This gives us a pretty good analysis of where we are today in the Vatican, and the world. https://lepantoin.org/marxists-in-the-pontifical-academy-of-social-sciences/
Byron, I have my doubts if the Jews will convert with the warning because Matthew 23 seems to indicate that their conversion would be in a single moment of history *(at the moment of the second coming of Christ): Matthew 23:38-39 38 "Look, your house is left to you desolate. 39 For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord" or do you think it possible that the sign of the cross in heaven will make the Jews glorify Christ in this way?.
Depending upon the when - it's possible that some of us shall witness the construction of the Old Covenant Third Temple! The AntiChrist's "power" comes from Satan.. It shall probably be paranormal. Rejecting him is key to getting one's name written in God's Book of Life (at JUDGEMENT) The original Sanhedrin - the body which sentenced Jesus to Death, was established roughly 200 BC and its last known universally binding decision of the Great Sanhedrin occurred roughly 358 AD IN c. 2004 - The (new) Sanhedrin - which is the foundation for the presence of the Divine spirit - was re-established in Tiberias . The 71 rabbis who came to the northern city 1,660 years after the original Sanhedrin (the assembly of 71 ordained scholars that was both supreme court and legislature in Talmudic times) held its last meeting there, were welcomed by many in the Orthodox and ultra-Orthodox sectors. One of the aims of the modern Sanhedrin is to reinstate animal sacrifices, on Pesach (Passover) In recent years, several animals have already been sacrificed at different localities around the Temple Mount, usually at a distance of about half a mile, but always in view of the Temple Mount. In its first year, the new Sanhedrin initiated a dialogue with the Ministry of Education over the Bible and Scriptures curriculum; set up a "High Council for the Sons of Noah," whose task it is to establish contact with non-Jewish communities seeking to observe the Noahide laws - the seven commandments given to the sons of Noah, or all mankind, which non-Jews are obligated to uphold according to halakha. I do believe the Warning will have a lasting effect on most. Many will consult with priests and lay people. But we need a good Pope. You see that’s the clincher. I don’t believe the third temple after the Warning will be an important issue. People will look to the Pope for guidance.
Since its dissolution in 358, there has been no universally recognized authority within Jewish law of the Sanhedrin. But what is a universally recognized authority is the Catholic Church’s Pope. Again it’s about what happens in the interior of the Vatican. Think of it as a takeover.
I remember that some scholars of St Malachi's prophecy believed that the pope with the motto De Gloria Olivae' (the glory of the olive tree) Benedict XVI would convert many Jews in his reign, because of the symbolism of the olive tree representing Judaism and the name which means "blessed" and recalls the passage from Matthew 23.
I think the biggest danger lies in 'soft' totalitarianism, as we see developing, for example, in Canada. With the assistance of Pope Francis, Catholics are being left to hang out to dry in Canada over the 'indigenous' people issue. These lies could easily spread to wherever Catholicism has evangelised. We might be in the process of being 'set up' for the persecution of Antichrist.
One could well argue that communism has, in fact, already returned. If we look at the goals of communism; the taking over and control of education, the media, and the government... and gaining financial control. As well as the promotion and normalising of perversions such as pornography, strange marriages and the attack on the family. Making abortion widespread, so as to be considered 'a human right'. And now, they're attacking the right to own private property. I believe communism has indeed returned. The attack on bodily autonomy via mandating these jabs is them softening us up for to willingly take 'the mark' in the right hand or forehead. And I reckon we are far down this road! But things are about to quicken. I get the feeling that this could be the last 'normal' summer for us. They are already subtly (and no so subtly in some instances) preparing us for what this winter will bring. All these things we debate here are very enlightening. And they focus is, help us reflect on what is coming. All the points made, I read with great, great interest. Keep em coming folks!
However, ... What matters most is that Israeli Jewish leaders and rabbis in Israel and some high-up powerful American politicos would completely disagree. The underground Sanhedrin Synagogue has already been constructed.. The Judaism reasons supporting the re-established Sandredrin - including the rabbis of the re-established Sanhedrin - have been published without any counter-argument from Israel.
