There's a bit of a controversy out there in "cyberland" regarding the Apostolic Pardon. While I always understood that only a priest can grant/supply the pardon, I never knew that the Church Herself, in the absence of a priest, provides for the pardon. If this is so, what a great relief and joy it is!!!! Can anyone confirm this?
