THE Marian Movement of Priests

I was catapulted back into the Church by the prayers of my mother and sister and through the Messages to Fr. Gobbi to the Marian Movement of Priests in 1982. When I read the messages its as if Our Lady is standing there talking to me. I hear her voice in the messages. I have been actively reading the messages since 1982 and try to be involved in Cenacles, conferences etc. While in Adoration the other day I was given several chapters to read and I would like to share them with those who do not own the book, "To the Priests, our Lady's beloved Sons". I always start newcomers with Message #289--BE CONVERTED

May 13, 1984-Anniversary of the first apparition at Fatima

"These are my times. Today while you recall my first apparition which took place at Fatima in 1917, you are living the events I then predicted to you.

You are in the period in which the struggle between me, the Woman clothed with

the Sun, and my Adversary, the Red Dragon, is moving now toward its conclusion, and for this reason I am again appearing in a new and more extraordinary way to assure you that my presence in your midst is habitual.

I am communicating to all my maternal will with a message which today has become anguished and urgent:

Be converted, and repent of your sins!

Be converted, and return to the God who saves you!

Be converted, and walk along the road of goodness, of love, and of holiness!



This is still for you, the precious time of conversion. Receive my invitation, which , in so many ways, I still wish to address to my children who are so endangered.

Pray more; pray with the holy rosary; pray among yourselves in cenacles; above all, pray in the family.

I want Christian families to return to the practice of praying with me and by means of me, so that they will be saved from the great evils threatening them.

Mortify yourselves with penance and corporal fasting. It is fasting from evil and from sin that I prefer, of renunciation of smoking, alcohol, motion pictures and television. Do not watch television shows which corrupt your interior chastity and bring so much dissipation into your souls, sowing the germs of evil in your hearts.

I am also asking for bodily fasting, at least every now and then, just as it has been requested of you by my Son Jesus, in the Gospel, when He said: 'Certain kinds of demons can be ejected only by prayer and fasting.' (cf.Mk 9:29)

Consecrate yourselves continually to my Immaculate Heart, and live in daily communion of life and of love with me.

I am the Mother of the Faith; I am the faithful virgin, and today you should ask me for help to remain in the true faith. For this reason I summon you to listen to and follow the Pope, who has from Jesus the promise of infallibility, and to recite the Creed often as a renewed profession of your faith.

If you do everything I ask of you, you will be walking each day with me towards your conversion. Live well this space of time which the merciful love of Jesus still gives you.

You will live with trust and with joy the impending moment of the triumph of my Immaculate Heart."

 

My spiritual Director loved fr Gobbi's books and encouraged me to read them . I heard our Parish Priest is in charge of the Marian Movement of priests in Ireland, tough I have never heard him speak about it or organise any events.

The reading of Fr Gobbi which always sticks in my mind is the one in which he referred to the red dragon and the black dragon. The red dragon was of course Communism the black dragon is less obvious. I think it refers to International Masonary. Satanism.

In this terrible struggle, there comes up from the sea, to the aid of the Dragon, a beast like a leopard. If the Red Dragon is Marxist atheism, the black beast is Freemasonry. The Dragon manifests himself in the force of his power; the black beast on the other hand acts in the shadow, ... He has the claws of a bear and the mouth of a lion. ... The seven heads indicate the various Masonic lodges, which act everywhere in a subtle and dangerous way. This black beast has ten horns and, on the horns, ten crowns, which are signs of dominion and royalty. ... The horn, in the biblical world, has always been an instrument of amplification, ... For this reason, God communicated his will to his people by means of ten horns which made his law known: the ten commandments. ... if the Red Dragon works to bring all humanity to do without God, to the denial of God, and therefore spreads the error of atheism, the aim of Masonry is not to deny God, but to blaspheme Him. ... The greatest blasphemy is that of denying the worship due God alone by giving it to creatures and to Satan himself. ... Each Masonic lodge has the task of making a different divinity adored
.[Please note: No beast colored black is mentioned in Revelation. The Apparitions have added the dimension black to this beast. This label of black was used earlier on June 29, 1983. In my view, this beast represents the rise of the end-time government of the Antichrist.]

