Holidays to look forward too.. Dates being put forward by governments saying we are OK.. Concerts being planned and wait for it gay pride will go ahead in September.. How do they know? Up until last week they new nothing they couldn't see a future date when things would become normal.. But now everything is going to be OK... Within a week they knew all??? Lies brothers and sisters lies Before covid we had terrisom.. It disappeared.. Before covid we had predicted stock market crashes.. It disappeared.. We had covid.. Within a week its all OK..?? May God protect us and open our eyes.
I don’t watch either, if by the news is meant here mainstream. I Just stick to conservative outlets. That and I attend Holy Mass (THANK YOU, JESUS!), and pray the Rosary. They are what’s keeping me from dejection.(And coming on to this forum is such a blessing!)
I also do not ever watch main stream media. So they are saying now that everything will be fine by the fall?? Is that because enough people will have gotten the 'experimental gene therapy covid jab' so their future die-off will take out enough of the population? I thought they were still warning that these 'variants' were emerging (which I think is caused by the jab) and that we will never be rid of covid - supposed to be an annual shot now is what I had heard, like the flu shot...
Can you believe it? Restaurants, concerts, sporting events, cinemas all reopening here in Massachusetts tomorrow, March 1. Not to mention we have one of the worst vaccine rollouts in the country. But no full time school for children, they're still considering it. I 100% agree with you, all lies.
Are you in a 'hot spot' MMM? I'm in southern Ontario and we have just opened up again with kids attending school and are able to dine out again, etc. mind you, still have to mask up and all that.
They're still debating on opening schools here. They want all the teachers and other school workers to get the vaccine first. As far as numbers go, they show a graph on the local news that shows we've come down quite a bit from the last spike that was around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holiday season. I don't know many people who have gotten the vaccine, but I've about made up my mind to not get it. If they want me to get it bad enough, they'll have to catch me and tie me down first. As far as the rest of it goes, who knows. I suppose one day we'll look back on this time and wonder how we all did it. Got through a weird year and kept our sanity.
We are now in the 'mixed messages ' phase. Still pushing the vaccines, still talking about scary varients, but suddenly it was like a switch flipped, and all of the restrictions that had been so critical to keep the virus under control were lifted in many locations, just like magic. This was planned.
My daughter received notification from the school this evening that they were in the process of planning a reopening. Elementary and middle school to return in mid April, and high school to follow in May. Older students will only have several weeks of full time school before summer vacation begins in June. So many of these students are failing, the teachers really have their work cut out for them.
And what happened to regular seasonal flu???. My gut feeling is this was planned...collapse the western economies and bring in global communism. The Antichrist is greasing the skids. The vaccines...I don't trust them...I'll take my chances no matter how much coercion I receive.
I agree this was a plandemic. But it’s a real virus, and people died. My husband lost his cardiologist, and just recently a 52 year old person, very well known in town died. We Just didn’t need the lockdowns. It only made things worse.
Agree Byron, so many lives were lost to the virus. If only we could have taken necessary precautions without the lockdowns. Lives, and businesses were turned upside down, and many may never recover financially.
What happened is that the day Biden was sworn into office, the WHO changed the standards on COVID testing. Whereas before you could do up to 40 iterations of the test (I know I'm not getting the terminology right, but...) now you only need to do 20 IIRC. When you would do 40 sometimes it would test positive for fragments of the antibodies, or even fragments of antibodies against other viruses, and every positive test was another COVID infection. Now, by reducing the required sensitivity of the testing, not as many positive cases are being found, so YAY, we beat COVID.
I have noticed a lot of the posters when out walking. They seem to be downright violent and aimed at inculcating a state of total drop dead terror.
Woah! Government in your parts is way ahead in the scary realm as compared to over here. That’s insane.
Because these ads are so over the top, most people pay no attention and get on with their lives while avoiding drawing attention to themselves. Of course there are the few extremists at both ends of the scale. Some extremely scared and some extremely not convinced. I think the middle way is reasonable caution, and no room for fear. Our lives are in God's hands no matter how we respond.
