Sorry but that is not correct, the "New era" did begin after the death of Pope Benedict XVI. Conchita said after the death of JohnXXIII , there would be 4 more popes ,”until the end of THE times” ,(NOT the end of all time) ,meaning one era ends, and a new era begins. This is the era we are now in ( after the 4 popes Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II, Benedict XVI ) it is now that we will experience the WARNING & MIRACLE. This “end of the times” coincides with a moment of severe trials and purification of the Church. Currently the Church is being severely tested, persecuted, but is NOT a reference to a new era called "the New Heaven and the New Earth". That would be after the possible Chastisement.

Thank you Glenn For explaining the new era, so beautifully and simply. So many people/Catholic's seem to believe that we are now headed for a new era of peace, a kingdom of Gods will, a millennian of Christs reign. However we are told at Garabandal that the prophesies consist of, first there will be the Warning, then the Miracle and then the Chastisement (if people do not convert). We need to do as Our Blessed Mother told us to do at Garabandal, 1) live the messages by being faithful to our catholic state in life, 2) Frequent and sincere confession, 3) Holy reception of the blessed Eucharist 4) Adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament 5) and pray daily especially the prayer of the holy rosary daily We await in hope, that many souls receive these messages before the warning. @Mariaba I have documentation that the Miracle will be in the month of April, between the 8th-16th, of an even year. The " A" reference does not pertain to the Miracle , that pertains to the "Warning" only. “The Miracle" will be on the feast day of a young martyr of the Eucharist, a boy who carried Communion to persecuted Christians. Conchita will provide 8 days notice in advance of the Miracle.

…and by simple deduction with the Warning and Miracle occurring in the same year… The Warning will occur between January 1st and April 7th of an even year…
Considering Conchita has to give us 8 days notice of the Miracle, (if the 8th is the first possible day) the Warning would probably have happen by March 31st.
Here's the thing I keep thinking when I read through these disagreements about what was said and what wasn't: Conchita is still alive!! Glenn apparently still has access to her, and she could certainly post here if she wanted. Why not ask her to clarify some of these points? It's all very strange to me that we have the living source of most of these events at hand, but we act as if we do not.
Yes I am quite sure Conchita has been pummeled with questions for years, and enough is enough - for her own peace and sanity. I would love to meet Conchita. I was impressed by her simplicity and humility which she displayed in her interview with Gay Byrne on the Late Late show all those years ago. I have my own question which has been nagging me for a long time. Slightly apprehensive at asking it as I know Glenn is happy to be a bull dog for Our Lady of Garabandal and Conchita when necessary. I mean no ill by it. What is the significance of the "eye" or all-seeing-eye that I think the girls reported seeing, at least in the first apparition(s)? Some doubters and detractors of Garabandal say that this was a bad sign because it had something to do with the freemasonic eye symbol or the Egyptian Eye of Horus etc. Is there any theological significance to the reported presence of this eye in the apparition?

Why do I have to ask her again what has already been told to me ? That's why I'm here so she doesn't have to be bothered answering the same questions 1000 times. It generally implies that God looks favorably upon whatever endeavor the symbol appears at. The triangle is a sign of “The Holy Trinity” , as God the Father; the human “Eye” as the hypostatic union of God, the Son (Jesus); and the fire surrounding it as the Holy Spirit that the Father and Son send forth. The symbol is as old as ancient Egypt, in which a cult believed in the One God as the only God. I believe it is symbolized as the One God in ancient Judaism. In the Middle Ages, it was hijacked by the “Illuminati” and also in modern times as a secret society (as is the same for the “Freemasons”) which I believe is satanic in nature. It’s the symbol of “The Triune God”, as I stated before.
