering. “I don’t see how we can go from rumors and speculation to fact and interpretation until the North Koreans themselves decide to share something about his condition,” the source said. He noted that Kim’s record for absence from public view is about 40 days. And in fact, speculation about Kim’s health has happened before when a North Korean leader has sought medical treatment, he added. The time frame between past North Korean leader’s deaths and the announcement of the passing is usually two to three days. “That window is closing soon,” the source acknowledged. A second source downplays the “Kim is dead” narrative coming from the Hong Kong Satellite Channel. He thinks that was drawn from a chatroom of Chinese doctors and “dressed up a bit.” “It was just too matter of fact,” the source said. Furthermore, if any of these Chinese medical experts had any stature, the source noted, they would not blow Beijing’s cover. The second source sees the “vegetative state” line as just a re-working of a “brain-dead” tweet from earlier in the week. He also sees a 38 North report of Kim’s train being spotted at the coastal resort of Wonsan as significant. There have been previous sightings of Kim at the coastal resort. This source believes Kim could be recuperating there from his surgery. And the source also sees as noteworthy that messages have allegedly been sent by Kim to various people, according to state media. The source said Kim’s regime likely wouldn’t put on a charade if they were getting ready to announce Kim’s death. A third source noted that the presence of coronavirus and a lockdown policy in the region was cutting down access to truth and letting a lot of wild rumors fly. This third source believes Kim is definitely not dead and notes there have been no unusual movements of North Korea’s military or security, and no visible ceremony preparations or signs of jockeying for power. This fits with what the South Korean government has been saying all week. As well as some U.S. sources. The source says he has been hearing the rumors of Kim being in a vegetative state or even dead for several days now, along with a half-dozen other permutations. He thinks there was an operation, Kim is recovering and might be sidelined for the “foreseeable future.” Finally, another line of thinking is that Kim may have contracted COVID-19 or has been sheltering in place to avoid catching the virus. Kim has underlying health conditions that could make him vulnerable.
So, is he a Holy Priest...could be. Did he obey...that’s a good thing. Could his interpretations have very human/non-spiritual origins...yes. I really have not read any of his prophecies but I just can’t accept a selected few will be supernaturally protect from suffering. I can accept a selected few being protected...but suffering is a big part of our spirituality. But that’s my personal view. So, it doesn’t have any church doctrine or tradition to back up my statements. As for the four guys getting together and creating a website. Good for them...they are trying to make some money. Nothing wrong with that. People are interested in confirmed and non-confirmed visions/prophecies. My advice is they should tell people in advance...maybe a pro and con summary of activity. Maybe try to be more open for people to decide. One of my friends on MOG actually likes this Father and I trust his judgement. I guess we just have to be open to both sides. I have some very strong views on visions and locutions. If you say you are being given these graces and you proclaim them to the world...you are all in. That means all your vices, attachments to world and pride needs to be overcome. The Charlie’s of the world do not fit this mold. It’s hard to explain but being all in...means just that. We are talking the Padre Pios and the Mother Theresa's of the world. Some people might be given the graces but because they are not all in...they are only given small glimpses. Those touched souls should NOT be telling the world they have been told to tell the world. I understand God could use anyone but being in the presence of God, Angels or Saints...should put you all in. Hope that helps. Note: I haven’t been on Mallets new website. So, not sure what’s it’s about. Conner was interesting fellow when he was on here. I think Peter B had some interesting insights. Hopefully, the website works. Sensationalism works...hopefully they try to put some warnings and summaries. Just so they don’t stray too far from Catholic spiritual thought.
Could you provide the link of where you got this information please? Thank you! "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee! Amen."
