Ralph Martin is a saint, pure and simple , there is no other way to put it. A Modern day saint. Anyone who watches him, listens to him or read any of his books will understand this at once. So they have decided to silence him as they tried to silence John Henry and as they tired to silence EWTN. This reminds me of a battle field were they try to kill the officers first. This is a source of great concern because why are they doing this? The only answer I can come up with is that the war against the Church is still being pressed forward and at the highest levels. People should ask themselves this simple question. If things are fine now and we have a good Pope then why are they still doing this and how are they still getting away with it? If the battle has swung in a good direction then how come we see so many wicked and evil things going on all around us?
___________________________________________________ Isn't this great! A new Archbishop who is taking steps to clean house of heretical professors in his seminary! Assures me that the Church is lock, stock, and barrel, in step with the Truth!
Can't say I have, Padraig. But imagine the above being preached in every Catholic Church this coming Sunday!
I did not realise that there was another Professor given the boot at that same time as Ralph Martin, Eduardo Echeverria. These are both men with families. Were is the charity in all this? Where is simple kindness and decency? Where is the Church of Mercy we keep hearing so much about?
Wow. That is some clearnout of top acadmeics and good solid catholics. Would be good to find put where the Abp spends his evenings and with whom
The saddest thing of all is that this will instill fear amongst the few academics who might have been tempted to speak out and tell the truth. It is a big, big thing to loose your job and your career. The temptation to stay silent must be enormous. Especially if you are very young and just starting out in life. Very, very hard on priests who get worked over. What jobs are they to do when they get kicked out? What are they qualified for? I am afraid many of them wind up doing the most menial work. So I suppose we can have some sympathy for the Silent Brigade. Those who know awful things are happening but are afraid to speak out. They have reason to fear. But this does not pardon their silence. Although that is easy for me to write who have nothing at all to fear by telling things as they are. Prayer for all those silenced by the heretics.
Yes Padraig, it seems that the ones who speak truth are being fired. It's pretty obvious of what they are doing.
Weisenburger was my bishop here in Tucson for a fairly short while, never really gave me a good impression.
It is very tempting to get angry and bitter. Very, very tempting. But one thing I think contemplating the Mother of God; it is just impossible for me to imagine her getting mad . So for we who strive to follow in her footsteps, clearly we should not get mad either. All the same it is very . very, very hard these days not to to get in a rage with all the wickedness we see going on round us.
Very difficult not to get in a rage ...but i recently heard a talk by Fr Dan Reehill who spoke of St Maximilian Kolbe who led prayers in Aushwitz for the guards and the commandant assuring the other inmates that this is what Jesus requires. This Archbishop is sadly the enemy but he must be prayed for and in our hearts we must forgive him and the other hierarchy of his ilk. So hard to do but Grace may be given because of our prayers. This purging of Sacred Heart Seminary is ominous. Even diabolic.
I read recently about a martyr in China who was declared a saint. Hecwasvtaken on a forced March to his death many miles, he was a priest One of the guards was converted simply by watching his example and he himself converted and became a saint and martyr. There are many, many examples of this going back to Ancient Rome.
I don''t know if you ever followed Michael Lofton at the, 'Reason and Theology', channel on utube. Michael backed Papa Frankie 100%. It did not matter how abominable and wicked a thing it was that Papa Frankie got up to Michael was in there doing cheer leader all the way. Now as you can see from the video below he has just got his 30 pieces of silver from the bad guys in the Vatican. There seems to be a pattern here. The good guys are all getting wiped out . The bad guys are being declared virtual saints. I don't think they could be pushing this evil agenda unless Pope Leo had given the nod to it. I suspect more of the same in the offing. The good guys getting buried. The bad guys getting treated like Kings. Wait and see. They are counting on sell outs like Michael Lofton to do the same thing for Pope Leo as he did for Papa Frankie. Run cheer leader to evil. It would make you throw up. He defended every wicked thing that Papa Frankie ever pushed. You can bet your bottom dollar he'll back every wicked thing that is pushed in the future. The bad guys get called to the Vatican , the good guys get buried. Welcome to Stalin 's new Vatican play book. . A really, really nasty piece of work, I had dealings with him in the past, as nasty as the rest of them. Big pay off.
What makes me scratch my head is that if John Henry is being persecuted for speaking the truth—even though he remained untouched in his position during Francis's twelve-year pontificate—then that would mean Leo is worse than Francis and is moving to persecute conservative Catholics at an incredibly fast pace.
There is a Prophecy about all this, but I can't find it again. It states that this Pope would look like a lamb but act as a raging lion, with incredible fury he will persecute the Just. I must see if I can find it. At the moment they are doing their best to bury anyone who will speak out before they get started. It's all well planned. These people are incredibly wicked.
