So much for “self quarantine” https://www.pennlive.com/news/2020/...blic-party-after-being-told-to-stay-home.html Coronavirus-infected person in New England attended public party after being told to stay home
Evil is entrenched. Timothy Gordon has an interview with Joseph Sciambra on his youtube channel "Rules for Retrogrades". Look it up when you have time and you'll see that the evil is the kind that Jesus told us can only be driven out by prayer and fasting. Fasting is a real struggle for me.
I'm praying for your son and all at the university. Isn't it weird that our government are being so vague about the places where we have confirmed cases? The "west of Ireland" could be anywhere along the Atlantic coast and "the East" could be anywhere from Louth to Wexford. We would still be wondering whereabouts in North Dublin was the first confirmed case if some of the parents in the school hadn't posted on social media the letter from the HSE telling them that they were closing the school. It's all very well telling us the location doesn't matter and to just keep washing our hands but the more vulnerable people need to know whether it's time to stay closer to home. Do we have to wait until people are dead before we find out that our neighbourhood is infected?
I struggle with fasting as well. But we can fast from things other than food and drink. I’m better at that.
Yes it is shameful. People's privacy is their excuse but nobody is asking for names and addresses. Giving the name of the town or suburb wouldn't reveal anyone's identity.
Isnt this horrifying. Utterly irresponsible. We are actually headed to NH tomorrow. Hope I dont run into anyone affected.
I have talked to a professor of biology in a university and he said that in his opinion based on research 3 million people die of flu every year. https://www.globalresearch.ca/flu-bigger-concern-wuhan-virus-grabs-headlines/5701932 5 Million Cases Worldwide, 650,000 Deaths Annually: The Seasonal Flu Virus is a “Serious Concern” The common flu virus will infect millions across the globe. It can be easily spread and will especially strike the young and the elderly. But this is not what has been described as the Wuhan virus. The common flu is far deadlier. This is not to downplay the Wuhan coronavirus flu, or to give it its medical name, 2019-nCoV.
The goal of this people is to inject a new vacine in the “cattle” people running to hospital to take poison and maybe a nano chip in their body this is a test
I would not be surprised at all. I am extremely leery of any vaccines that will be developed because of what you have described. I suspect you are correct.
about the mortality from seasonal flu being higher, wouldn't it be because the virus has been with us for much longer, and is already widely disseminated, while the Coronavirus is still in the dissemination phase?
A quick note about Vitamin C and Vitamin D: if you watch this video, you’ll note that it says credible medical studies have established that Vitamin D supplementation definitely improved outcomes of respiratory infections, while Vitamin C supplementation had NO effect on outcomes. Yes, I take both Vitamin C and Vitamin D supplements daily, but Vitamin D is much more important in viral respiratory infection immune response.
This is an article by some Doctors and vitamins to help prevent and overcome respiratory illnesses including covid 19. The physicians of the Orthomolecular Medicine News Service and the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine urge a nutrient-based method to prevent or minimize symptoms for future viral infection. The following inexpensive supplemental levels are recommended for adults; for children reduce these in proportion to body weight: Vitamin C: 3,000 milligrams (or more) daily, in divided doses. Vitamin D3: 2,000 International Units daily. (Start with 5,000 IU/day for two weeks, then reduce to 2,000) Magnesium: 400 mg daily (in citrate, malate, chelate, or chloride form) Zinc: 20 mg daily Selenium: 100 mcg (micrograms) daily Vitamin C [1], Vitamin D [2], magnesium [3], zinc [4], and selenium [5] have been shown to strengthen the immune system against viruses. The basis for using high doses of vitamin C to prevent and combat virus-caused illness may be traced back to vitamin C's early success against polio, first reported in the late 1940s.[6] Many people are unaware, even surprised, to learn this. Further clinical evidence built up over the decades, leading to an anti-virus protocol published in 1980.[7] It is important to remember that preventing and treating respiratory infections with large amounts of vitamin C is well established. Those who believe that vitamin C generally has merit, but massive doses are ineffective or somehow harmful, will do well to read the original papers for themselves. To dismiss the work of these doctors simply because they had success so long ago sidesteps a more important question: Why has the benefit of their clinical experience not been presented to the public by responsible governmental authorities, especially in the face of a viral pandemic?
The opposite was reported on British news today - that Covid-19 is more contagious and has a higher percentage of deaths. I didn't have time to read the links. Was there anything in them to say whether or not the 650,000 deaths annually were of people who had been vaccinated against 'flu or had access to the 'flu vaccine but hadn't availed of it? I wish these people who give the impression that Covid-19 is no big deal would get themselves cancer or some other serious illness and then tell us all about how happy they are to keep to their normal routine using simple handwashing as their only preventative measure. Would they then use over-crowded public transport, saunter in and out of supermarkets, restaurants and other public places smirking at supposedly tin foil hat hysterical no-nothings who are ignorant of the death rate of the common 'flu?
