This man was trying to run over as many people as he possibly could,” the New Orleans police superintendent, Anne Kirkpatrick, said in a news conference Wednesday morning. “He was hellbent on creating the carnage and the damage that he did.” According to Ms. Kirkpatrick, the man drove at high speed into crowds at around 3:15 a.m. before crashing and opening fire, shooting two police officers. Think of the intentionality and determination of the way this was carried it. It must have taken months to plan this. Somewhat difficult to reconcile the two reports. The only plausible likelihood is that he's an agent of some very powerful people in your country. Edit: appears both reports are true. He was ISIS and he was ex-army. A bit of a lesson there for those who want every conceivable minority available to defend 'their' country. If a desperate Palestinian, with no feasible military alternative, had launched a terrorist attack on the US for supporting the genocide of his people, one could understand the rationale. Tonight, I have also read of at least fifteen people killed in their own home in Northern Gaza by an Israeli airstrike. A totally, ruthless, callous, disconnected and impersonal liquidation of a house full of people which represented zero risk to their assassins. Is this any less evil than what happened in New Orleans?