I’ve been traveling a bit for my job so missed this last week. Happy to read this blog update from Fr. Steve…. Pope Francis Makes a Positive Move By Fr. Steve Ryan, SDB As the universal Church synod draws closer, many conservative Catholics (including myself) are concerned that teachings contrary to revealed truths and long-standing traditions will make their way into Church teachings. The pastoral nature of the upcoming synod and the evaluation of “the approach” we take in serving one another as Catholics is a worthy evaluation that will take place. However, as in so many things, those with an agenda to change moral teachings will be lobbying. Already we can see that Catholics are confused and discouraged by bishops, priests and professors who are preaching and teaching things contrary to the catechism. For example, the Church in Germany has been publicly endorsing blessing ceremonies for all kinds of friendships that are not marriage. Last week the Holy Father and the Vatican corrected the German bishops, who have been ‘out of bounds’ in promoting “new approaches to doctrine and morals”. Over the last two years things coming from the German Bishops’ Conference have been contrary to the teachings of the universal Church. A declaration of the Holy See told the German Catholic hierarchy that, for them to initiate in their dioceses new structures or doctrines, would represent a wound to ecclesial communion and a threat to the unity of the Church. The German Catholic Church has been using Pope Francis’ emphasis on “synodality” to push a new agenda on Catholic teaching about marriage, human sexuality and the priesthood. The endorsement of women priests, married priests, blessing of homosexual couples and a redrafting of the Catechism of the Catholic Church on human sexuality is what they have been meeting about and endorsing. I thank the Holy Father for his declaration and hope that this is a positive sign that our many concerns about the upcoming universal synod of the Church will continue to be addressed. Statements affirming that the Church is not changing its moral foundation are welcome. Last week’s Vatican declaration states that the synodal way in Germany “has no faculty to oblige the faithful to assume new ways of governing and new approaches to doctrine and morals”. Rather it states that local churches “live and flourish in and from the universal Church, and if they find themselves separated from the entire ecclesial body, they become weakened, rot and die. Hence the need to keep communion with the whole body of the Church always alive and effective.” Critics of Pope Francis are concerned that his oft-times downplaying of the importance of doctrine, discipline and morals, as well as his encouragements for Catholics to “make a mess”, have opened the door for renegade groups to pursue paths that seem destined to end in schism from the Catholic Church. If we have a schism – where might the schism initiate? I’d think Germany. The last big “separation” from Catholicism happened there in the mid-16th century with Martin Luther. History could be repeating itself! The news of Pope Francis telling the German bishops that the synod is not going down the path of wholesale changes in Catholic doctrine and practices is a positive sign. The Vatican document told the Germans: “Your Synodal Path documents seem largely inspired not by Scripture and Tradition – which, for the Second Vatican Council, are ‘a single sacred deposit of the Word of God’ – but by sociological analysis and contemporary political, including gender, ideologies.”
It was a political stunt for power. And in the end didn’t work. Netanyahu finds all this to be nonsense, like most Israelis and Jews. He was quoted years ago on the evangelical belief’s towards Israel and the temple and called them crazy.
Especially, when we have the Canadian Government publicly refusing the Papal apology on crimes against Indigenous people and take no responsibility of their own in it. I see how our government is increasing hatred towards Catholics and we know how this ends from past experience.......persecution and martyrdom.
There’s an old Chines proverb that says - “I hear what you say, but see what you do.” This should pertain to Pope Francis.
Christian Zionism is of course false and wrong.. As is by necessity for rejecting the true Messiah Jesus - much of modern Rabbinical Judaism And... We shall see what we shall surely see re: Israel, Third Temple, AntiChristianity and AntiChrist. -- Along with Netanyahu's obvious approval OF The Third Temple..
It was a mistake on the part of the state to publicly refuse the Papal apology. The usual pattern for soft totalitarians is to assume the moral high ground. I'm relieved that they shot down the apology; it will seem ungenerous to some and might waken up some in the Church about the dangers of apologising for something for which one does not bear primary responsibility.
The pope's usage of 'so many Christians'? Vague-ish and broad-brushed? George Pipestem, 79, a member of the Montana First Nation and a survivor of the Ermineskin Indian Residential School, questioned the relevance of a papal apology, just as he questioned apologies by Canadian prime ministers for the government’s role in the schools. He said the abusers should be the ones apologizing: “They’re all gone, though. This apologizing, it doesn’t matter to me. It’s like nothing. It’s only a word.” IMPORTANT to Realize: Jeremy Bergen, a church apology expert and professor of religious and theological studies at Conrad Grebel University College in Waterloo, Ontario, said Francis made clear he was asking forgiveness for the actions of “members of the church” but not the institution in its entirety FOR, When JPII asked forgiveness for anti-Semitic actions of some members, the Enemy's MSMedia dishonestly/sinfully (Lies) reports it as --> The Church Apologized! E.G. "Church apologies: Top leaders say sorry for historical sin" https://apnews.com/article/pope-fra...se-by-clergy-11563ae36c003eaf46ed68a928b41317When Pope Francis apologizes to Indigenous groups on Canadian soil this week, he will make another effort toward healing harms inflicted at church-run residential schools — and add to the Catholic Church’s growing ledger of atonement for past transgressions. No.. THE CHURCH aka God's Temple is sinless..! It is Forgiveness being asked for re: certain sins of certain Catholic Church individuals (and NOT Sins of The Church!).
If this is the case, I owe Pope Francis an apology. Of course, the establishment media twist everything.