 

I believe the only reason black was used was because the Beast like a leopard is a shadowy figure that is secret.

 

The second entry I was given was #450--THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE WHOLE ENTIRE TRUTH

BERLIN (Germany); May 19, 1991- Solemnity of Pentecost



"Today you are here to observe the liturgical solemnity of Pentecost, in a continual cenacle of brotherhood and of prayer, carried out with me and by means of me. Thus there is renewed the very same reality which took place in the Cenacle of Jerusalem when, under the form of tongues of fire, the Holy Spirit came down upon the Apostles, gathered together in prayer with your heavenly Mother. That was the first Pentecost. That was the beginning of the earthly journey of the Church in the history of humanity.



With the extraordinary abundance of his charisms, the Spirit of the Lord has completely transformed the Apostles, from being timid and fearful to being courageous witnesses of Jesus and of his Gospel. With the powerful force of his divine action, He has brought them to the understanding of the whole and entire truth, and He has made them into perfect witnesses of Jesus, even to the shedding of blood.



You have now entered into the times of the second Pentecost. For this reason, it is necessary that these cenacles be multiplied in every part of the world. I ask that all the Church be gathered together in the spiritual cenacle of my Immaculate Heart. Then the Holy Spirit will bring you to the understanding of the whole and entire truth.



He will bring you into the secret of the word of God and will give you the light of wisdom to understand all the Gospel and whatever is described in it concerning the times through which you are living. The Holy Spirit will make you understand the signs of your time. The are the times foretold by Holy Scripture as those of the great apostasy and of the coming of the Antichrist. They are times of great tribulation and of innumerable sufferings for all, which will bring you to live through these final events in preparation for the second coming of Jesus in glory.



The Holy Spirit gives his perfect witness to Jesus and proclaims Him as the only-begotten Son, coeternal and consubstantial with the Father, He through whom all things have been made, the Incarnate Word, the King of all the universe, who must come again in glory to restore his reign in the world.



The Holy Spirit prepares hearts and souls for the second coming of Jesus. For this reason, He is today pouring out his charisms in a manner which is even stronger and ore extraordinary than at the time of the beginning of the Church, because you have now entered into the last times, which will lead you to the new era.



The task of the Spirit is to prepare humanity for its complete change, to renew the face of creation, to form the new heavens and the new earth. For this reason, I ask you to persevere with fidelity in the cenacles which I have requested of you, and allow the Holy Spirit to mold you with his sweet and powerful action of love. Only thus can you be ready for the great plan which awaits you."

 

For those who have the Fr. Gobbi's book, look at message #139 and #140. "Everything is about to be accomplished" and "The Immaculate One at your side". If I have time I will write them out. They are amazing! I asked the Holy Spirit yesterday in Adoration to give me two of the messages to meditate on and those were them.

 

The message 389 of September 1988 states that "Within 10 years all the secrets that I have revealed to some of my children (Medj/Garabandal?) will be fulfilled and all the events that have been foretold by me to you will have come to pass".
This resulted in a large number of people dismissing the messages in 1998, however some people say that these things have come to pass in some sort of invisible way. I am just confused.

 

. HERE ARE SOME OF THE SECTIONS I LOOK AT CLOSELYl. I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SPEAKING OF. As a member, I remember the letter that was sent out explaining all of the message #389. It makes me sad so many dismissed these messages. I came back to the Church because I fell in love with our Lady and our Lord through these messages. I find them so profound and I hear her voice when I read them. I have seen Fr. Gobbi 3 times and truly he was a saint! I hope I can find the letter, since I keep everything they send me and I collect editions of the book.

mothersuperior7 (or anybody else for that matter) is it possible to place in the forum the message 389 of September 1988 in full and then those messages which explain how that message has not been found false.
I began seaching about Fr Gobbi having read the new Why Marian prayer groups thread. Came upon this thread and have hit on this unanswered puzzle.

