Sick Mother

Dear friends

I ask your prayers and sacrifices for my poor wee mother who has been told today that her stomach cancer is inoperable. She will be on chemotherapy to stop the spread of the cancer but ultimately they cannot medically eradicate it. She is a Prayerful woman and as her oldest son a living saint. She is the most selfless person I have ever known.

She is of to Knock tomorrow to pour out her out to Our Blessed Mother. I am in the middle of the St Therese novena if anyone elese is praying to the little flower please keep my mother in your intentions.

I am so sorry to hear this Malachi. I will pray to the Little FLower for you both. She sounds like a woman of Great Faith and it is wonderful that her first thoughts at this time are of a trip to Knock.
