We are now entering into Advent- the season of joyful and hopeful anticipation of the Coming of Jesus. It has a bit of extra meaning this year as there really is a lot of darkness - the Storm - as many here call it. And yet, we are called to be hopeful and to be alert with a watchful and waiting heart. Soon, the Light of Christ will be here to illuminate our souls and the whole world. I pray you have a good Advent. I would love to hear different thoughts and customs as you how you all prepare for the Coming of Christ at Christmas? Below is a good article about a small town TN Pastor in the "fight" to Push-Back in the War on Christmas (Easter). I fight this culture war in a couple of small ways: When someone wishes me Happy Holidays, I answer ... a bit too loudly... MERRY CHRISTMAS! I buy enough Madonna Christmas stamps to last all year .. in fact it's time to go to the Post Office "Pastor Believes the ‘Two Holiest Days in Human History Have Been Desecrated.’ Here’s His Plan to Reclaim Christmas." http://www.theblaze.com/stories/201...secrated-heres-his-plan-to-reclaim-christmas/ GOD SAVE ALL HERE!!
