    Matthew 22:37

Jesus said unto him, “‘Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.’

Jews often wear this verse in a little black box called a, 'Teflin', on their foreheads as instructed, also in Deuteronomy because it is so important.

I suppose if I were to ask Catholics if they knew that they had to give their all , 100%, to God the majority might nod their heads in agreement. But in actual fact the overwhelming majority never do give 100%. At present few enough even go to Mass on Sunday and even those who do keep the rest of the day for themselves although it is to be the portion of the week dedicated to God. But if by the time we die we have not handed over 100% of ourselves to God we will be forced to do so in Purgatory for only that which is Holy can stand unburnt in the sight of the Living God.

At the start of the Spiritual Journey we have no idea what 100% really means. But as we go onwards we start to get an idea. I would say that in Spiritual Betrothal we get some good idea and in Spiritual Marriage we finally take the plunge.

We may imagine even at the start we understand 100%. But as we go on we understand more and more how little we understand.

The devil was asked one time why they fear Our Lady so much . He answered that it was because she not only always said , 'Yes', but that she never hesitated before she said, 'Yes'.

Our Lady is a living Sign as to what 100% really means. She was 100% from the moment of her Conception and was never ever anything else but 100%
