I was reading through a lot of the posts on this thread , especially Fr Armoth's prediction that the Chastisement might come within 8 months. What can we do but pray and do penance as Mary asks? It makes me so sad, I can see why Our Mother cries.
Another version of the Secret from 1994. In May of 1994 -- 77 years after Our Lady first appeared to the three children at Fatima, Portugal -- a French priest by the name of Raymond Arnette was listening to a CD entitled "Mysterium Fidei," with French lyrics and sung by French choirs. As he was listening devoutly, suddenly the music faded into the background and a clear voice, which was perceived quite normally and not as an interior inspiration, said: "L'eglise saignera de toutes ses plaies", that is, "The Church will bleed from all her wounds." Then, there followed this text: There will be a wicked council planned and prepared that will change the countenance of the Church. Many will lose the Faith; confusion will reign everywhere. The sheep will search for their shepherds in vain. A schism will tear apart the holy tunic of My Son. This will be the end of times, foretold in the Holy Scriptures and recalled to memory by Me in many places. The abomination of abominations will reach its peak and it will bring the chastisement announced at La Salette. My Son's arm, which I will not be able to hold back anymore, will punish this poor world, which must expiate its crimes. One will only speak about wars and revolutions. The elements of nature will be unchained and will cause anguish even among the best (the most courageous). The Church will bleed from all Her wounds. Happy are they who will persevere and search for refuge in My Heart, because in the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph. After this message, Fr. Arnette only heard one more sentence: "This is the Third Secret of Fatima."
I had not read this prophecy before, but it coincides with other prophecy. I do feel the synod in October will be the one that truely divides the Church into schism, but Pope Francis will be on the right side of truth in this schism. This synod will seperate the sheep from the goats (as I believe is the intent of Pope Francis) and it will bring about the great persecution of all who remain faithful to the unchanging truths of the faith. This has to take place in order for the kingdom of God to come where his will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. Lord protect the faithful under the mantle of your mother Mary.
You jarred my memory. A-1025 a communist I filtration of the church is an interesting book. I have to read it for about 10 yrs. But what was interesting was the plan to call for a Vatican council 3 to destroy the church. Who knows If this synod is part of the deal. I just thought I would mention this old document.
I don't think there is time for a Vatican council III, before the storm comes to pass. Just my two cents worth, but I am seeing more clear every day that September brings the world dollar to a colapse as well as Wall Streeet. In October comes the Great Schism within the Church and from then on we can expect great persecution from the world for those not condoning gay life style, divorce and remarriage, which will be clearly defended by the pope before the conclusion of the synod. The lukewarm Catholics will be steaming mad that all their hopes for a changing church which won't happen. I think before the end of 2015 you will see heavy handed persecution of those within the Church who do not accept gay life style, including fines and jail time and even some employers firing employees who are not supportive to the gay agenda. Everything unravels before 2016.

Certainly the Popes and those in good-standing will have much to bear, suffer, as the morels of the true-faith are declining; contemptuously attacked by the technological(know everything) materialistic(enjoy the rid) secularist(sweep the truth under the carpet) :atheistic mind-set. Those wolves in sheep’s clothing that find profit in themselves 'the here and now' - - will try to infiltrate their ruthless concerns upon the faithful; regarding self-interest; media pressure - for a more comfortable trivial lifestyle. I remember reading it also Verne. This was about the Church being infiltrated in the 60s. Fatima also indicated the 60s as a time the secret would be more clear, and to be revealed. And another major Marian prophecy from 400ys ago also gives the time frame. Quito /Good Success also mention the 2nd half of the 20th century. So many warnings that the Church will be under attack from within in the 60s. The architect of the New Mass ,Bugnini was removed from office by Paul VI for being a Freemason. I tend to think '' The Storm'' started a long time ago .

While this Fatima prophecy has the world inundated with water, it comes from the sky. Like Akita , Fire from the sky. Even Garabandals chastisement starting with the letter A [Asteroid?] Or Malachi Martin ''Look to the sky'' We have at least 2 approved prophecies warning it will come from the sky.
And it comes the day before the 100th anniversary of Fatima. It comes on October 12th. October 13th is the anniversary of the miracle of the sun. The cooperation of the dates is fascinating

There is no greater sign that those in the Vatican have gone gravely astray than when they employ the UN terminology of "sustainable development." Sustainable development is always muttered in the same breath as coercive population control which can never, ever be squared with Catholic moral principles.
