This latest Airbus disaster sounds ominous to me. I'm no Airbus fan but flying is the safest "Way to Go"! Airplanes are safer than ever and most accidents, these days, are pilot error. An eight minute descent with no "Mayday" call is what bothers me. You can Fly & Talk at the same time. The "Mic Switch" is on the control stick/wheel. GOD BLESS ALL HERE .... and save ALL who perish this day. AMEN!!

I am behind the 8-ball on this one. I had never heard of such a thing until I watched this video. Every time I read/hear of these type of man-made machines, it brings me back to what Father Malachi Martin talked about....machines that would come that could change the very course of our world. He said, that if in the wrong hands it could destroy our whole environment. Perhaps he new something we did not.
It's so sad. I heard this morning. Prayed for all the sous on board today at Divine Mercy hour. Praying that those who are mourning will be comforted.
More info is leaking out about the Airbus crash: 3'500' (1,000 meters) a minute rate of descent which is not a excessive and certainly not an Emergency Descent rate. If I remember my FAA Regulations an airplane had to be able to descend to 14,000' within 4 minutes from it's maximum cruise altitude. This airplane was only doing about half that rate. The 3'500 rate sounds like someone pulled the throttles to idle with no trim change. I like to know if the airplane maintained it's course to destination during descent? They say that rapid decompression (loss of cabin pressure) was not suspected nor an explosion. I wonder if there was a "Smoke & Fumes" incident that put everyone to "sleep" but that does not explain the descent. Even if everyone aboard was disabled the plane would continue on until fuel exhaustion or until the CG got so out of balance the Auto-Pilot disconnected?? I hope it's not satan behind this!! Lord, Bring ALL Souls to Heaven. AMEN!!

So the pilot flying the plane either deliberately flew the plane into the Alps (suicide) or had a heart attack and died.
The sound recorder identified the co-pilot trying to kick the door of the cockpit in when he was locked out They have special arrangements for the pilot to get in when he is not able to. He had 10 minutes to use this procedure. Someone in the cockpit had not only locked the door but barricaded it in such a way he could not get back in time. 10 to 1 the DGSE. are going through the passenger list to identify those with an Islamic background.
By the way the plane did not simply drop 30,000 feet in ten minutes straight into the mountains. It paused several times without loosing altitude. To my mind someone was trying to fly the plane somewhere and failed.
Appears more and more as if the co-pilot deliberately crashed the plane. So either he had an ideological or psychological issue. And I see here that a French couple witnessed a couple of Mirage fighter planes in the air moments after seeing the Airbus.... Something tells me this isn't over just yet. Undoubtedly, the pilot's life is the next thing that is going to be put out there in the media, and my guess is it will happen very quickly too given how smoothly and quickly this accident is getting resolved.
Intresting on the mirage fighter jets,ex Milatary general in the US said minutes ago air traffic controlers knew right away something was amiss when the flight diverted off course.
In the end whether this co-pilot was a "terrorist" or a socio-path, to me it just is another sign of the incredible evil and work of Stan in our world today. I imagine there will be all sorts of investigations into this man's life that will come up with sine sort of "answer" but very few if any will point to the fact that at its heart his action is diabolical. Pray, pray, pray.
