Published Testimony: (1930s - 2003)Some Other Witnesses If, as seems to be the case and as millions of responsible Catholics believe there is more to the Third Secret than the vision released on June 26, 2000 of a "Bishop dressed in White," with no explanation by Our Lady of Fatima of how it is to be interpreted, then what is contained in the missing part of the Secret? In addition to the published testimony provided elsewhere on this web site (including that of Father Fuentes, Father Alonso, Sister Lucy, Cardinal Ratzinger, etc.), the testimony of the following witnesses also helps to answer this question. Msgr. Eugenio Pacelli (the future Pope Pius XII) (1930s) The Secretary of State under Pius XI, Msgr. Eugenio Cardinal Pacelli, prior to his elevation to the papacy in 1939 as Pius XII, made the following astonishing prophecy about a coming upheaval in the Church: Suppose, dear friend, that Communism [one of "the errors of Russia" mentioned in the Message of Fatima] was only the most visible of the instruments of subversion to be used against the Church and the traditions of Divine Revelation ... I am worried by the Blessed Virgins messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul. I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past. A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, "Where have they taken Him?"1 Father Joseph Schweigl (September 1952) In 1952 Father Joseph Schweigl was entrusted by Pope Pius XII with a secret mission to interrogate Sister Lucy about the Third Secret. He subsequently stated: I cannot reveal anything of what I learned at Fatima concerning the Third Secret, but I can say that it has two parts: one concerns the Pope; the other logically (although I must say nothing) would have to be the continuation of the words: In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved.2 Cardinal Oddi (March 1990) On March 17, 1990 Cardinal Oddi, who was a personal friend of Pope John XXIII and who had spoken to him regarding the Secret, gave the following testimony to Italian journalist Lucio Brunelli in the journal Il Sabato: It [the Third Secret] has nothing to do with Gorbachev. The Blessed Virgin was alerting us against apostasy in the Church.3 Cardinal Ciappi In a personal communication to a Professor Baumgartner in Salzburg, Cardinal Mario Luigi Ciappi, who was the personal papal theologian to Popes John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul I and John Paul II, revealed: In the Third Secret it is foretold, among other things, that the great apostasy in the Church will begin at the top.4 Father Malachi Martin (Summer 1998) In a four-hour interview on the Art Bell radio program, Father Malachi Martin stated that in February 1960, while he was secretary to Cardinal Bea (who was one of the close advisors to Pope John XXIII), Father Malachi was given the Third of Fatima to read. Bound by oath not to reveal the Secret, he commented on different versions, which callers quoted to him on the program. He stated that Our Ladys words were dry and specific. In response to a quotation that a pope would be under the control of satan, he responded, "Yes, it sounds as if they were reading the text of the Third Secret." He stated that the release of the Secret would provoke strong reactions. He stated that if the Secret were made public, the confessionals and churches would be filled with parishioners on their knees. He also stated that something very relevant to the U.S. is mentioned in the Secret. He stated that the central element of the Secret is awful, and that it concerns apostasy. Father Jose Valinho (2000 and 2003) Finally there is Sister Lucys nephew, Father Jose dos Santos Valinho. He related his opinion of the contents of the Third Secret in a book by Renzo and Roberto Allegri entitled Reportage su Fatima [Milan 2000], which was published providentially enough very shortly before the disclosure of the vision purported to be the Third Secret and the publication of booklet entitled The Message of Fatima by Cardinal Ratzinger and Archbishop Bertone. Father Valinho stated: I believe that (third) part of the secret concerns the Church from within, perhaps doctrinal difficulties, a crisis of unity, rebellion. The last sentence my aunt wrote, which precedes the part that is still unknown, says, In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved. Therefore, people elsewhere in the Church might waver on dogma. But this is just speculation.5 On February 14, 2003 Father Valinho also spoke about the Third Secret on the program ENIGMA. It was transmitted prime time, nationwide on RAI, the national television network of Italy. Father Valinho stated on this ocassion: I believe that there is a connection between that which is announced in the first part of the Secret, which concerns wars and sufferings which would be everywhere, and the second part which concerns the persecutions and a type of breakdown of the faith. Because where the ellipsis (the three dots, " ") was placed, it means "Here is the third part, which is not revealed" and then the conclusion "In Portugal the dogma of the faith will always be preserved etc." This suggests to me that there is a relationship between faith and the third part of the Secret. Therefore, it is something that relates to the Church. It is some kind of universal crisis which affects the whole Church and all of humanity.6
In this article, Michael Brown states, "The nuns say that Sister Lucia was alternately amused and upset by those who argued that the formal part of the third secret, given to her in 1917, was not revealed by the Vatican in 2000. She told them repeatedly that it was." The phrase which I highlight got me thinking a bit. Like many others (such as Mac!), I have been persuaded through a lot of evidence put forward that not all the third secret was revealed in 2000. But the reference to 'the formal part' suddenly made me think that the missing bit that many of us have wondered about may never have been part of the third secret as Sr Lucia considered it but may be a separate, secret, communication Sister Lucia sent to the Pope. Just a thought...
