Trying to correct horrible lies by these abusive people is practically impossible….they compound their deeds with even more wickedness. It takes a lot of humility to suck it up….possibly why God allows it….to grow in humility. A very painful suffering….

Actually, if one or both parties in a Catholic marriage have no intention of remaining faithful, at the altar, then I believe that is one of the conditions for an annulment.

I believe it is HH…..also, if they do not want children…
    And other causes as well.

That's a key component of training to be a chaplain: to reflect back to the person what you "heard them say" so that they realize you have listened to them without judging them. This gives them the opportunity to clarify or say, "Exactly". If a person knows you have listened to them without judgment then it builds trust in such a way that an opening is created to gently challenge them, too.

It doesn't always "work" but it is the best way forward.

Come Holy Spirit enter into our conversations and allow us to be a voice of clarity, tenderness, and then truth.

Matthew 13: 3 And he told them many things in parables, saying: "A sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them. 5 Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where they had not much soil, and immediately they sprang up, since they had no depth of soil, 6 but when the sun rose they were scorched; and since they had no root they withered away. 7Other seeds fell upon thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked them. 8 Other seeds fell on good soil and brought forth grain, some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

When one preaches the truth from the pulpit, seed is being scattered, but not directed at any certain individual; this is why preaching should not be watered down. The soil of the soul determines the reaction of each individual in the pew.

But when listening and sharing one-on-one, empathy is used by the Holy Spirit to make the soil of the soul more receptive.

Matthew 5: 23 So if you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

There is no need for marriage in Heaven as we will not be "multiplying". We will love, but not as humans love. I believe our love will be as God loves and not an earthly love, but will still have a closeness to our families that we had on earth.
