There are many ways. But first you must prepare yourself so as to avoid the deception that is coming. Some suggestions: 1. Learn the traditional Catholic Faith. The gold standard catechism is the Catechism of the Council of Trent. Study it. 2. Pray 15 decades of the Rosary every day. Fast at least two days a week. Abstain every Friday. Penance, Penance Penance. 3. If you have access to a traditional Latin mass and a traditional priest, attend daily mass as often as you are able. Confess once a week, if possible. After that preparation (or similar), you should see many opportunities to "stand up for Jesus." The Holy Spirit should be guiding you. May God bless you in that endeavor.
Fr. Jim Blount has been shut down. They are pulling him from his church (here in GA, right outside of Atlanta) and putting him on a six month sabbatical. He was told they didn’t want him preaching on the end times. Not sure who “they” are. His brother is the head of the community he belongs to, SOLT. That’s all I have been told. That’s all I know.
https://solt.net/missions/american-region/united-states/archdiocese-atlanta-georgia This is the home page for SOLT. I’m unable to expand the link but it says Fr Blount is taking a much-needed rest. ????
A few days ago I got an invitation via text to attend a mass this morning that he was celebrating for Padre Pio at his chapel in Covington, GA. Nothing seemed amiss, although I was not able to attend. So I haven’t heard whether he celebrated the mass or not.
SOLT is saying on their webpage that they are not taking sign-ups for future engagements. They call it “officially paused.”
It is definitely reliable. I also saw it posted on a couple of other sites indicating no future engagements. No details were available.
He is somewhat frail in health. He frequently gets pneumonia. I expect they made him rest for his own good. He seems quite compelled to keep going because the times are so urgent. He used to be unknown flying under the radar so to speak. And then all of a sudden he was everywhere on you tube. He seems to feel great pressure to "get the word out" and bring souls to Christ. I hope he is all right. I pray there is nothing "smoky" about this.
Denise was it his order who told him he preached on the end times too much or a higher authority---tbe bishop perhaps? The order would have to be obedient to the bishop. He has certainly been trying hard to raise awareness of the times we are in but always with great charity.
