Brothers and sisters I feel a great urgency to share with you scripture that I received this morning,with a very heavy heart with the ongoing relentless attack on abortion I prayed and asked guidance from the Holy Spirit, I opened the Bible at random I will now share both readings I found it remarkable that the second reading confirms the first please read,, my urgency in my soul tells me the battle has begun. Daniel 8:12 12 And the host was given over to it together with the continual burnt offering through transgression; and truth was cast down to the ground, and the horn acted and prospered. 13 Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to the one that spoke, “For how long is the vision concerning the continual burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled under foot?” 14 And he said to him, “For two thousand and three hundred evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary shall be restored to its rightful state.” I asked in prayer again to the Holy Spirit to explain I said and wept oh Lord I am a simple man what does this mean I opened the bible at the following and was astounded Matthew 24:15 15 “So when you see the desolating sacrilege spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains; 17 let him who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house; 18 and let him who is in the field not turn back to take his mantle. 19 And alas for those who are with child and for those who give suck in those days! 20 Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a sabbath. 21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. 22 And if those days had not been shortened, no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 Then if any one says to you, ‘Lo, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25 Lo, I have told you beforehand. 26 So, if they say to you, ‘Lo, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; if they say, ‘Lo, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man. 28 Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together I prayed again and said Lord what do you want me to do I need you to tell me what happens now I am listening and trusting in you I opened the bible at the following Jeremiah 20 “You are my hammer and weapon of war: with you I break nations in pieces; with you I destroy kingdoms; 21 with you I break in pieces the horse and his rider; with you I break in pieces the chariot and the charioteer; 22 with you I break in pieces man and woman; with you I break in pieces the old man and the youth; with you I break in pieces the young man and the maiden; 23 with you I break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; with you I break in pieces the farmer and his team; with you I break in pieces governors and commanders. Please pray for me Brothers and sisters.
Yes you and me both ... I should add its been well over a year since I opened my bible,, In the scripture of Mathew it mentions 2300 days I was curious and have looked up what date 2300 days would be from today and the date comes in at 21st september 2024 ..the 21st september is the apostle mathew's feast day
Clearly we are in biblical times. We are in the biggest battle ever on earth and few of the baptised even know it. It is not by chance that you opened these pages of scripture. The abomination of desolation is not far away now. We are to put God's armour on and ready ourselves for battle against flesh and evil spirits.
Yes Fatima I truly feel that after reading the scripture today that we will be told very very soon that the Eucharist is a symbol and not really Christ..
I dread it. I can’t bear it. I pray it won’t come to that. But look at what is happening! All around us and at such a pace. I believe some terrible revelations about the infiltrators in the Vatican are about to come to light. I think we will see everything shaken loose. Everything. A spiritual tsunami earthquake hurricane. And perhaps this will all be mirrored in nature. I don’t know. Of all times to be laid low with this flu!! I’ve missed Sunday Mass twice now and still not over it. I’m offering it up. Must be a reason for it. Many here are sick with it. I’ve missed Adoration Hours and the Feast of Corpus Christi. Can barely get a Rosary said. I hope the Lord can use it. Such heaviness of spirit since the referendum.
I too feel the quickening of these foretold events. It makes my heart heavy with this knowledge that soon will not hear the most precious words of "here is my body, here is my blood." Most Divine Mercy, give me the strength and courage to continually wield the sword of Mary, through the rosary we her footsoldiers can and will help you win this war. With Mary our most humble mother I ask this, let your Will be done now and forever.
I hope you get well soon,,my wife swears by her flu remedy ... manuka honey spread on toast with cinnamon,, and a hot drink ,,hot water manuka honey sugar,lemon and ginger...
AED, I myself came down with flu like symptoms which is very unusual as I never get sick,... I immediately went to the doctor and after a suspicion of tick bite I began treatment for Lyme Disease. My initial blood test was negative but after being on doxycycline for a week and a second blood test confirmed the LD. I hope you can see a Dr. to rule this out. The ticks are terrible this year and I didn't even know I had been bit. Sorry for getting off topic guys!

Thanks Sunburst. Yes the ticks are terrible! And it's possible to not even know about the bite. I have been to MD twice and have had antibiotics but it appears this is a respiratory flu. It is all around here now and everyone who has it suffers about 3 weeks before getting free. Yesterday she told me I just have to wait it out--with lots of fluids rest etc. I caught it from my grand nephew. My sister in law caught it at the same time. Not fun!!! But you are right to bring up ticks! Thankyou for mentioning it.
So sorry for you and AED. Hope you'll both be feeling better soon. Is there a tick repellent on the market similar to anti-mosquito sprays and creams?
Probably I was spending time ripping out small trees out of the ground as I am trying to extend my garden and there are deer who like to visit and they are hosts for deer ticks which carry the disease Last time I went out there I covered myself with a raincoat that I sprayed with Off I don't know if that helps but I thought I was going to die of heat Penance Penance Penance
Deep Woods Off is pretty good stuff I am sorry about the flu and the ticks and will add you both to prayers I just got over a vile summer cold after three weeks I get our back yard professionally treated once a month for fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes But I have a small yard and it is not expensive They come out once a month until it gets cold enough in late Fall
