I must correct what I have posted above. Today two young men have been charged with the assault and we are told they are Irish. More arrest are expected. What I said previously was what we were told by immediate family. They were not on the scene on the night and the story reported on X was what we were told. It is a lesson on being cautious on what I say when the story is 2nd hand and coming from highly traumatised and emotional family. I am really sorry for any wrong information I posted. Currently there is no change and he is on life support. Immediate family are still hoping against hope and we continue to pray.

We just got some positive news. It seems the pressure in his brain has reduced. Also the hospital is now restricting visiting so they are changing their stance. God is good
Reading both of these situations breaks my heart as we’ve gone through similar experiences. I will pray for all of you involved. The only way forward is to trust in God. Somehow and sone way which we cannot always see he is present.

Hi Terry. We are making progress. My wife’s surgery went well this week. She is at PT, OT, and ST 5 days a week. I’m doing PT 3x week. We would appreciate prayers to help us get through the economic, mental and emotional challenges. As I said before, while not our choice, we see Gods blessing throughout this time. He stopped us in our tracks and we had to completely surrender and trust him. We are trying - not always succeeding but we figure he will take the little we can offer and do miracles with it. God is good. Peace.
