Malachi a hard man to understand. At times he comes across fully traditional and correct in what he says.He warned about the pedophile priest keith simons in florida he was clearly very very well educated and clever but other times he comes out with utter rubbish like the practice of "white wicka" is ok and safe .or that he had read the third secret but I can't tell u I can only hint.the way he speaks about exorcism is very dramatic and over blown rather than the way amorth speaks about them also.
He was a story teller at heart full of the drama of a story teller. I dont hold that against him. His stories proved to be true in hindsight. I never quite know how i feel about him at any given time but he did provide me with a path back to the Church and to faith when everything around me was desert so I feel I own him a great debt of gratitude.
Can you provide a link or reference to when he said wicca is OK? I have never heard that and it would be sinful to attribute that to him unless you heard it first-hand or have evidence.
Iv listened to all the art bell and bernard jensen interviews many many times .I used to work alone and I would have them on in my ear piece .With jensen he does not stray away much but with art he certainly does I will try and go back over where he makes that statement about wicka but I'd need time if you would allow but there are many instances with art bell that would startle a practicing catholic.Iv over thought while listening god if I wrote down all these dodgy statements I'd fill a page.He once spoke with a "remote" viewer and did not chastise him and tell him to stop.
Well I listened to part of the video posted above in the 2nd post. He talks about those who are "perfectly possessed" around the 40 minute mark...a very very evil thing. At the 59 minute to the 101 minute mark Art asks him if White Wicca is as bad...In this context he says it is not as dangerous to the soul as the darker forms of wicca... He equates it to worshiping nature... QUOTE: " It has it's own liabilities with regards to belief in God Himself." He never says it is OK or safe.
If I have erred regarding the wikka statement I apologise. But I will still hold my reservations regarding him. why?.Because priests must be held to the highest standards and speak clearly and truthfully when it comes to these matters.A spade must be called a spade.Anything outside the worship of jesus christ is evil.I think of priests like fr reylea and fr ripperger and fulton sheen .There is absolutely no ambiguity in there talks.We can agree to disagree. If you accuse a Priest of saying that something is OK, that that you yourself have acknowledged is evil, and it turns out he did not say such a thing...You have a serious obligation to clearly correct your statement,... The obligation is even more serious when it damages the reputation of a Priest, and it is even more serious when the Priest was a public figure, and even more serious if the Priest is actually a Cardinal, and even more serious when he is deceased and has no way to defend himself.

It only takes a testimony like yours, Ann, to remember how careful we must be at judging anyone publicly, especially clergy. These days with the internet, it is tempting to jump to easy judgments about most anyone. Yes, the internet is full of the failures, shortcomings, and sins of the clergy. But it is best I look honestly at my own failures and sins first, and repent accordingly, then make reparation. If I do that, I'll be less inclined to slip by frivolously bad mouthing anyone publicly. Lord be merciful to me a sinner!
I was listening to Malachy Martin a while back. I don't remember which video it was but it probably was the one posted above with Art Bell. Anyway, as is often the case when I listen to podcasts etc., something that was said just stood out from all the rest of the content. Malachy said, (I don't have a direct quote but that in quotes below is a snippet which is a direct quote), that over the years the situation has come about in the Vatican that there is not a single Traditional Cardinal or Bishop left in the governing structure of the Church (!) - that they were all purged. To quote Malachy Martin directly now, he said "they have all been outed and ousted". That statement just brought home to me the magnitude of the vicissitudes to which the Church has been subjected in a relatively short period of time. When one reads Fr. Gobbi's book it is striking to me how many messages are about loyalty to the Pope. Are there any seers nowadays who are proclaiming that Our Lady has said that loyalty to the Pope is of utmost importance? I often wonder, if Our Lady was giving messages to Fr. Gobbi in our time, what would she be saying about loyalty to the Pope, about Synodality etc. Also, while I do believe in Medjugorje or at least the early visions, it seems strange that Our Lady always ends with "Thank you for having responded to my call". This seems to me a kind of catchy branding technique, not the kind if tone Our Lady would use. I could be completely wrong. Not wanting to lead anyone astray but voicing my concerns here ...
In my opinion when speaking to People who phone in to Art Malachi seems to go left field.The parts where I have problems with are at 1hr 29 the woman was a catholic she now "pulls" saints into her wicka religion. Voodoo and santareya also does this.She says wicka encompasses a lot of religions malachi says that's alright.At 1.32 the woman says she sends awards and protection through wicka to people .Malachi says good.At 2.05 someone writes in pulling him on these statements and he tries to explain himself.Please know I am not trying to insult him or ruin his character. You seem to be very offended by this.But can you imagine say padre pio even entertaining wicka.??He would run the woman out of the confessional we all know here .THERE IS NO SALVATION OUTSIDE OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.people of other faiths may get to heaven but Only because of the catholic faith
One of Art’s several former wives, Ramona, was a practicing witch of sorts apparently. I’m sure this weighed on Art’s mind and was discussed privately with Fr. Martin and played a role in how Fr. Martin responded to Art’s question.

I watched this this morning, at least some of it. also one or two other videos from Life Site News concerning Episcopal Appointments from all over the World during the reign of Pope Leo. They are truly horrendous. It is also evident that the Vatican itself is in a state of total chaos with everything doing their own thing. It would break your heart really it would. It is rather like watching Our Holy Mother the Church being tortured and murdered right before our eyes. Most terrible of all is the total silence of our Bishops. Bless all those like Life Site News who call these things out. For myself I feel called by Our Blessed Lady to concentrate on the Spiritual/ Mystical Life . The Way of prayer and ascending the mountain of Christ. But how can we fail the total horror of what is going on in Our Holy Mother the Church and not comment on it? But for humble lay people what can we do but pray, pray, pray? Bit it is true it is a source of the deepest sorrow and regret all that is going on in the Vatican and in the Church in general. May the Good God bring this wickedness to an end swiftly and spare us all.
I remember this...I followed Father's interviews with AL and also on tv...he was on so many talk shows. I tend to trust him..to a certain degree.
