All my bosses are women funnily enough Mac. I am delighted to say I get along like a house on fire with them all. I have always got on very well with women and like them in charge, they have a laid back, less confrontational way of doing things. I also am bemused at the way they can handle several things at the one time; hence they could be explaining something complicated to me and kind of out of the corner of their mouth talk about their grandchild at the same time. I think they like me too. I think this is one of the reasons I love the Queen of Heaven so much . One of the good effects I suspect of Devotion to Mary has for men is a profound respect for women. I think other Faiths ,such as Islam could do with a large dose of this.

Happy Belated Birthday, Padraig! I so much enjoyed knowing you over the years. And i did learn a lot. I was once embarrassed about how little i knew about the Province that my ancestors came from. But then eventually Irish groups here in the states were wanting to recruit me.
