Thank you for the prayers Carol. That is a lovely shrine. it reminds me of a little hidden Fatima shrine in northern Massachusetts that has a giant walking rosary.
I will pray the Dolour Rosary tonight for Luke and his family at Benediction. Thank you for the update Praetorian.
Thanks for the update Praetorian. @Mac, prayers continuing, especially every day at mass, where you and yours are always my primary intention at the Doxology, when the priest raises Christ present on the paten, offered in Sacrifice to our Heavenly Father.
Very beautiful and inspiring, Carol. Many graces there. Thank you for praying for us. Sean, thank you for posting Luke’s message. We are all rallying around the Cross.
For Luke......reciting Divine Mercy on your behalf now and throughout these next days as was promised to St. Faustina: Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death.” (Diary, 687)
Thank you for the update, Sean. Many beautiful posts and prayers here for Mac. Mac, as always my prayers resounding heaven for you and yours.
How beautiful. An island of peace. I was praying for Mac and offered up mass today. So good to hear from him.
Rory, I forgot to tell you that I paid a visit to Matt Talbot's shrine in his parish church a while ago. There was a box there for people to post prayer intentions to be prayed for by a group who pray regularly at the shrine. I put in a request for your son-in-law. I have Luke added to prayer intention lists all over the place.
I have another urgent prayer request. My sister is dying and I have asked 3 priests to give her the last rites and each went but really only got to give her a blessing. I am praying she will ask to be anointed but she is so sick and so little time left. She was in a mixed marriage and prayed but I can’t understand this. If you can include her in your prayers that would be wonderful. She was a good woman.
I will offer a Divine Mercy chaplet for your sister. If the opportunity presents itself, try to do the same at her bedside. Remember what Jesus told St. Faustina.
