I’m thinking of writing a historical drama book series on the Catholic history of Canada. It’ll be called A Mari Usque Ad Mare, after Canada’s Biblical motto, and will stretch from St. Brendan’s Voyage, to Our Lady of the Cape’s miracle of the eyes. I don’t know when, if it’s the Lord’s will, I’ll get it done; but for now, I’ll work on it on Sundays, and spend the weekdays focusing on more present matters. I’m planning on using this thread to gather information on certain Saints and Catholic events in Canada. The first topic I want information on, should be quite easy since he is one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland, can you please provide me with information on Saint Brendan and his voyage? (Although, on further research seems like the land St. Brendan founded was not North America but something totally different.)