 

I agree that it is difficult to understand but it is the beginning of the message which I think explains it --

It is a period of ten years. These are ten very important years. These are ten decisive years. I am asking you to spend them with me because you are entering into the final period of the second Advent, which will lead you to the triumph of my Immaculate Heart in the glorious coming of my son Jesus.

The ten years from 1988-1998 inclusive are called decisive years during which we entered into the final part of the second Advent. From these words we understand that these ten years are the end of the second Advent but also the beginning of a long series of subsequent events that eventually leads to the return of Christ. Mary is not saying that the secrets or the tribulation or the return of Christ will take place during those ten years, but merely that all the preparations will be completed for that long sequence of events to occur.

THE HOLY CITY---
“Today you are contemplating me with joy, in the splendor of my Immaculate conception. My beloved children, allow yourselves to be drawn by the immaculate light of your heavenly Mother, and run in the sweet wake of my heavenly fragrance.

Because I am without sin, the Father has directed upon me his gaze of predilection; the Word has chosen me to become his Mother; and the Holy Spirit has united Himself to me with the bond of spousal love. I have thus entered into the very Heart of the Most Holy Trinity.

Because I am without sin, the Divine Trinity has chosen me as Leader and Conqueror, in the terrible struggle against Satan and all the evil spirits.

Because I am without sin, Jesus has associated me intimately, as Mother, in his plan of salvation and has made me the first collaborator in his work of redemption, entrusting to me, as a Daughter, all humanity redeemed and saved by Him.

I am therefore the Mother of Humanity. It pertains to my function as the new Eve and to my task as Mother, to bring all humanity back to full communion of life with God, helping it to come to birth and to grow in grace and holiness.

Therefore, it is my task before all to drive far away from you, from the Church and from humanity the dark shadow of sin and evil, in order to lead you all to the Holy City of purity and love.

The light of this Holy City is the very splendor of the Father; the sun which gives warmth is the Immolated Lamb, from whose Heart come forth burning rays of fire and love; the breath is the exhalation of the Holy Spirit, who gives life and rouses all creatures to their hymn of glory and celestial harmony.

----The Holy City must also shine forth in the Church, purified of all its human weaknesses, set free from the stains of infidelity and apostasy, sanctified by its painful passion and its bloody immolation. Then the Church will once again be all beautiful, without spot or wrinkle, in imitation of your immaculate Mother.

In the Church, purified and completely renewed, there will shine forth in all its great power in the one and only light of Christ, which will be spread by it in every part of the earth, and thus all nations will run to it, for the perfect glorification of the Most Holy Trinity.

----THE HOLY CITY shall, in the end, gather together that humanity which has been redeemed and saved, once it will have been set completely free from the slavery of Satan, sin and evil, by means of the purification, the great tribulation and the terrible chastisement.

In these last times, the struggle against Satan and his powerful army, made up of all the wicked spirits, will become more bitter and bloody, because you are living under the heavy yoke of his universal reign.
And so then, you understand how it pertains to my task as Woman Clothed with the Sun and as Conqueror of Satan, to bind the great Dragon and to cast him into his pool of fire, from which he will no longer be able to escape to harm the world.

In this world, Christ will reign. Jesus will return in glory to bring all creation back to the full splendor of his new earthly paradise.

The sinful city will now have vanished, and thus all creation will open itself with joy to receive the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, come down out of heaven, the permanent dwelling place of God with men.

‘I saw a new heaven and a new earth, because the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned to meet her husband.

‘A loud voice, which came from the throne, exclaimed:”Behold, the dwelling place of God with men; they will be his people and He will be their God. God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There shall be no more mourning, no more wailing, no more pain, because the old order has passed away.” (cf. Rev 21:1-4)

Beloved children, today you are contemplating me in the splendor of my Immaculate Conception; allow yourselves to be drawn by the enchantment of your heavenly Mother, and follow me, in the wake of my sweet fragrance, in order to go with me to meet the Holy city, which will come down out of heaven, at the end of the painful purification and of the great tribulation in which you are living in these times.”

