Please pray, especially at the Christmas Mass, for the safe delivery of my first grandchild, who is due the first week in January. His name is Oliver. Just saying his name makes me weep with gratitude! I know that grandchildren turn us all to jelly, but even more so for me. Since I was adopted, I have to make blood relatives from scratch!
Dear Jesus, firstborn of Mary, such deliveries can be longer than most. Bless Oliver and his Mom as she prepares for the delivery of her own firstborn. Dear Lady, intercede for this mother, child and father! May all be safe and sound! Glory to God in the highest!
Kathy, sounds like we have another thing in common. My 4th grandchild is coming soon too. My daughter is 2cm as of yesterday, so it won't be long. Ho Ho HO

Prayers! I recently delivered my 9th baby. Her name is Lily.....we chose this name because the lily is a symbol of Mary.
My precious grand boy Oliver is coming today. Looks like he's in a spot of trouble - the neonatal intensive care staff stands ready to receive him. I thank you in advance for your prayers for God's Will regarding his delivery and his life. His parents are not practicing their faith. But - they are in St. Joseph's hospital!!! Also, as I've called on my litany of Saints, I thought of a good, hidden one. St. Maximillian Kolbe's momma was a midwife. (I love to discover hidden Saints - surely they have shorter lines of petitioners.)
