Statement on Fr. Michel Rodrigue


On April 23rd, 2020, Fr. Michel Rodrigue informed us that his bishop, Rev. Gilles Lemay, does not support Fr. Michel’s messages; he stated to Fr. Michel, in writing, that he does not support the idea of “the Warning, the chastisements, the third World War, the Era of Peace, any construction of refuges, et cetera.” Fr. Michel, wishing to remain obedient, has asked Countdown to the Kingdom to remove any mention on this website of his bishop’s support of his messages, which we have done.

Please note that, although we now know that Bishop Lemay “does not support” Fr. Michel’s messages, it remains true that the messages are nevertheless not condemned. There has been no formal inquiry into Fr. Michel’s locutions/visions etc. by the diocese and so, at this point, we are preserving them here on Countdown to The Kingdom because our position regarding them remains unchanged; we continue to find them important to be discerned by the Body of Christ since they constitute part of the “prophetic consensus” of seers all over the world. We will as always, however, fully submit to any formal declarations the Church may pronounce in the future. Also, no previous statements posted on this website were intended to imply that Fr. Michel’s messages had his Bishop’s explicit approval; only that Fr. Michel himself, as a priest in good standing, enjoyed the support of his Bishop. Fr. Michel’s statement that he “tells everything” to the Bishop does not, therefore, mean that the Bishop endorses any or all of Fr. Michel’s messages.

A priest can not open Two monasteries without the approval of the Bishop. You mean to tell me that this Bishop LeMay just found out about Fr Michel’s messages? He must have known Fr Michel, and his associations. I mean who funded the monasteries? Is this Bishop not aware of anything in Quebec?

 

Well, Heavenly, if the Bishop does not believe in the era of peace, he does not believe in scripture.

 

It looks as though something has been taken out of this letter from the Bishop. When I first read it, it contained words from the Bishop that he did not approve of Fr.'s views on the Warning, the Illumination, the refuges, etc. What happened to the original letter? I can't seem to find the original. Hmm?

I don't know French, but here is the order's facebook page and it shows Father Michele celebrating mass there in many videos. If his Bishop says he is lying, why is he allowed to celebrate mass?

Yep. He’s got the letter. So, if the Bishop mentioned the era of peace, he’s got the proof. But you know he’s got to be careful. And he will obey.

 

I'm not completely sure about the fact that the post from the Bishop was tampered with. But I feel that I might have seen the full text there. But it's not important since Garabandal posted it, plus it's on the CTTK site. I want to be factual, not presumptive.

 

I get that many think this, but she spoke in the context of WWI and WWII. Both far above anything else in scale. Then there was the Cold War, where we dealt with the threat of nuclear annihilation. That ended, and Russia has rediscovered its Christian heritage. For the past thirty years, we have enjoyed not perfect peace, obviously, but relative peace.

 

Russia has not been consecrated by the pope and bishops. Thus, it scourge upon the world is pending. And it has its friends of China, North Korea and Iran who hate American too, who will join Russia to wage war on the free world soon.

 

Thank you for posting this. Now it is becoming more clearer now. No wonder Fr. Michel was having heavenly messages every now and then!

I told yah! He should have listed China VS USA! That would have been more realistic.

I bet it was the area Archdiocese itself which built those monasteries, and not Fr. Michel himself.

 

Because anyone can build a Facebook page with no costs at all, and show a different reality that he founded a Priestly Order and nobody is going from America to Quebec to fact-check.

Those masses are videos taken in the past already, Fr. Michel just got caught last week.
The Bishop must be really surprised that there is a "Catholic Apocalyptic Prophet" on the loose in his jurisdiction