 

I have sort of followed SteveD's feelings regarding Fr Gobbi, being confused by his words that seemed not to come to pass and yet impressed by his holiness and witness. His book, interestingly enough, has an imprimatur by one Cardinal Ivan Dias.

Fr. Gobbi is somewhat of a controversial figure, chiefly for making the purportedly failed prediction that the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary would occur at the turn of the millennium:

Message 532:

I confirm to you that, in time for the great Jubilee of the year two thousand, the triumph of my Immaculate Heart, which I foretold to you at Fatima, will come about and it will be brought about with the return of Jesus in glory to establish His Kingdom in the world.


However as I pointed out in the previous post Our Lady of Assiut (in which I argue that these apparitions in the year 2000 were directly connected to the prophecy of the Woman Adorned with the Sun in Rev 12), we may be able to rescue the above prophecy made by Fr Gobbi if we accept the various other prophecies which foretold that Satan would be cast out of heaven during this same time period, such as those of La Salette and Pope Leo XIII (see the earlier post The Year of the Dragon). In another of his messages, Fr. Gobbi appears to relate the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to her defeat of Satan - the point when she crushes the Serpent's head and Satan is cast to earth by the Archangel Michael, as foretold in Rev 12

As I suggest in the book, and the post The "Fourth" Secret of Fatima?, the real reason the purported hidden part of the Third Secret may have been surpressed by the Church was because, like Fr. Gobbi, it may have mentioned an exact date pointing to the turn of the millennium in relation to the timing of the struggle between the Woman and the dragon. Therefore it is kept hidden because like the prophecies of Fr. Gobbi, it would be percieved by the public to have failed to materialise (when in fact it did - just that so far, it has simply went unnoticed).
Before I was aware of Fr. Gobbi's messages, I had already composed the chapters in my book which argued that the prophecy of the mark of the Beast and the fall of Satan occurred at the turn of the millennium, and that these events were heralded on earth by a series of astronomical and geophysical omens (see the post Signs in the Sky). So I was quite struck when I came across Fr. Gobbi's prophecy that the mark of the Beast would be implemented in a period of history beginning in 1998. As I point out in Unveiling the Apocalypse, this was just a year shy of the merging of cell phone technology with the worldwide web (www), with the introduction of the first internet enabled WAP phone. Since all future commerce will be conducted through cell phones via the www (which is the numerical equivalent of three sixes in Hebrew gematria), it seems that Fr. Gobbi was spot on with this date (see the posts Fr Gobbi on the Mark of the Beast and The Seal of God), and identfies the cell phone as the ultimate fulfillment of the prophecy of the Mark of the Beast. It was because of this striking conformity to my own conclusions that compelled me to include mention of this prophecy in the book - which generally steers clear of unapproved private revelations.
The mention of the return of Jesus in glory by Fr Gobbi in relation to the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary can probably be reconciled by the inclusion of the word "and" in this context (which I have highlighted above). It is possible to interpret this statement as prophesying that the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary would take place in time for the Great Jubilee Year 2000 and that it would also be brought about at the Second Coming. If this is the case, it would mean that the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary would take place between two points in time - a period of time which began at the turn of the millennium with the casting of Satan from heaven to be confined to the earthly sphere (possibly in the person of the Antichrist - see the post The Fall of Satan which explains the difference between the primordial fall of Satan at the moment of creation, and the eschatological fall of Satan - which occurs towards the end of the world), and it would be brought to completion during the Second Coming - which remains at some point in the future away from the turn of the millennium. This would mean that the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary would take place over an extended period of time. A time period which would also encompass the era of the Second Pentecost before it would be brought to its ultimate fulfillment in the Second Coming of Christ, after which comes the period of the final tribulation.

