I share the view that Western/Nato governments have no interest in de-escalation and Russia has long had its back to the wall.
Defeat will not be an option for Putin.
Nevertheless, due to the suffering resulting from the war, Putin also bears a great deal of guilt.
After Mewedew's apocalyptic statements i believe that the Russian government sees itself in a real battle of good against evil.
It fits in with the fact that Putin actually spoke of satanists in his speech on the annexation...

I think Putin is right on this point (even if the string pullers probably control all sides without all the people involved knowing it).

While there are undoubtedly demonic people in power in the West, I see no right for Russia to see itself in this apocalyptic light. If Russia has its back to the wall, it represents a very dangerous mindset.

I share my following impressions now that hyperinflation is raising its ugly head and the destruction of the Russian pipeline will lead to a frigid winter in at least Europe. This is the current reality. The price of gas in America will climb once more. The USA economy will collapse when she looses her reserve currency status. America will still have her military, but her ability to dictate to other nations will be lost. War in Europe will be followed by war in Asia. The Warning will probably occur within 3 months after the Synod of fall, 2023, with the Miracle in April, 2022.

I say this because of my sense of a great unraveling taking place and because of the increasing division within the Catholic Church herself: an Abomination of desolation draws near.

What is needed? Prayer and fasting. We must become more bold in evangelizing in order to lead hearts to God and prepare for the Warning. As economic systems become more erratic, set aside at least a month's supply of food to eat and perhaps share. Stockpiling will not be worth it because of instability, but the ability to transport a fair amount will be helpful.

If the Miracle occurs in 2024, there will be millions, if not billions of conversions, and we will need to be ready to help and direct inquirers.

This hypothesis is not a prophecy and it doesn't require a ton of preparation. The most essential requirement is prayer and fasting understood with a Catholic mindset, which includes a disciplined sacramental life.
