Yes war is coming. So avoidable and unnecessary. So sad. I remember a Marian Prophecy that war will come when everyone is saying, peace, peace, peace . In other words we are going to be blind sided.
I built my own a few years ago. All you needed was a small aluminum garbage can that has a lid, then get some aluminum tape to tape around the lid to give it an even better seal. Inside I put some batteries, flashlight, radio and a few other gadgets to keep just in case. I tested to see if it would work by placing my cell phone in. I called it. Without the tape seal, it didn't work but once the tape seal went around the lid, it worked great. This little aluminum can is also very small and doesn't take up a lot of space. there are videos on how to make it. I also lined the can with cardboard for an extra layer of seal between the metal and the contents. Nice little contraption for a just in case scenerio.
I have lived my life and my suitcase is packed if the Good Lord were to call me home thus evening I'd shrug my shoulders and saunder off into the sunset with a big smile . But my heart really goes out to the countless young people who will have their lives ended or destroyed by wars that are unnecessary and unwanted except by the people who plan them

Anyway, we really shouldn't be trying to fit prophecy to our own world view. I've been guilty of that many times and been wrong just as many times. God has a plan and trying to second guess Him isn't very wise. I do think that it would be wise for you to have spare provisions for the dogs. When they say "drinking water" they don't specify bottled water so I suppose it would be ok to have some covered containers filled with tap water that could be emptied out and re-filled every few weeks.
Good to know. Thanks. I have seen for sale here lock up metal boxes that can be used as a safe for important documents or jewellery. They're a lot smaller than garbage cans. I wonder would they serve the same purpose. Don't think I'd be too concerned about having a radio because news travels fast here. I'd be more concerned with having battery operated lights so would probably fill it with stuff like that.

Ironic when you think back to the 1960's and 1970's and people used to say "Who needs Church. All you hear there is doom and gloom." Well guess what. It looks like they kicked God and His Church to the kerb; but all we hear nowadays is doom and gloom. Sigh.
Someone somewhere said microwave ovens can be used to protect things from these attacks. And what about tin foil. I don't know.
I admit when I think of the future and the chastisements I do feel a little afraid. We all want a comfortable life, it is natural. Padre Pio s words, 'Pray hope and don't worry', are a great comfort. They mirror the words of Jesus to look to the birds of the air and how well they get by and we are far more in the care of the Good Lord than they. I was very deep in the heart of a beautiful wood yesterday near a beautiful waterfall. Totally on my own, I never saw a single soul in there. Suddenly there was a real storm of bird singing from trees everywhere. It was as if hundreds of them decided to have a concert. It struck me how they have their own little perect little world. No matter what goes on outside ,wars, plagues, economic meltdowns the birds keep on singing away having a fine time old time. The words of DH Lawrence ring so true , 'I have seen wild things fall from trees, frozen and not feel sorry for themselves'. Have you noticed how Our Lady always seems to appear to poor people in the very poorest areas of the World? Perhaps this is because the poor have empty places in their hearts that she can fill. She says this in the Magnificat that He raises up the poor. If we all become poor again we will have spaces in our hearts for God again. No bad thing. I think that Chinese made virus was a great teacher. None of knew anything about it and when the masks , the Government lockdowns and mandates and experimental vaccines came along we didn't know much about them either. But because we prayed the Holiday ly Spirit taught us. Led us. Strengthened us. Guided us. Whereas for those who did not pray they had been nly half mad fear and terrible power mad Government to guide them. It will be so in the future. We will just have to grab tightly onto Our Blessed Mother's hand and trust her to lead us onwards.
I think it might be a little unfair to call it a Chinese made virus. It seems to have been a joint effort between the Chinese and Americans after Obama banned gain of function projects in the US. Fauci found a way around the US law by funding it in China, and poor safety precautions there resulted in the virus leaking from the lab in Wuhan. Man proposes, God disposes.
Imho, it's past the time for referring to "Chinese" this or "American" that. This whole luciferian mess is separating the good from the evil. It's "secular" worldliness (godless) vs God Himself. Good people vs evil people. Ethnicity/nationality matters not at this point, it's who (or if you like, Who) comes first in one's life. Is it God? Is it country? Is it neighbour, family? If it's God, He will take care of everything! And provide you with what you need for yourself, and for those you love or come to you for help. Just as Our Lady is helping all of us right now.