I just had that thought right before I read your post. Right now, we don’t know the full scope of this illness. I suspect it was a bio weapon went seriously wrong.
Valid writing from legitimate authority, posted for those who can appreciate it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preparing for the Corona Virus This was forwarded from an epidemiologist friend from her Stanford research colleagues. It’s much more specific and useful than the other information out there. Note the masks just prevent you from touching your nose and mouth. Of course, any of these recommendations could change with more experience with this specific virus. Below is a detailed description of the coronavirus. James Robb, MD UC San Diego, is a virologist who’s worked with this virus for almost 50 years. COVID-19 has an affinity for pulmonary receptors that is extraordinary. Robb predicts the next 2 weeks will be significant. Newest info at end of his e-mail to his U of California staff & colleagues. Feel free to copy and send to family & friends. Subject: What I am doing for the upcoming COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic Dear Colleagues, as some of you may recall, when I was a professor of pathology at the University of California San Diego, I was one of the first molecular virologists in the world to work on coronaviruses (the 1970s). I was the first to demonstrate the number of genes the virus contained. Since then, I have kept up with the coronavirus field and its multiple clinical transfers into the human population (e.g., SARS, MERS), from different animal sources. The current projections for its expansion in the US are only probable, due to continued insufficient worldwide data, but it is most likely to be widespread in the US by mid to late March and April. Here is what I have done and the precautions that I take and will take. These are the same precautions I currently use during our influenza seasons, except for the mask and gloves.: 1) NO HANDSHAKING! Use a fist bump, slight bow, elbow bump, etc. 2) Use ONLY your knuckle to touch light switches. elevator buttons, etc.. Lift the gasoline dispenser with a paper towel or use a disposable glove. 3) Open doors with your closed fist or hip - do not grasp the handle with your hand, unless there is no other way to open the door. Especially important on bathroom and post office/commercial doors. 4) Use disinfectant wipes at the stores when they are available, including wiping the handle and child seat in grocery carts. 5) Wash your hands with soap for 10-20 seconds and/or use a greater than 60% alcohol-based hand sanitizer whenever you return home from ANY activity that involves locations where other people have been. 6) Keep a bottle of sanitizer available at each of your home's entrances. AND in your car for use after getting gas or touching other contaminated objects when you can't immediately wash your hands. 7) If possible, cough or sneeze into a disposable tissue and discard. Use your elbow only if you have to. The clothing on your elbow will contain infectious virus that can be passed on for up to a week or more! What I have stocked in preparation for the pandemic spread to the US: 1) Latex or nitrile latex disposable gloves for use when going shopping, using the gasoline pump, and all other outside activity when you come in contact with contaminated areas. Note: This virus is spread in large droplets by coughing and sneezing. This means that the air will not infect you! BUT all the surfaces where these droplets land are infectious for about a week on average - everything that is associated with infected people will be contaminated and potentially infectious. The virus is on surfaces and you will not be infected unless your unprotected face is directly coughed or sneezed upon. This virus only has cell receptors for lung cells (it only infects your lungs) The only way for the virus to infect you is through your nose or mouth via your hands or an infected cough or sneeze onto or into your nose or mouth. 2) Stock up now with disposable surgical masks and use them to prevent you from touching your nose and/or mouth (We touch our nose/mouth 90X/day without knowing it!). This is the only way this virus can infect you - it is lung-specific. The mask will not prevent the virus in a direct sneeze from getting into your nose or mouth - it is only to keep you from touching your nose or mouth. 3) Stock up now with hand sanitizers and latex/nitrile gloves (get the appropriate sizes for your family). The hand sanitizers must be alcohol-based and greater than 60% alcohol to be effective. 4) Stock up now with zinc lozenges. These lozenges have been proven to be effective in blocking coronavirus (and most other viruses) from multiplying in your throat and nasopharynx. Use as directed several times each day when you begin to feel ANY "cold-like" symptoms beginning. It is best to lie down and let the lozenge dissolve in the back of your throat and nasopharynx. Cold-Eeze lozenges is one brand available, but there are other brands available. I, as many others do, hope that this pandemic will be reasonably contained, BUT I personally do not think it will be. Humans have never seen this snake-associated virus before and have no internal defense against it. Tremendous worldwide efforts are being made to understand the molecular and clinical virology of this virus. Unbelievable molecular knowledge about the genomics, structure, and virulence of this virus has already been achieved. BUT, there will be NO drugs or vaccines available this year to protect us or limit the infection within us. Only symptomatic support is available. I hope these personal thoughts will be helpful during this potentially catastrophic pandemic. You are welcome to share this email. Good luck to all of us! Jim James Robb, MD
