Loved this, uplifting, whimsical, and starring a cat. I love cats. "A strange set of circumstances" - nah, he has a Guardian Angel as quirky as himself.
We have a cat who 'prays'. No of course she's not praying but it's really comical to see how she uses her paws, looks like praying. In all my years of cat ownership I had never seen this before. I must try to catch her on video and post it.
When asked what message he would give to those who are hopeless ..... how surprising that he said, 'strive for excellence' ...... that has me reflecting. Prayers for all who feel despair.
Pope Francis said that when we meet a homeless person we must not just give them money and walk away we should find time to talk with them. I suppose Bob the cat found time for a lot more than that!! I think I have seen Kriz stories in the lives of the saints of animals honouring God. The most wonderful being the wolf of Gubbio.
How humbling. Beautiful story as animals are amazing and loyal. How much more are we loved by Christ and His Mother, and our guardian angel, etc. How much do we love?