That there are two texts has been proven pretty well. Does anyone still doubt that? Just as Sr Lucy gave us the vision of Hell ...."She opened Her hands once more, as She had done the two previous months. The rays [of light] appeared to penetrate the earth, and we saw, as it were, a vast sea of fire...'' The Blessed Virgin gave the explanation...'' Our Lady said: "You have seen Hell where the souls of poor sinners go, to save them...'' So also with the text released in the year 2000. Where are the words of the Blessed Virgin explaining it?
And yes , it was a separate , secret communication sent to the Pope . This is what the Fatima centre has always argued. On a single sheet , according to Cardinal Ottavani. Cardinal Ottaviani, who interrogated Sister Lucia on the Secret three years later, also during the reign of Pius XII: “She wrote on a sheet of paper [foglio in Italian] what Our Lady told her to tell the Holy Father.” Not four sheets of paper.

Cardinal Bertone told us on June 26, 2000 and on May 10, 2007 that Sister Lucy “confessed” to him that she had invented 1960 and that it was not Our Lady at all Who insisted upon 1960. “It (1960) was a fictitious date and Lucia confessed it with disarming candor.” ... YET - It is Cardinal Bertone himself who, on National TV in Italy on May 31, 2007, revealed for the first time ever that these two envelopes (photographed here) were prepared by Sister Lucy herself for enclosing the Third Secret. Each envelope was sealed with three wax seals on the back. Mac, Thanks for the beautiful video and for continuing the work Father Gruner dedicated his life to. I believe that Sr. Lucia's words have been so manipulated over the years that we will only see the truth as it unfolds around us. I also believe that in the next year we will see the pinnacle of the apostasy that unfolds from the top. I have always thought that, had Malachi Martin lived to hear the Third Secret revealed as it was, he would have felt it necessary to openly reveal the remaining text. Mary is gathering her own to her. May God strengthen us for what is coming in the next few years.
I know it is not the best use of my time, but I've been watching a tv show called The Blacklist. I wouldn't mention it here, but they have made repeated references to 2017 being the year that marks the end of the evil characters to influence the world. Despite popular hopes that the 20th century would be a time of reason and brotherhood, "it was in fact a tragic period for Christianity," he said. Besides the two world wars, he said, "most tragic" incidents of Christian persecution occurred, including "the Armenian genocide, the Mexican repression, the Spanish persecution, the Nazi massacres, the communist extermination and, in this first part of the third millennium, Islamist persecution. The Pope himself believed that Our Lady of Fatima saved him after the assassination attempt was made on his life in 1981. But is he the Pope of the Third Secret? We are now about to study the Text of the Third Secret, then compare it to Nostradamus' prophecies to find out which Pope is the one whose death was prophesied at Fatima in 1917. I will show you that the finding of this study has a very significant implication to our own future. Tuy-3-1-1944” THE RELATED NOSTRADAMUS PROPHECIES : We now look at Quatrain 9.68 from Nostradamus’s prophecies which deals with a Pope who will be gunned down in Southern France, the region between two rivers. Translation: From the Mount of Mary (Calvary) are the obscure noble (martyrs) The evil will come between Saone and Rhone Rivers In the wood, soldiers hiding on the day of Lucie (Lucia) Never before such a horrible throne (Papacy). Notes: First, “Aymar” is the anagram for “ a Mary” which means “of Mary.” “Du mont Aymar” therefore means “ to the Mount of Mary, the Sorrowful Mother” or Calvary. “Saone & Rhone” are the vicinity where the Pope will be executed by soldiers. “Soldiers” here can only means Muslim soldiers who at that time are invading France. “Jour de Lucie” means the “Day of Lucie” indicates that this event relates to the apparition of Fatima as the name of Sister Lucia was mentioned here. “Throne” indicates that this is not the death of a common person, but of king or pope. The reason why I think it is the Pope because Nostradamus always used the word “noble” to indicated holy clergy. So “Throne” together with “noble” indicates to us that this event is about a Pope. No Pope has ever died by such a cruel death before. CONCLUSION: The next Pope who will succeed Pope John Paul II is the Pope of the Third Secret of Fatima as he will be gunned down among his clerical brethrens, as indicated clearly here by Nostradamus in Quatrain 9.68. Pope John Paul II was shot in 1981 but he was shot alone, by a lone assassin who is not a soldier, and the Holy Fahter did not die. The vision described in the Third Secret clearly indicated that the Pope was killed by soldiers together with his bishops and priests surrounding him. Thus, Pope John Paul II could not be the Pope of Third Secret but the one to come after him. Pope JP II’s successor was prophecied to reign only months or little more than a year, so his martyrdom and therefore the Muslim invasion will soon take place, probably in 2006 AD.
