Are you saying that this is impossible for God ? Imagine when it does happen, how much more a great miracle it will be knowing he was already in decay. May that was HIS plan all along ?????
Glenn...as you well know....nothing is impossible with God...so I obviously leave the door open...that's why I say 50/50. I may very well be wrong when all is said and done...I guess I'm more akin to a doubting Thomas...I'm still have some work to do on my "trust issues". God has been acting very strong on me as of late.
When Jesus waited until the fourth day before going to see to the family of Lazarus, his family were angry that Jesus had not come earlier to save their brother. How were they to know what Jesus had planed, in their minds their brother was dead and no one comes back from the dead so they thought. Our Lady stayed in the house even though she did not understand what Jesus was up to she had the FAITH to know his ways our not our ways. She had the FAITH to wait and see what he what he would do knowing with God all things are possible. I dont think you had 100% FAITH in Garabandal,if you had 100% FAITH in Garabandal you would still have it today. I think FAITH means to me to always give God the benefit of the doubt when i don't understand whats happening or i don't know the answer to something. I This was Jesus answer as to why he was late? "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die".[12] The narrator here gives the famous simple phrase, "Jesus wept".[13]

Ahhh...that would be Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Hendersonville...nice. Bethpage...beautiful farmland...but then again...most of rural Tennessee is gorgeous. Your not to far from the Bell Witch. I remember as a child you would go into a dark room only lit by the moonlight in front of a mirror and turn around three times saying "I believe in the Bell Witch"...and when you went to sleep that night she would pinch you. Oh...and your not to far from a railroad crossing where a vagrant fell asleep on the railroad tracks and a train came by and cut his head off...people have claimed over the years to see a headless man with a lantern wandering about the tracks looking for his head. Yeah...we where pretty bored at times in my youth. Though I can honestly relate without malice or lie...that as a young teen we went to a cabin that a man killed his family with a axe way back in the day. All that was left was the fire place and the stone foundation. As I came upon the remains, I noticed a small fire burning in the old fireplace...which I imagined was rather queer given that our visit was unannounced, having set my first foot upon the foundation...wooomp...fire shot out of the fireplace with no less than a minor explosion...and what stepped out from behind the fireplace...you got it...a headless man in old timey clothing. Man...we made tracks out of there like the little rascals on crack cocaine. To this day I relate the story and people say I'm lying...but I swear to it to this day. But anyways...growing up Catholic in the Old South was truly a extraordinary experience of a lifetime. As my mind wonders into the woods...
God's plans are not our plans. When Fr Andreu is found to be incorrupt this will be considered to be a great miracle and confirmation of Garabandal. His body may be put on view like that of Bernadette of Lourdes as a permanent reminder of the Warning & Miracle of Garabandal for future generations.
We are watchers at MOG, all of us have a devotion to private revelation. We shouldn't worry so much about who is a true messenger of God. Monsignor Esseff's advice, take the good from the messages. The approved vs the yet to be approved. Are lukewarm bishops going to rush to approve? Their pride about someone hearing from God. But what is a little delay compared to eternity, maybe just like a grain of sand on the seashore or a drop of rain in a raging thunderstorm. I hope people will understand why there is a delay in the fulfillment of prophetic events especially for those presaging the coming of the new Heaven and earth. But remember also that the glorious era is to be preceded by the days of woe and that is an essential consideration why there is a delay. As Prophesied, a great multitude will perish during those times and will find themselves before us to render an accounting of how they lived their lives. The Father’s heart knows very well how many are prepared for their judgment and how many are not, how many will enter into the Father’s House and how many will not make it. I wish not to burden your heart anymore on this matter but simply share what you have to help people in their journey. You will not be asked to do beyond what your time, resources and availability can contribute to heaven’s efforts at giving enlightenment to those whose hearts will open to the possibility of making it to my Father’s kingdom. ...
Jackie, the story you are referring to about Marthe Robin ,I posted already in the "Garabandal News" thread ,post #3447, for anyone who wants to read it.
I have posted my thoughts on this. I do not believe he will " rise from the dead" as Lazarus did. BUT, his body (deceased ) will still be found incorrupt. The fact that over anxious unbelievers unearthed his body already ,and was found to be in decay, it only make it a greater confirmation of the Miracle and God's power. This can not be a failed prophecy as some claim UNTIL the day after the Miracle ,when his tomb will be opened.
There is an explanation that I think is worth to give it an ear. Time will tell: The hypothesis places the Miracle on April 13, 2017, which is Holy Thursday -at night in Garabandal, the time of Last Supper and the Institution of the Eucharist- Next day, Good Friday, when Jesus died, Mathew 27:51ss 51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life.53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people. By the way, I've never heard a homily on these verses, EVER. These holy people are saints from the Old Testament, and obviously something special happened here. They were raised from the death but not like Lazarus, rather it seems to be an anticipation of the final resurrection. They share in Christ being Jews. Now with God we have to think BIG if we want to be right on ... or else The Church will go through the Passion and death, and later the resurrection, in a paralell with Jesus' own Passion, Death, and Resurrection. We have another mysterious text in Revelation 14: 14 Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing watersand like a loud peal of thunder.The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders.No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins.They follow the Lamb wherever he goes.They were purchased from among mankindand offered as FIRSFRUITS to God and the Lamb.5 No lie was found in their mouths;they are blameless. Redeemed from the earth and FIRSTFRUITS of the Resurrection. That is, they rise before the last day. This opinion that I'm sharing is from Antonio Yagüe, and he states that Joe Lomangino and Fr. Luis Andreu will be among the saints that will rise at the time of the Miracle. That the Miracle will show to us the Resurrection that awaits us to give us courage to endure the terrible times of the Tribulation still ahead. This is based in Scripture and the prophecies of Garabandal. So Joe will receive very special NEW EYES -and a risen body- same as Fr. Andreu. Antonio says that Fr. Andreu, who saw the Miracle -he saw God, as we will on the day of the Miracle- But as Scripture has it, nobody can see God and continue living, so he died that night. On the day of the Miracle the whole world will see God and continue living. The purpose of the Miracle is the conversion of the whole world, that all will believe (if I'm not mistaken, Glenn, please correct me). So it is way too much to take as PROOF OF FALSITY the fact that two prophecies of Garabandal haven't been accomplished as "I" would think they SHOULD. Lucia Constantini from Soletto in Italy had a vision that happened on November 11th, 1993. I do not know her but the description (in Dutch) of the vision sounds very divine. (See document enclosed above but in Dutch). During the vision she was also told that the Judgement of the Living (people) (the Warning is meant here) will start on the 25nd of a month at 11:00am. Well, I just discovered that Holy Friday this year is on the 25th... Who knows.... Pope Francis said in 2014 that he felt that God would call him back home (i.e. dying) in 2 maximum 3 years. To another person he said +/-10 days ago that his agenda is empty for 2017. May I ask all of you to pray for me, because my landowner made an end to my rental contract of my appartment of three years so I will have to move again and I have no idea in which direction.... I hate it too move so many times, it makes me sick: it feels as if you have no roots. Thank you very much.
I have found on forums like this it's politically correct that only a person or two talk about dates, unless you want a limb cut off. I'll pray for your living situation that it's solved soon.
Well, if you watch enough cartoons, you'll see that sometimes when you cut off the limb you're sitting on, the tree falls down.
