"Israel is preparing to Commit Genocide"

I believe that Satan uses his instruments in all religions to destroy everything that reminds us of the coming of our Lord: the synagogue of Satan within Judaism (Jewish Freemasonry); the formation of terrorist groups created by Islamic fundamentalists such as Hamas (although the Quran itself orders the killing of Jews and Christians, there are some Muslims who show empathy for us); the liberals in the church who want to approve sodomy in order to direct Muslim anger against a degenerate West, which will inevitably lead to bloodshed according to Catholic prophecies.

 

Very interesting view on the situation in Israel/Palestine.
From recent discovery, I have seen that Israel has been trying to make a peace deal with Palestine for years; but Palestine refuses a peace deal. They only want power and control of Israel once they have slaughtered the population there.

This good man makes no mention of what many other historians are saying. England made all that region over to the Jews originally, including all of Jordan. The area now left to Israel is only 20% of the area allocated to them after the UN got involved years ago. And it worthy to note half of what we call Israel is desert, so a mean portion left after the UN got involved. Historians also note that Jews, Christians and Muslims lived peacefully together until around 1948. The Palestinians left the region when they though the other Arab states would wipe out every living creature to wipe out the Jews. This is what other historians tell us. The Jews miraculously survived the attempts to exterminate them in the past.

There is a video I want to get, called "Against all Odds." It is the result of research done on how Israel survived many attacks to wipe them out, and how God miraculously preserved the Jews in the Holy Land since they were sent back, even from other Muslim counties by force back in the day.

Only God knows what truly goes on. I am convinced the government in Israel would not be so harsh if the Palestine government agreed to making a peace deal. We even hear the latest attack by Hamas came about because Iran did not want Israel and one of the Arab states to broker a peace deal that could benefit both countries.

Let us pray and trust God to help all those involved to seek peace and prosperity, and learn to forgive the past mistakes and atrocities for God's sake.

I am trying to discern this situation. So far I have not decided if I am on one side or the other of this fault line. If it is a fault-line, it would suggest that fence-sitting is not feasable, but I find myself sitting on a very exposed fence.

Before my conversion, I suppose I was influenced by the left-leaning zeitgeist of my culture, so I tended to be pro-Palestinian but without a real knowledge of this domain. After my conversion, upon reading the Old Testament, I acquired a new found respect for the Jews as God's chosen people. Now, as I learn more about Christian Zionism and 'who Israel is' according to Catholic Theology, i.e., The Church as the Body of Christ, this again changes my understanding of the whole situation.

It appears to be a very comlex situation to discern. I do abhor the extreme violence and brutality exacted by Hamas on innocent people. I also abhor the decades of seemingly disproportionate violence meeted out to Palestinians by the Israelis. And the fact that the Israelis have kept over 2 million people hostage in degrading conditions in the Gaza strip for so long.

From where I am standing, basic considerations of human dignity and morality have determined that the Israelis have lost this battle already. No matter how appaling the Hamas violence, no matter their stated aim to eradicate Israel from the map, one simply cannot bomb and kill innocent children and civilians like they have been doing in Gaza in recent days, in order to achieve their military aims. Neither do the Israelis have respect for their own people who are hostages. Going in all guns blazing is very likely to result in their deaths before they can be rescued.

But it is necessary to hear the other side of the argument to that which Xavier is presenting, which some others on the forum have being putting forward. Here is Robert Spencer defending the Israeli position. I would put him in the Christian Zionist camp. I am not able to tell whether he is correct in his statements? Undoubtedly at least some of his statements on the history of this conflict are true.

According to Rick Wiles and another Southern Baptist preacher, the phenomenon of Christian Zionism in the U.S. came about because of erroneous Bible produced by American theologian Cyrus Ingerson Scofield who taught predispensational premillennialism (millenarianism).

So that's basically what Islam is, it is part Christianity and part Talmudic Judaism, as the quoted scholarly author says. The parts that resemble Christianity are evident, Jesus Christ as the True Messiah, as a Miracle Working Prophet, His Virgin Mother Mary as a Most Holy Woman, etc. Next, the parts that resemble Talmudic Judaism: the emphasis on Circumcision, the prohibition of Pork etc (a return to Judaism), the denial of Christ's Divinity, the excesses and extremities against pagans etc (and beside that being wrong, the more extreme interpretations of these two religions regard Christians also as allegedly pagans and idolaters, which is what has caused and is causing many problems for many Christians also who live under Jewish or Muslim dominion or majority countries - unlike Christian countries which give Full Freedom to adherents of these two religions, but they don't want to reciprocate). So that's something to consider, apparently some Jews who met Mohammed had some impact on him; some Christians also might have had. Some he might have made up, etc.

Anyway, while the Evil of some extremist excesses in some Quranic Verses - so contrary to the New Testament of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ - are now better known, the same or arguably even greater extremist excesses in those Talmudic passages are perhaps less well known.
