I've often wondered about that Don. Freemasonry is viewed by young people at the local level - it would seem to me at least, as old fuddy-duddy stuff. How therefore has it risen to invading all facets of society - including music, TV, advertising etc and at the very cutting edge of these arenas -- so that it can be seen everywhere? And seen as 'cool' too. Has it evolved....? Is it now up there as a prerequisite to gaining entry to that level of society?
Mark Zuckerberg is planting the Church of the Metaverse: https://russian-faith.com/opinion/mark-zuckerberg-planting-first-church-metaverse-n5800 According to Facebook’s chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, it will also be a spiritual endeavor. “Faith organizations and social media are a natural fit because fundamentally both are about connection,” she told the Times. “Our hope is that one day people will host religious services in virtual reality spaces as well, or use augmented reality as an educational tool to teach their children the story of their faith.” Imagine a synagogue where a holographic burning bush recites the Decalogue, or a cathedral where saint icons speak to you directly, or maybe animated deities waving their many arms in Hindu temples. Immersive idolatry is the future of false religion. With 3 billion users worldwide — and zero sense of sacred boundaries — Facebook is poised to lead this spiritual revolution.

Yeah, we are two hours east of NO. They have issued tropical storm watch for us this a.m. If it wobbles to the east it will be bad news for us. So we will be monitoring the weather today. We are not too worried about flooding, it's the wind and spin off tornadoes. We went through Sally last fall, that was a cat 2, Ida is going to be a cat 4. So, we can go to my brothers in South Carolina or stay here. Didn't sleep much last night . . .
yes I was thinking of you Kat, and I pray Our Lady of Mt Carmel and all the saints of Carmel protect you and yours.
Thank you . . .they have now issured a tropical storm warning for us. 10" of rain, high winds up to 65 mph. At least it hasn't wobbled towards us yet. If it does, I'm outta here! We will know more by tomorrow a.m. The highways are all jammed packed and even in our area gas stations are running out of gas. But we have our generator all ready.
Something very interesting, you would think New Orleans would learn a lesson. When Katrina hit it was the same time frame with the same festival going on. I doubt this is going to happen now because there will be no power for weeks, and terrible flooding and destruction. Don't mock God! Festival of Southern Decadence 2021 New Orleans Official Website and Guide Thursday, September 2 through Monday, September 6, 2021 Because the 2005 celebration was cancelled due to Hurricane Katrina, Southern Decadence 2005 Grand Marshals Lisa Beaumann and Regina Adams reigned for both 2005 and 2006, making the very first time in Southern Decadence history that grand marshals ruled for two years. And keeping with the unpredictability of Decadence, the Grand Marshals from 2008 reigned once again in 2009. The rest, as they say, is history. What began as a little costume party is now a world-famous gay celebration. Now in the 48th year, it has mushroomed from a small gathering of friends to a Labor Day weekend tradition, attracting over 250,000 participants, predominantly gay and lesbian, and generating over $275 million in tourist revenue. This annual economic impact ranks it among the city's top three tourist events. Southern Decadence Grand Marshals XXXIII Lisa Beaumann and Regina AdamsDescribed by one reporter as "a happening of haberdashery fit for an LSD Alice in Wonderland," Southern Decadence 2019 will be as outrageous as ever and live up to its reputation as New Orleans' largest gay street fair. It all begins in earnest six weeks before Labor Day. However, the real party starts on the Wednesday before Labor Day, and the events are non-stop. It picks up steam daily as it nears Sunday's big street parade, which rivals New Orleans' gay Mardi Gras in scope, with the party lasting well into the day on Monday.

The rabbi's are unsettled. I love how they provide a ready made excuse. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...bbis-ask-pope-clarify-remarks-Jewish-law.html
People behave the way they want with no thought of consequences, and history repeats itself. How many people who lived through Katrina have connected the catastrophe with behavior offensive to Our Lord, most likely only a handful of faithful. There is also a lot of occult activity in New Orleans. I pray that you escape the worst of this storm, Kat. May God have mercy on Louisiana, and all locations in Ida's path.
Apologies, this is a creepy video, but a sign: Hansen Robotic launches a new humanoid robot, "Grace", a healthcare robot designed to interact with the elderly and those isolated by pandemic. They are the company that created Sophia who was given citizenship in Saudi Arabia.