 

It is worth noting that Fr. Gobbi relates the aforementioned prophecy of the coming chastisement of America to the Third Secret of Fatima. Yet there is no explicit mention of a chastisement in the text of the Third Secret that was published on 26th June 2000. This would seem to imply that the message of a coming chastisement would be found in the purported "hidden text" of the Third Secret which has yet to be revealed to the public, and which Sr. Lucia specifically stated encompassed chapters 8-13 of the Book of Revelation - a portion of the Apocalypse which includes the "great mountain, burning with fire" being thrown into the sea, and the prophecy of the mark of the Beast (see the earlier post The "Fourth" Secret of Fatima?).
However Fr. Gobbi would certainly have known of the alleged words of John Paul II concerning the Third Secret given at the Fulda conference in Germany, 1980:

"On the other hand, it should be sufficient for all Christians to know this: if there is a message in which it is written that the oceans will flood whole areas of the earth, and that from one moment to the next millions of people will perish, truly the publication of such a message is no longer something to be so much desired."

So could this have be the content of the Third Secret relating to a coming chastisement that Fr. Gobbi was alluding to? If so, it could explain the use of the phrase used by Fr. Gobbi in this prophecy (underlined above), which states that sin has spread in America like "a sea which has submerged all things". Does this phrase contain an insight into the nature of the chastisement that has yet to befall the United States? A "punishment to fit the crime" so to speak? If so, then it appears that this is yet another prophecy of the threat of a mega-tsunami which will devastate the eastern seaboard of America, caused by a volcanic collapse in the Canary Islands.

 

wow Daniel, you have done your homework. The explanation of the message for the year 2000 is on the MMP website. I've posted it here before. I have never read PJPII's words concerning the third secret given at Fulda! VERY, VERY INTERESTING! We also need to understand that all of Lucia's writings have not been published. I don't know why, seems someone is waiting for SOMETHING! I have no doubts about Fr. Gobbi. Its all been said what is going to happen to the U.S. It is going to come to its knees through economic collapse and natural disasters. (with a little Rwanda thrown in there...) Why do you think it will be the East coast, not the west coast that will see the tsunami disaster?

 

Maybe I should have put it under the "some dreams" thread but I have had 2 recurring strong dreams.

Dream 1 - I am on the Carolina Coast when the sea simply rises with not white caps and until it goes above the window and roof of house I am looking out of on the shore. My 2 daughters look out the window as I do in disbelief and hug each other. The sea engulfs the house, crashes, and retreats back to its normal place with no harm to our house.

Dream 2 - It is twilight morning like 5 am when I used to deliver newspapers as a boy. I am in San Diego near a resort with large homes though this makes no sense to me as I know I could not afford to live here. I walk down a driveway and onto the street. Somehow I know that although there is no sign of damage to any house, no one is alive there but me. Suddenly I am airborne next a to a glider-like plane which makes no noise or spews no exhaust. I see Southern California from Arizona to to San Diego as lush, single-family farms although this is really impossible desert.

To answer the question, I feel that both coasts are in danger as well as the Yellowstone Caldera erupting when everyone predicts calm and peace. Emmet O'Regan seems convinced the Canary Islands are the source of a mega-tsunami but I am not so sure.

 

I think if I were to have the Dream 1, when I woke up I would have gotten out the Scotch. That is terrifying! I'm wondering if the glider-like plane is a drone? I know some on this forum are gifted in reading dreams, I am not.Anyone out there have ideas here?

 

hmmmmm... am wondering about that dream above and not claiming to have a gift. But if this is right, it should ring true to you... Firstly, what do you think that it is in your heart of hearts Daniel?

For me.. Ok... here goes.. I think the dream is in two parts.

The first part is with regards to one of the chastisements, and how it will empty the streets. There won't be many left alive.. You haven't witnessed the chastisement in the dream, but you are aware that it has taken place (or rather that something has happened for lives to be lost)

The second part is the result that this will have afterwards, people living more honest lives, and God blessing the lands and making them bountiful again..

Does this ring true with you Daniel???

 

Forgot to mention, that the glider plane itself isn't important. You are just been lifted up and shown what things will be like. In the dream it makes sense to you to be by a glider plane and it is because of this that you realise that you are high up looking down.. Does that make sense?
