Yes. It would be very surprising. The military is bound to the Constitution and not political leaders. In addition ,the military is under strict civilian control, and US government power is split across three branches. Each of the 50 state governments also has its own national guard which us under control of State. So it would be difficult for a single group to seize control imo. I think there is more of a remote possibility of the 25th Amendment being invoked but even that is very unlikely.
